I joined X-Force about two years ago and I can admit that it is the only work out plan I have stayed with this long in my entire life. With my demanding profession and limited available time outside of work, I do not have the luxury of spending an hour in the gym everyday.
Enter X-Force and the concept of “negative accentuated” training which maximizes efficiency of the workout and leads to more work in less time. I am stronger, I feel better, and I am making positive impacts on my future health by building my strength.
The facility is squeaky clean, the owner is an absolutely gem and her staff is completely top notch, disciplined, and well educated. I look forward to continuing to work with them to achieve all my fitness goals in the future!

I am an old jock that needed to get some of his old body back. My spinal surgeon mandated low impact type stuff. I found X-Force Body and their incredibly energetic, knowledgeable, thoughtful owner Iliana by accident. I walked in and was immediately greeted. She made the time for me and took me through the science behind X-Force Body. I come from the school of heavy weights and lots of reps. I was skeptical at first, but after my first work out, my muscles were so sore but not my joints. It was amazing. And when I went for my next scheduled appointment, I asked my trainer if I could come 3x per week. Everyone laughed noting that you only come 2x per week. I couldn't believe how quickly my body started to change. 275 soon became 225. And all I was doing was going twice a week and working with trainers that I felt really cared about me, drinking water, walking 30 mins a day, and some portion control.

The trainer to client ratio is 1:1. 7 machines on one side and seven on the other and you do one side of the room on your first visit and the other side on your next. When I arrive, all 7 machines are set for me. After a weigh in, we get to work. My trainer watches every rep correcting form as I go, and then explain why the adjustments were made. You continue until muscle failure. As you push or pull for 3 secs, the machine adjusts itself to be about 75% of actual. You then hold for 1 sec and then resist for 5 secs with 100% of actual. And all the time your being supported but YOUR trainer. The scheduling is done on the 1/2 our so your time slot is for 30 mins. There aren't any people milling around. Only you and your trainer on one side and another trainer and client on the other. It's individualized, quick, and fun. You get in, you get pumped, you get encouragement, and you leave.

I wish I discovered this at 50 instead of 60.

Wish I had started sooner! I saw the transformation in my husband’s physique and decided to join X Force Body too. I have lost over 10 lbs, built muscle and feel strong. It’s hard to believe you can get such results from two 15 minute sessions a week. The gym is air conditioned and extremely clean. The coaches are AMAZING! They work with you from the minute they greet you at the door. They are so knowledgeable and work with any issues you may have. Their support gets you to push through and get the results. There is a hydro massage chair to recover on after the workout which is fabulous. If you are thinking about joining do not put it off! Best decision I made for my health.

I have been with X-Force for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! They have first-class equipment and trainers that truly care about you and your journey in fitness and health. You will not find a workout or training equipment like this anywhere else. The workouts are extremely challenging. Do not waste your time and money on other businesses that offer condensed 20-30 minute workouts, but offer nothing more than equipment that you would find at any of the large gyms. You will NOT find X-Force's equipment anywhere else and you will immediately see and feel the difference. The timing of discovering X-Force Body (thanks to a friend who told me how efficient the workouts were....she had me at "no multiple sets & done in under 30minutes") couldn’t have come at a better time in my life as I was learning about the critical importance of intentional strength training for longevity in the aging female body.

Beyond improving outward changes in physique, my goal was to strengthen my muscles & bone mass to set me up for continued long term vitality. I also wanted to get stronger & prevent injury from my favorite sport, tennis.

My hips don’t lie & neither do my numbers 😉:
Within three months, the subtle changes I saw or perceived in my overall fitness and appearance were reinforced by the improvements in the Fit 3D body scanning metrics they include. While improving numbers are a bonus and great incentive to continue, I know the invisible work my body is doing behind the scenes is priceless.

This is hands down the best gym workout you can have. I used to drive from orlando just to go to this gym, and i finally moved to tampa just to come here. You can achieve in less than 20 minutes what will take you multiple hours to do in a regular gym. It's a one on one session, no waiting around for machines, no one sitting hogging the equipment, it's very quick, in and out. The workouts are so intense that you actually accomplish a hiit cardio workout just on machines, i never thought is was possible to get a cardio workout by weightlifting on machines, but you can accomplish that here if you push yourself. The trainers are very knowledgeable. I feel like everyone has a degree in health science. I'm always getting gold nuggets of knowledge from the trainers. It's incredible how fast you gain strength and muscle. Every week, we're bumping up the weight, and it gets so intense that afterward, i just want to nap in my car for 30 minutes!

Been going to X-Force Body for 5 months and highly recommend! Gym person my entire life as competitive athlete, former US military officer. An old neck injury finally required cervical spine fusion in 2018 and upended my routine. After recovery, my usual workouts became painful, risky and unproductive. Searching for answers I found X-Force and tried a complimentary session. Was skeptical that only two 30-minute sessions per week would produce results. But results came so quickly I had no choice but to become a believer. Best way to describe X-Force is it’s a “cheat code” for personal fitness. Do the discovery class and learn the science behind their method- Illy is amazing and super knowledgeable! This started as just a “I’m going to try this because I’m getting married at the end of the year” to “I’ll never stop going”. Health has always been a main priority in my life, so much so that in 2020 my wife & I opened an alternative medicine clinic to help others achieve their health goals in safe & efficient ways. However, an issue arose since opening our office… I’ve been so busy helping others achieve their health initiatives that my own fitness had fell to the wayside. I went from making it the gym at least 4-5x/week to having to try to cram in short “super sessions” during the few hours of time that I currently have. On top of that, a sports related injury in 2018 has made these “super sessions” more painful than beneficial.

In the past 2.5 years, I have tried SOOO many programs that had offered promises of helping me achieve my health goals without having to be in the gym 10+ hours a week and that wouldn’t cause a flareup to my sports injury-related sciatica, but not a single program offered an effective and pain free way to get me back to where I wanted to be. Not only were these programs expensive, but they did not get me the results I was looking for. Each trainer/PT/specialist would preach that I just needed to “stay with the plan” and I wasted so much time and money giving them “one more chance” for a breakthrough.

This all changed when I met Illy Stoilova and her team at X-Force Body in Tampa, Florida. I was introduced to Illy by a mutual friend and another health enthusiast, and to be honest, I was not hopeful that the results would match the rhetoric. Boy, could I have not been more wrong though… X-Force Body’s program has met and exceeded ALL expectations. With X-Force Body, I am able to get the same weekly results as I had been when I was spending hours & hours in the gym each week and lifting weights 4+ times a week, but only have to commit a fraction of my time to do so. On top of that, NO PAIN!!! (Outside of the typical lactic acid build up that we all hope and pray for lol)

I accredit my results and the programs success to three major factors: 1) The machines and “negative (accentuated) resistance” training. You will feel the difference between using X-Force Body’s machines from ANYTHING else you have used in the past IMMEDIATELY! As much as I love using the machines, I hate the fact that I had wasted so much time and energy over the years with less efficient workouts and protocols. 2) The staff: It is all to common nowadays to almost feel like an inconvenience while checking into other gyms, or lord forbid you ever have to ask a staff member a question about something other than checking in… THIS IS NOT OK AND THERE IS A BETTER WAY! At X-Force Body, my trainer is genuinely happy and ready for me EVERY SINGLE TIME I show up. I have even been early to appointments before with the understanding that I’d have to wait, but nope! You get greeted every single time with a smile, encouragement, and excitement. You can really feel the care and empathy that every single staff member has towards you. I have never seen anything like it in a fitness center, and rarely in any other business for that matter. 3) The science, testing, and measuring: X-Force Body gets it… numbers matter, but only if you are tracking the right numbers. The science, mixed with the excitement that you will undoubtedly have, which is matched and then multiplied by the staff, makes it so you want to come back for more EVERY SINGLE DAY. Illy and her staff are wise enough to know that isn’t going to benefit you at all though, which is why you only need to commit to TWO 30-MINUTE SESSIONS per week. That may sound easy, but just wait until you realize how different these sessions are from anything else you’ve experienced in the past.

Long story short, if you are a super-achiever with a tight schedule, or even a workout enthusiast who is having trouble breaking plateaus to climb your next mountain, look no further than Illy & X-Force Body. I’d recommend taking advantage of their complimentary training session because 30-minutes is all you will need to see that a better way of doing things exists. Or as my father always told me, “Work(out) Smarter, Not Harder.”

I was very skeptical about X-Force’s workout plan/style. I have worked out for hours in the gym for 25 years. To be able to have the same type of gym results with 2 fifteen min workouts twice a week sounded impossible. X-Force has figured it out. I am keeping my size and strength. Since starting in November I’ve gone consistently 2x a week…minus time away for a 7 day cruise.

I drive 20-30 mins to get there. But the convenience, efficiency, and unmatched effectiveness makes it worth it. In only two 20 min sessions a week over 1.5 months I’ve gained 2 lbs of lean muscle mass. And of course, I’m feeling better and stronger. This is a huge blessing to me as a busy working mom!

The place is very clean, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, and customer service excellent.

The workouts are challenging but accommodating to any existing injuries or limitations.

There are an equal amount of men and women that are in the program. And there is no flashiness going on. Just a determination for good health.

I recommend reading the book, “Killing Fat,” to understand the science behind this type of strength training. You might get similar results if you focus on eccentric training at home with a 3k machine like Tonal or Vitruvian, but you’ll need to do your own research and know how to avoid injury or over exertion.

Overdoing it in the gym can actually add to your biological age. At X-force body you can be confident you are doing the right thing for your body.

I will be taking a bio marker test to compare my health improvements over the next 6 months. This is a great thing to do if you want to observe the impact of the science you will benefit from in this program.

The cost is comparable to if you had a typical gym membership plus a personal coach. I think X-force is a much better option because the staff is uniquely trained to help you with proper form on high end machines tailored to optimize every movement which you you won’t find the likes of in any gym. You will get a full body workout every session, guaranteed.

Another perk here is that you get a 10 min water table massage after your workout!

I gained some weight with having a hysterectomy and quarantine. I did not feel like myself. I wanted to be the healthy me again. I was always a cardio junkie. I would run 10 miles a day. I ate a horrible diet. Mostly fast food on the go in the car. I decided to try this 6 week Xforce Body program. I lost 15 pounds, 5% body fat and gained muscle. Amazing the results! I feel so much better. I have my energy back. I have completely changed my eating habits. I have incorporated lifting weights, and have become so strong. I had no idea I had that in me! Conveniently situated between Kennedy Blvd. and Lois Ave., the South Tampa branch is centrally located with ample parking. As many can probably relate, the decline in normal activity during the pandemic resulted in me being in less than optimal shape. After reading about the stringent safety precautions the owner Illy thoughtfully implemented, I was interested in giving X-force a try to improve my fitness. Everything is very sanitary and everyone is careful here. The machines target all major muscle groups so the workout is efficient. The trainers, Nik and Lev, are motivating. Your trainer will touch base with you about your weight, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, and any other health concerns every session. I am paired with Lev the most, who I adore because she is very supportive. Your membership includes 3D Fit metrics at the beginning and every 6 weeks for comparison so you can easily track your results. Illy, the owner, clearly cares about members having a holistic experience. My progress at 6 weeks was encouraging - I lost over an inch around my waist, almost 5lbs of fat, and gained almost 2lbs of muscle. My strength increased beyond my expectations. I can easily fit into a smaller clothing size. People braver than me have posted compelling before and after photos which you should definitely check out if you need a visual. It is a very positive community worth giving a chance if you are prepared to make the effort.

This place is amazing! After the first session I felt a difference, stronger, healthier, more energized! Illy, the owner is personable and motivational. Lev, my trainer is exactly what I need for the emotional support needed to get my butt into the gym in the morning. And best part is that it’s only 20 minutes twice a week. Unlike any other gym out there, you get twice the work put in a single session. Highly recommend.

When I began the training at X-Force I was skeptical. I come from a military special operations background whereas I was used to spending an average 2 hours in the gym four days a week. So when I was told that I could get better results 15 minutes 2x weekly you can imagine my skepticism. I decided to give it a try and the results were undeniable. I started at 230 pounds 21% body fat and six weeks later I was 217 pounds 18% body fat. The trainers are phenomenal, and true professionals. I recommend X force to anyone who wants results.
