It absolutely breaks my heart to write this review, but unfortunately my daughter is even more heartbroken. We started cheerleading here back in August on the "tiny performance team", keep in mind we were told by September theres always around 20 girls. By october there was only 5, and then Ashley in the front said they cant take more then 10. We paid for uniforms I. September and haven't received them. Last week we were informed they dont get a showcase and blamed it on them not being ready. Half of my daughters class is learning foward rolls, and another mom had expressed that.
Today after class, instead of talking to me I received a text message that my daughter wasnt welcome back on the cheer team and instead should do tumbling. They claim for smaller class sizes. Yet both tumbling trials we did had over 8 kids so im not understanding how thats a better setting. Last week I told the office somethings we are going through at home, and then today they kicked my daughter out.
Please also keep in mind I was overcharged for summer camps, and then my account was credited. The last two months ive been charged $120 for the same program other moms are only paying $90+ for. The math doesn't math, the communication is minimal & unless your kid follows every direction, they wont be welcomed like the others.

I’ve been going to open gym here for years. I went today and they told me it’s for 12 and under…?? They have a parkour section, and tons of equipment for adults yet only let 12 year olds in.. ridiculous

My daughter took classes here. We decided to take her out & put her in tumbling classes at a different place, because I didn’t like how crowded xcel is. I emailed the front desk girl and let her know. I filled out the form she sent me to cancel her classes and sent it back.
The following month I was charged, which was okay bc they had a 30 day cancellation policy. However, they charged me for the month after that!
When I emailed for a refund, they told me it’s my fault because I hadn’t emailed to withdraw my daughter?!? I said please reread the previous emails from two months prior. After checking, they emailed back that I’m right and they will give me a refund.
That was may 1st. It’s now may 22nd and I still don’t have a refund.
They’re disorganized and don’t know how to run things properly. Don’t recommend. There’s a lot of tumbling places in the area that are worth it. This one is not.

Xcel 360 or Cheer Kingdom is more than just a gym that my girls go to to learn how to Cheer. This has become our family since moving to the area 5 years ago! The coaches are amazing and have helped our girls learn skills faster than I could have ever imagined.

Cheer Kingdom has become our home away from home. My daughter has truly blossemed in her confidence, skills, relationships and overall athleticism. I feel blessed to be part of this gym. The coaches put so much energy into their athletes and are amazing role models. Highly recommend.

Strong, confident, kind! That is Cheer Kingdom’s theme this year. I can attest that this is not only a theme, it’s also a virtue woven into every thread of our gym. It’s our third year at Xcel 360/Cheer Kingdom, and we have been so fortunate to find family away from family. Those purple mats have become my daughter’s home away from home. I don’t take that time away lightly, but I am so proud that while she is away, not only is she learning the skills of a strong, confident cheerleader, she is also learning the skills of building beautiful friendships. But most importantly, she is learning servant leadership while doing what she loves most. Each year at Thanksgiving, the gym gives back to the community in a big way! They allow athletes, and their families, to donate, get in and do the hard work and be a vital part of a great act of kindness. This year the gym gave bigger than ever! What a beautiful example to share with our kids! The kids think it’s just cheer, but we know it’s so much more. Cheer Kingdom has truly blessed my family!

My daughter has been tumbling here for 5yrs. Then joined the cheer team last year. We love it. The coaches are the best mentors you could want for your kids. Respectful, patient, caring. They make you feel like family.

I went to the place and the staff members were so rude/unprofessional. They yelled at the other kids for having a fun time in the gym. So if you would like you or your child to have a fun/enjoyable time, I would not recommend coming here.

Coaches very rude and unprofessional, when kids were screaming I get that they should get a warning but, when they had done it he said that kids were talking back and sent them up to front to be kicked out. When kids asked why he said he wouldn’t take this disrespect and said “I make the money you do not” Last time I’d check you need to be 17 or older… Very impolite. I also heard him cuss not very well mannered infront of children ranging very low like 5 or 4.

We went to a birthday party and they are unprofessional, and unhelpful. After my son injured himself which I wasn’t upset about, I was assessing his injury myself the young worker pointed the nerf gun at me and shot me in the shoulder. There was no game going on, we were not part of any game we where in a quite corner and this gym is large. When I looked up he said “oh sorry” then continued to point the gun at me. At that point I left the party and I didn’t want to make a scene. There was zero excuse for that. I will never go there I will never recommend the location to anyone. They are distasteful believe me had it not been a birthday party I would have taken it to another level.

This establishment is wonderful my kids have been doing summer camps for five years and during the year try classes and open gym. They do an excellent job. My kids have learned skills that will last them a life time. Very impressed with Chris and Jens patience especially in certain situations out of their control.

My daughter attended tumbling classes here last year. The communication was great and they are very responsive. Makeup classes are easy and their portal is easy to navigate. The gym itself is clean and there is an area for parent seating. Ultimately we stopped going and did not continue with cheerleading team because my daughter had difficulty learning their hand placement requirements for back handsprings. They explained to me the way they teach is the safest way form, but it was hurting my daughter so I decided to go to another gym that taught the form differently. We may return when she masters the skill because I felt all the staff were pleasant.

My two boy's are currently attending summer camp here for Ninja Parkour Camp and they are having a blast. Everyone who is works there is very friendly and they have taken good care of us. Their communication is A+. I receive text messages and always know what's going on. Pickups and drop offs are quick moving and efficient. Definitely coming back next year!

Jennifer was extremely rude to my family the 1st day of their summer camp. Horrible customer service and just a nasty person. Seems like she's has a history of this on reviews. I highly recommend going elsewhere where people appreciate your business.

Wanted to sign my daughter up for gymnastics. Went online and filled out the form. Same day response. Streamline communication process (aka texting, lol). Answered all my questions. Singed her up for two trail classes (they have way more than just gymnastics). Got there and had a great time from the second we walked through the door.

Great staff and fantastic place to enroll the kids into Tumbling, Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior classes. One time registration and then only $68 a month for 1 class per week, WITH make up classes that may have been missed. You can also suspend your account for $5 a month to avoid having to pay another registration fee. We highly recommend calling ahead to pick a day/time for the kids to try any of the classes they want once. Then you can choose to register or not but at that point, it didn't hurt for your kids to go and have a little fun in an appropriate and transparent environment. You can watch the kids during classes through a window in the viewing room or drop them off and go back to pick them up. Two of our kids go to classes together within 15 minute differences of each other.

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY JENNIFER. I called about a concern with my 5 year old. When I told her my concern she told me I was lying. I was shocked this lady Jennifer was so unbelievably rude. I do not understand how she is a manager. Her behavior resulted in me taking my child out of the tumbling class. She wouldn't even let me talk, she just kept cutting me off and was very aggressive very offensive. I was concerned for a saftey issue she also stated she watched the surveillance video of last Wednesday tumbling class, and I am lying the funnny thing is we have not attended class there in two weeks. and please as a parent do not put your child in this gym, for their behavior is dangerous, unprofessional, poor quality, and they seem to only care about money. If your paying for a service you should live up to those standards. Especially if a parent is concerned about their childs well being and your calling to address an issue and I just was looking for an answer, reassurance that maybe, It was a misunderstanding my five year old was left unattended in class for 35 min with no help, coaching, spotting nothing left on a mat no direction almost broke her wrist. I asked to speak with the owner Chris and. I was told he would call back he was not there, come to find out my daughters friend spoke with him about the situation that night he said he was next to Jennifer the whole time and my daughter was in the wrong class the why were you taking MY MONEY. And why wouldn't he speak to me (because they never told me she was in the wrong class) because it was a lie he condones her behavior he is just as rude. Take your money and saftey of your children else where

I never do this. I had previously left a poor review. I recently brought my friends child as a favor and was impressed with what seemed like great changes or possibly new staff. Everyone was actively engaged and skills were impressive. Gotta say, this gym is the place to be. Well done!!

I've been going to this gym for 10 years now, I've learned all the skills that I needed to to become a professional traveling acrobat. The stunt double for Tom Holland in the New Spiderman series also learned all of his skills there. 10 / 10. Would recommend.

We were going here for open gym, and the boys loved it but would get frustrated at constantly not getting to use equipment because of playing a game called "last man standing" all the time. DESPITE THE NOTICE SAYING NO ROUGH HOUSING OR HORSEPLAY. The coaches (and even the rude owner) actually encourage this rough play that causes discourteous behavior to the kids who don't want to play. Brought it to the owners attention, and we were met with rudeness. Apparently "8-10 is for 11 and up." THEN WHY WE'RE THEY TAKING OUR MONEY EVERY WEEK????
Horrible place for entertainment. Find another gym. We did.

This facility sponsors the Gaither High School cheerleading squad. They have a nice gym, tumbling room, a parkour field. The staff are super friendly and non judgmental. They offer amazing camps for kids with exposure to a lot of different sports and activities. A great place to encourage your kids to put down the electronics

Been going since it opened. Awesome place and has been a very cool experience to see it grow over the years. Chris does an excellent job of expanding the gym and adding new programs, but most importantly is an exceptional coach and a great guy in general (he also hires awesome staff!) Definitely worth the trip to the middle of nowhere to see what this gym is about. Lol but seriously you won't be disappointed.
