This was my third time here and I returned for a reason. Kris has the best staff, they're very personable, and most importantly they're extremely detail oriented towards your needs.
This time I had some tightness in my back and by the end of the session, it was gone. The machine they placed on it was top notch, and the work they did (cupping and massage) on my tight areas felt amazing. Confident in saying this was the best physical therapy session I've ever had.

I went to xpe sports for a 6 week boot camp. I really enjoyed it, and I definitely got into better shape by doing this. The only complaint I would have about it is that it's a little hot. Of course that helps you to sweat, but it was tough to deal with. Overall though, I love the program. Everyone parents very helpful, and they seem to really care about whether you see results.
