Probably one of the most devious owners I've dealt with. Sells me on no membership and haven't been in 2-3 months but magically as spins as I activate one of my credit cards again after a while it gets charged 3 times immediately and no the same owner says it was really a membership I signed. I go in to delete the account and I have to be "let" in because my card doesn't work anymore yet I'm still a member? Shady business practices. It cost more than $60 to fight a lawsuit so I couldn't imagine what his end game was with such a small amount of money compared to the risk. Either way, worst gym in the city and really we do t even need it with so many other gyms around..

This has to be the most amazing gym in the area hands down ! The positivity you feel once you walk in is amazing and the energy is great !! I definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants to get in shape and or gain muscle !! Ask for Milot he will get you started !! Before you walk out make sure you get a shake 😉

Owner is very involved, keeps the place clean and is extremely fair for great workout equipment. Plus there are no contracts or ridiculous​ rules for trying to leave. I literally have had to cancel my credit card to leave a corporate gym before. Anyways, it is a perfect gym and I recommend it to anyone looking for one in the area.

antiquated equipment, has an annual fee but hasn't improved the gym since day one. The gym is never staffed, not worth the fee. It's basically one step above a garage gym

The Zumba class on Friday morning is awesome! You don't have to be a member of the gym to go to the Zumba class and it's cheap $6. It's a fun workout. The instructor and music is energetic and fun. Class starts at 9:45am on Fridays.

Been going here for a little while now and its been really good. Friendly staff since day one.
The majority of the times i'm there its never really packed so much that you feel uncomfortable. And the smoothies are the best!
