Yoga Etc Studio truly embodies the essence of yoga. The instructors are very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. Words can only convey so much- come experience the serenity for yourself! :)

Cindy and her staff are among the best and most knowledgeable yoga instructors in the nation.

One must really know yoga to fully understand that conscious movement following the breath while listening to the small messages from the body is YOGA. Cindy encourages You not to do more but to feel each fiber opening and to know when you may be trying to hard. Yoga is not about trying to hard.

I have taken yoga from yogis and Yoginis in Vermont Massachusetts across the nation and I find Yoga Etc. to be right on target. They are efficient and effective, practicing yoga on and off the mat, and truly allowing.

They allow themselves and their students to flow-listening to their body as they move.

I am forever grateful for the studio and the kind people held within.

Find your bliss, I never really knew what that meant but after finding Yoga Etc and beginning the practice of Yoga, I now understand what it means, to find ones bliss.

Coming to the studio I found that not only do I get a great physical workout but I also find peace and tranquility within myself.

I am calmer, more relaxed and the effects of each class go so much farther that the hour and a half class.

The peace, the stillness and awareness I find carries me into the coming days.

Unlike a gym, I want to come back everyday. I will honestly tell you it is unbelievable what I am getting from coming to this studio.
