Yoga Factory, has been my Sanctuary ( my peace place ). I look forward to attend every day or twice a day. I have many reasons: Relaxing environment, the profesional teachers, the studio offers the true infrared technology (unlike a few wall mounted heat lamps ), they understand the needs of your body and mostly because the owners poured Love and only good intentions in what they offer to the clients. I was visiting south Florida over the weekend and discovered Yoga Factory and Fitness Weston—what a gem! I took 2 hot Vinyasa flow classes and, as a Vinyasa teacher myself, found them both challenging and inspiring. The studio is welcoming, the energy is uplifting, and it was truly a highlight of my trip. I’ll be back in a few months and can’t wait to return!

Willow is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever come across. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and many times the classes are very slow with music that puts me to sleep. Willows class is totally different and I absolutely love it. I feel like I'm getting a great workout as well as an amazing peaceful yoga class. I love the music that she plays and her energy all throughout the class. It is fast-paced and she really works every muscle. If I could give 10 Stars I would!

Hot yoga is a blessing and so is this place. I love all the instructors. This place brings me so much happiness and peace. Even though I don’t really socialize I still feel so apart of the community here and out of all the yoga studios I used to attend in Miami/Florida this one has the most diversity and I LOVE that there are so many black instructors. Truly feel at home here and so grateful for the yoga practice. Such a beautiful place with amazing people

I have been practicing yoga for five years now, in several different states, and this is by far my favorite studio!!! Each class feels so unique, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I’ve noticed my practice improve more here than at any other studio. I LOVE the heat source that makes the room a perfect warm temperature that allows my body to be warm enough to get the maximum benefit of the stretches that we do in class.

The owners and the staff treat every one of their customers with the utmost of respect and care. The instructors are exceptional!!! EVERY class that I have ever taken has left me feeling satisfied with my workout. The facility itself is in excellent condition, super clean and modern and gives a whole relaxing vibe the minute you walk in the door.

I HIGHLY recommend Yoga Factory & Fitness to anyone who is both a beginner or an experienced yogi!!! If you have not tried them yet, you absolutely need to, you will not be disappointed.I promise!

Jess Palman is a wonderful instructor who will meet all yogi’s where they’re at. She will offer adjustments and always make sure you are doing the poses to the best of your ability— wherever you are in your practice. She can teach the newbies and the pro’s. Great staff, great instructors and great experience overall! I have been going to YFF for about 4 months. I had never done hot yoga in my life, just maybe 1 or 2 Resort yoga classes. The place is GREAT! it is HOT yoga, so expect some heat, but after a few classes you get used to it and look forward to it. That's what helps with the muscle stretching, trust me I was stiff as a rock when I started. Instructors are great, front desk staff is very friendly, the amount of classes and schedule is awesome, if you forget your mat they can rent you one. Pricing is super reasonable so after trying for a month I signed up for 6 months, its a great value with so many great instructors. They each have their style and bring something different to the practice. I'll probably be a lifer at this point, excellent place!

Love this studio. The class that go me hooked on the studio was the Raja class on Tuesday Nights with Mike. I left that class and sat in my car and wept. The class gets you into a deep stretch but also meditation and release. Truly recommend anyone wanting to go to hot yoga to join Mike's Tuesday 7:30 Raja class. All the teachers are wonderful there. I frequent Brian's class as well his classes and detailed instruction and great for beginners, he also plays many instruments of his own which puts you in a deep meditation for Shavasana the final resting pose. For those of you that want a challenge for a faster paced class Amanda is Amazing so is Christine. Love this studio. Great Vibe all the way around! You will love it too!

Yoga factory has truly amazing classes. I’ve taken classes with various teachers and they are all so great. The teacher expertise is top top notch. The space is amazing, so much room so you don’t feel like you have to be on top of anyone or feel like you’re going to hit someone when getting into poses. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can bring your kids for the kids class that goes on while an adult class is happening. It’s a win for all! The vibe here is authentic and exactly what I need. Good tip-buy the class package for money savings!

I have had a wonderful experience attending classes at Yoga Factory & Fitness. All the staff is super friendly and I always feel welcomed. If you get an opportunity I recommend taking one of Mike Oliveira's classes. Mike is an amazing teacher! His knowledge of yoga and the expertise he brings to class is fantastic. Mike takes time to guide you through your practice in a gentle yet discipline way. I find myself pushing just a little bit more each class and I have seen my yoga practice grow immensely. I wish he taught more classes!

Not very welcoming. I attended 2 classes, the first was good but the second time one of the teachers made a sarcastic comment about the fact that I was not in the right spot (by the wall) at the beginning of the class. Granted, it was my first class and she gave zero indications of what to do or where to be…None of the other students told me I had to move from the center of the classroom. I should have left but I stayed. Did not go back and found a more professional and welcoming yoga studio.

My experience with this place has been very unprofessional based on the customer service. I visited the place with my friend who wanted me to try yoga since she thought she had a guest for the month and it ended up “not being possible” the girl that was at the front desk couldn’t care less about explaining me the options I had for a future membership, whatever, we paid the class and left, a week after I decide to get the Groupon trial for a month (because that’s enough time to see if it’s something you’ll actually like and make time for), today same girl rudely received us without even saying welcome, I mentioned the Groupon for the month classes and she finally refer to us to say “that’s for first timers only” now, I understand these could be company policies but her being so empathetic about my interest in YOUR business made me feel disrespected, once again no explanation of options and disgusting attitude, the class itself was good but if that’s how they show how they care for their customers I doubt they’ll last long.

I first discovered this studio when coming to visit my parents in Plantation last summer. I was on the plane when the gentleman next to me learnt of my destination, saw my yoga mat, and referred me to Yoga Factory as a MUST for South Florida Yoga. I loved it then and I love it now. It takes your practice to the next level, and the heat feels oh so good. The sweat factor is so satisfying, and I feel a deep connection to the space itself as well as the teachers. I find that each teacher has something different to offer and I love that!! With a variety of classes available all week and so many different options for teachers/times I'm always happy when I leave the studio. I'm always looking forward to taking class!! Yes they are primarily a HOT studio, that is what they are known for. But the yoga community is so large here in South Florida that everyone can find the studio that matches what they are craving. Luckily, I found mine <3

My wife has been doing yoga for at least 15 years. She has been to many studios and is now practicing only at yoga factory in Weston, since the day it opened. She has told me that it is the best studio she has ever practiced in, especially due to the exceptional infrared ceiling heaters that create the best hot yoga experience possible. Although here is also a non heated room for those who don’t prefer the hot experience, this is primarily a hot yoga room for those who love this experience. She has never once come home and told me it was too hot to handle. She said ALL the teachers are exceptional and are well aware of how to control the heat in the room at all times.
She practices with Catherine every Wednesday morning and on the weekends with Jenna and Kara and Sean, she has nothing but praise for each and every one of the teachers. The wonderful owners are kind, and friendly and helpful.
I know for a fact that she arrives at this studio at least 30 minutes early to wait for it to open, as it gets so crowded with all that love the studio.
If HOT yoga is not your thing, then look for the other options available in this successful business.

The hot yoga room is way too hot so instead of making mind body connection, it was more of a survival. I have tried many different hot yoga studios in the area and by far this is THE hottest. One of the instructors also made this comment that this the hottest in South Florida. I talked to the front desk but they were defensive about it and brushed it off by saying you might get a good cardio.
Each time I attended the classes, I could see other people struggling with heat as well. I was never able to keep up after 15-20 minutes into the class due to heat and exhaustion. So, I usually preferred their non heated classes.
All the trainers except Catherine are awesome. I really liked Gaby’s classes.

This studio is gorgeous. Its zen with a cool industrial vibe. Its super clean and def the largest space ive seen. The teachers are all awesome and each one a little different for a nice variety never getting bored and the whole staff is professional and fun. I highly recommend it.

THE COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I was a membership of Aventura location that closed for damage with Hurricane Irma. I paid $99 of membership 2 days before they closed. Lori Scott (Owner) agreed to make the refund and did not do it. Does not answer, I feel cheated. She never sent me my check.

If you have ever contemplated giving yoga a try but have had reservations please come to Yoga Factory. The Staff is genuine, kind and compassionate. The minute you enter the studio you can sense the welcoming vibe that will put you at ease and any sense of self consciousness goes away. The instructors all have something unique to offer and each has their own style which I love. However one thing is clearly evident, while they may vary in their teachings, they ALL care about their students and they enjoy sharing their love for yoga with those who attend their class. They also offer classes to school aged children in addition to child care. My daughter has had a trying time with focusing in school since Kindergarten. Since she started yoga I have seen slight changes in her ability to concentrate and I truly believe yoga has helped. It’s been a lovely addition to our lives. I encourage you to give it a try. This studio represents a beautiful community of individuals who come from all walks of life yet share the common joy of yoga.
