An out-of-towner, visiting family in Naples for Thanksgiving. Took the fantastic Wed a.m. Gentle Yoga class. It was a mix of beginners, folks needing accommodations, and experienced people looking to tone it down for a day. The instructor did an incredible job of meeting us all where we were.

Okay wow! I have done two classes now one heated Pilates with Olivia and one non heated Pilates with Missy and both were incredible classes! These classes kicked my butt in the best way possible. I canβt recommend this place enough. Everyone is kind and the studio is clean!

I have just started working Yoga House into my rotation of studios I go to. Jennifer's Tuesday morning Power class is such an amazing start to the morning. Intentional, challenging, and holds space for a true yoga practice (something that's not always easy to find these days). From the minute you walk through the front doors, the vibes are immaculate! π§Ώβ£οΈ

I reluctantly tried yoga after my wife and good friend pushed me to try. I went into the deep end with Hot Power Flow classes and Iβm hooked!! Not only is this one of the best workouts Iβve ever had (I weight train as well as workout intensively at other group fitness venues), itβs helped me with my flexibility, strength in the gym and body recomposition! Iβm starting to see my abdominals as the fat is melting away! And donβt worry about knowing the moves. If raw beginners like me can do it, you can too. There is no requirement to hit the moves perfectly. Just showing up and trying will get you there. Of course the instruction is fantastic and you will be helped along the way. Make sure to get into classes with Gus for the ultimate experience but all the instructors are top notch and inspirational! Finally- the biggest benefit is the effect on the mind! Calming re-set to start your day and set the tone!

Was visiting for the weekend and took a great hot Pilates class with Olivia via Classpass! Would definitely come back for another next time Iβm in town. The space is beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Class was appropriately heated and TOUGH. Makes sense as to why they have a packed 7:45am class on a Saturday!

My mom and I went to 4 classes at Yoga House while vacationing in Naples the past 2 weeks. 2 power flows with Gus, and 2 hot pilates classes with Olivia. All the classes were wonderful and it is a very welcoming environment with kind people. They have mats and towels always available, everything is so clean, and the yoga is high quality and a great workout. We tried some other yoga studios in the area as well, and this is by fat the best β¦ I am visiting from New York and these classes are comparable and even better than some of my favorite classes in NYC!

I came across this studio through Class Pass when I was staying around Naples. I took my first class this Saturday at 10:45 am
It was a busy class the studio was full but it was a great class, slow paced and focused on breathing. Lori was the instructor for this class and she is great. I got to meet the owner at the front desk and she was very welcoming and helpful, since it was my first time I accidentally mixed up the class time but she still let me in to try class which I thought was very nice of her (I don't see this often in yoga studios)
I can't wait to come back to try another yoga class before going back home (this time a hot yoga class which is their specialty)
They seemed very well organized, very clean, spacious, and with a beautiful green backyard. I totally recommend it ! They have a variety of classes available on their website ! Go try it !

I took Foundation training with Laurie Orlando. I cannot express what a fantastic experience it was stepping foot into this studio. I was greeted cheerfully upon entering inside behind the desk. The Foundation training with Laurie Orlando was absolutely amazing. Fantastic mobility workout. Laurie is an extremely knowledgable teacher. The class had a mixture of people, young and old, male and female and it felt as if every person was receiving one-on-one instruction! I'll be back!

Took a power house flow with Virginia. Great teacher. Class was very full on a Saturday morning. Heated to 85 degrees which is plenty warm enough to get the sweat going. They provide hand towels, mat towels and bottled water. Virginia's class was quite challenging. I took some breaks to catch my breath as I'm used to a slower flow. Wish I could have returned for more classes, but I was in town for only two days. I could see Yoga House being my home studio if I lived in Naples.
Addicting!

I just received an email invitation for a cruise hosted by the Yoga House. I thought I might remind everyone here there is still a pandemic occurring and that a yoga studio willing to risk the health of its yogis and their families likely does not have your best interests above the interests of their profits.
As a healthcare worker, I am very disappointed by the negligence this represents for those who are at risk and their at-risk family members. Having had to personally work with critically-ill patients who are crashing from respiratory distress from Covid-19, I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
That said, I would encourage those willing to risk the health of others to self-examine and ask the question: Am I capable of holding the burden of someone else's possible critical illness or even death on my shoulders?
If the answer is, 'no,' I would highly advise against hosting yoga cruises in a predominantly older (higher risk) populated community until minimally there is a vaccination available for SARS-Cov-2, Covid-19.
If you think that this pandemic is a hoax, that is even more disappointing. I encourage you to go volunteer at a hospital and reach out to your healthcare workers who have to consciously risk their own health gowning-up to do their work each day.
As a yoga instructor myself, I find in unconscionable that another teacher would place their profits above the unconditional wellness and protection of their students. Please keep this in mind when choosing this studio that is run by someone who values money>health.

Yoga House Rocks. It's a little slice of heaven right off 41. Gus is a great human being. He brings love and service to every class, even when he's not teaching. The instructors are talented, and the people that go there are supportive of each other and make you feel good about sharing the space. You must go! Do more yoga! lol
