Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Coral Gables, all YJ customers have access to 90 mins of free parking in the Columbus Center Parking garage, making your visit hassle-free.

My Yoga Joint in Coral Gables has become my go-to, especially for their FIT45 class—it’s seriously the perfect antidote to a weekend of one too many indulgences. The energy in the studio is electric but still super welcoming, and the instructors have this great way of motivating you without it ever feeling intimidating. FIT45 is just the right mix of strength, sweat, and flow—every time I leave class, I feel stronger, lighter, and ready to take on the week. It’s my favorite way to reset both my body and mind.

I had one night at the Hyatt across the street, was tight and tired from a couple weeks of travel. I stepped in to check it out and found they have a free class option. I signed up and had a great experience. The room was hot, great sound/lighting. The teacher was great feel so much better and ready finish my travels. I will certainly come back if I return to the area.

Yoga joint has been the best addition to Coral Gables!! After about a month of starting I’ve lost about 15 pounds… I feel so much better about myself, strong and confident! The studio is fabulous, staff is so friendly all knowing your name and providing exceptional customer service. I love the shower rooms, they are always clean! Proximity is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed by the entire team. All of the instructors and staff are knowledgeable, encouraging, and seem passionate about what they do. The classes are well-structured, and there’s a great balance of challenge and namaste.

Yes, classes are great, studio is clean but above all is service for me! Ray the studio manager has the best personality and is so kind! Lauren who works at the front desk is amazing! With a team like them and the classes they have to offer you need to book a class!

I had the best time taking my first Flow and FIIT 45 classes, and they did not disappoint! The workouts were incredible—challenging yet fun, leaving me feeling strong, empowered, and refreshed.
