I have been going to YJ PBG for 128 classes now. I was new yoga when I first started and only did the FIIT classes. The FIIT classes are so engaging and fun! Once I felt comfortable I started going to the yoga classes. The teachers truly care about your practice. They give tips and tricks all class to make sure everyone is getting the best experience. The teachers are great, but I want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk. Specifically Lenneish. Lenneish along with other front desk workers make an effort to remember everyone by name and celebrate everyone's accomplishments. It truly makes Yoga Joint more than just a studio.

While I thought the instructor was great and the facility was clean, for me the music was super loud with very heavy bass, but earplugs would solve that as I was told that is the standard volume level for the studio. The room was really dark with black ceilings and floors, but it was very spacious and had really great mirrors. It was like a movie theatre. You can reserve your space. The biggest disappointment is that they mailed a 30 day free trial with no expiration and didn’t honor it. I had even called a week before -which they had a record of so they log all calls - to check about coming in person because the online sign in was not allowing for that trial … and was told to come in … However, when I went in, the front desk stated that lots of folks were coming in with the same mailing but corporate ended it … the gals at the front desk seemed very frustrated by the situation and I have to say despite their behaving like I did something wrong which was not a great feeling …they tried to call corporate but no go… For no reason. Can’t blame the front desk for having to deliver info that makes no sense.

Please note they also keep your drivers license - which I thought I had forgotten during the process of check in where they require a credit card and a drivers license - but no - their policy is that they keep your drivers license - when I asked why they do that without telling anyone they said it is so they can talk to you after class. I could’ve easily walked out without it. I was handed it without a word or explanation.

It was all very very strange and a little too corporate - A word used multiple times to explain all this awkwardness.

It was such a disappointment as I had heard such great things about their origins and was happy that they opened a location here - I hope it all works out for them. I feel bad for folks walking in there expecting that deal.

Don’t mail something to people unless you’re going to honor it.

Also I did send direct communication with staff that day and email through their website and responded to their
post class email and no response otherwise I would not have posted here.

*** follow up… same corporate person who made front desk staff meet me with zero explanation as to why they were not honoring their offer - instead asked me which email I sent communication to as well as how I contacted them otherwise so they could know what’s happening. Wow. Sadly, as with the day I showed up - no addressing why they sent a mail out for a 30 day trial that they would not honor with me and many others. Too much time spent, but hopefully can save others from any weirdness. Good luck!

Yoga Joint PBG is where it’s at! Extraordinarily clean, FIIT instructors are top notch and well trained. Yoga classes are challenging all while connecting with body, mind, soul, and breath. Highly recommend. Yoga Joint’s classes are all inclusive to the most advanced athletes and yogis to the first timers. Give it a try!

Absolutely Love Yoga Joint Palm Beach Gardens! Yoga Joint Palm Beach Gardens is such a welcoming and uplifting space. The studio is always clean and full of great energy. Love both flow and FIIT45- each has a different vibe but both will leave you feeling very accomplished. Staff and teachers are so welcoming and helpful. 10/10 recommend if you are looking to maintain or start your health journey!

I wish I could give this more stars.
- The flow hits everything in the body and you never have to do the same pose over and over ( 25 vinyasas in a row, anyone?).
- The music is loud and perfect for the class you’re in.
- The lights are low with LEDs guiding your way.
- Plenty of mirror space and the do stagger the numbers so you’re never directly behind someone
- classes are very hot which I love
- easy app
- fiit classes are absolutely an adequate daily workout ( weights, etc)
- staff is friendly

I’ve traveled around the country and have done yoga in many cities, I’ve never found a place quite as perfect as YJ. 10/10 recommend

Love Yoga Joint! My daughter and I are so excited they brought it to PBG, we really needed a studio like this here. As a yogi, I’m obsessed with the FLOW60 classes. I used to go to the Davie, FL Yoga Joint location about 3 years ago and was absolutely obsessed. When I had to move, I was so sad to leave it behind. After relocating to Palm Beach Gardens, I kept thinking, “This place is missing something… we need a Yoga Joint here!” And to my surprise, they recently opened their doors.

I can’t say enough good things about Yoga Joint, the vibes, the instructors, the community, the cleanliness of the studio, the heated room — nothing beats it. Their FIT45 class is hands down one of my favorites: fun, challenging, and one of the best full-body workouts out there. I also love their flow classes when I want to unwind and ground myself, the vibes are always immaculate.

Every class leaves you feeling detoxed, strong, and so empowered. So excited we finally have a Yoga Joint in Palm Beach Gardens! 💙
