This location appears to be permanently closed, yet it still shows up on ClassPass and says open on Google?!

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY- I was a former member of Yoga Lab for years, but my recent experience was terrible. I canceled my membership in September 2024 yet they continued to charge me March 2025, resulting in six unauthorized charges. Despite numerous emails, phone calls, and even going into the studio multiple times, the issue was never resolved. The manager, Robyn, showed no effort in repairing the situation or even caring about it.

Yoga Lab has essentially stolen hundreds of dollars from me. The only response I ever received from them was, “ I will handle this in the studio in the morning. I’ll be in touch. ,” which is completely unprofessional & never got another response or update after. After countless attempts to get a resolution, I had to involve my bank to block their charges—yet they are STILL trying to charge me.

It’s incredibly disappointing because I used to love going here, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper management makes it impossible to support this business. Yoga Lab desperately needs better management, staff, and solutions. I will never return and strongly advise others to be cautious before signing up for a membership.

accidentally came to this studio instead of the actual class i booked, and they accepted me with open arms and got me in for the 9am hot vinyasa! katherine is such an amazing instructor and it was such a great workout, and perfect way to start my day! vibes were immaculate - perfect studio to come and push yourself and be surrounded by other likeminded individuals. thank you !!

Disappointed with Yoga Lab Experience

I tried Yoga Lab for the first time, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. Having done yoga and HIIT-style workouts for over 10 years, I can confidently say this was the worst class I've ever taken.

I was expecting a modern yoga experience, but what I got felt more like a Las Vegas club—with blaring music and a chaotic atmosphere. Every 1-2 minutes, the music would blast to deafening levels as the instructor urged us into a "go, go, go" mode, incorporating HIIT-style moves that seemed completely out of place in a yoga class.

The class was packed like sardines, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. At one point, the instructor said, "If you don't know what you're doing, just pretend." I couldn’t believe it—what kind of instruction is that? For beginners, I can’t imagine how this approach would be anything but overwhelming.
Additionally, the pacing was intense and rushed, especially during sequences like halfway lift, forward fold, and chaturanga. There was no sense of flow or alignment with breath, which is a hallmark of “yoga”. Instead of feeling grounded or connected, I left the class feeling frustrated and overstimulated.

If you enjoy intense, club-level music and a frenetic pace, this might work for you. But for anyone seeking a peaceful or balanced yoga practice—or even a thoughtful HIIT-style class—this is not it.
Yikes.

Classes are great, but over booked at this time. Consider instructors using a headset micro phone, so everyone can hear over the loud music,, and not allowing late comers to interrupt after classes after doors have been closed.

I have been doing yoga for over 6 years and have been to several studios and I have never experienced such a horrible class. The class was a 10:15am “slow flow” yoga class taken on November 19,2024 at 10:15am. Firstly, you can’t hear anything the instructor is saying so be prepared to be very confused because her back is turned to you most of the time changing the songs and volume to the music instead of teaching and guiding the class. She’s was primarily concerned about the music instead of helping the students and guiding us so we are doing mostly doing the postures incorrectly which can lead to serious injuries. I asked the instructor if I am doing a position right and she told me it doesn’t matter and copy my neighbour which I thought was very rude and defeats the purpose of paying for a class. Also, the class was supposed to be a “slow flow” yoga class, the instructor was Very very fast that I couldn’t even keep up it was faster than intermediate classes I’ve taken in the past. I ended up doing my own yoga sequences because I was totally confused about what she was talking about and could not hear her most of the time and it was more stressful than relaxing. Ive been calling the manager to discuss since yesterday and have sent a couple emails and they have not gotten back to me. I would refrain from going here if you love yoga and definitely do not go here if it is your first time. The teachers name that I had a horrible experience with here is Gabriela Perez.

My fiancee canceled a subscription with Yoga lab Naples in May. It is October and they continue to charge her card every month, every transaction has been disputed, and my fiancee even got a new card to stop dealing with them and they continue to charge her. They will not answer the phone to discuss the situation. Never ever give them your information.

I really love the workout at this studio. it is high energy and fun, however I have shown up to the 6:45am power vinyasa class on 2 separate occasions where no one was there. No cancellation notification the first time, and the second time was informed 10 minutes after the class was supposed to start. This left a group of people to be waiting outside for someone to show up and ultimately everyone decided to leave. This is disrespectful to people’s time and a very unprofessional way to run a business. Don’t waste your time trying to show up to the 6:45 am class.

Please stop billing me monthly when my account has been frozen since January 2024. I have sent several emails without a response. I can't get through by phone. A credit to my card for 4 months is due.

I purchased a 30 class pack from this yoga studio. My prepaid classes somehow disappeared from their system and they could offer no explanation or refund. They stole all my money, and could only make the excuse that the woman who sold it to me was no longer working there.

Wanted to love this yoga studio, but I can't. Please ask your patrons to stop recording during class. I didn't want to appear in someone's IG post/story - even for a second. 😞 Coming from a hot yoga mecca - this was not hot, not heated. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt there 'cause I'm used to 101 degrees. Instructors ... philosophize instead of giving cues. That's cool, but your students have their shoulders hunched up to their ears in down dog or their knee over their toes in warrior 2 - they can cause themselves injury. Twisted dragonfly? Do you mean lunge twist. So confused 🤔. Give it to you, your staff is really friendly and helpful, but if you're a veteran yoga or trained in specific lineage then (sorry 😳) but you could be wasting your time here.

You were recommended by a yoga teacher I know in Marietta, Ga, Karen Patton. I found your studio to be very welcoming for an out of town drop in. The instructor was fun. Place was clean. You guys do good work. Studio could have been a little hotter. But, no question, I'll be back when visiting Naples in the future.

Yoga Lab is the hottest yoga spot in Naples! When you show up on your mat there you are in the space to have a mentally therapeutic experience, time to reflect, and physically challenging workout--Yoga Lab is the best of both worlds, with a dope sound system! Great community. Big hearts.

I have never been to a more welcoming and warm place. From the front door to the instructors. Everyone is very polite. I often go to the power classes and I love it! It’s an amazing workout. Going to 3 power classes a week at Yoga Lab is literally all I do to stay in shape these days. And I plan on keeping my power yoga routine there! I have tried other places, but Yoga Lab is the best in Naples!!

Great experience at Yoga Loft while on vacation. My uncle is a regular at Yoga Loft, and he invited me to join him for the "flight school" workshop. Amy led an amazing class full of information about the history of different yoga practices, and really built a foundation for us to learn and grow from as the class progressed. Yoga Loft presents a very comfortable and welcoming environment, and the studio itself is equally charming. The entire staff and students make you feel right at home!

Yoga Loft Naples answered all of my fitness and yoga prayers. On top of their beautiful studio, the teachers and owners are so kind and helpful. It is not just a yoga studio but also a community. One of my favorite features of Yoga Loft is their workshops. They are always bringing the best of the best yoga teachers to Naples for their students to experience. Thank you Yoga Loft for being so awesome.

WAS TREATED BADLY BY THE OWNER , he kicked me out for not able to find me on his computer system how convenient! funny ! was not upset rather leave when saw who runs the place saw him few times and never like the guy! his face is full of hate and aggression, was happy to leave ! i think so too if you run your own business that do not give you the right to be rude and very unprofessional! he said i was rude to his stuff on one day when i ask questions let s hear it he back off had nothing to say said he will call the police if i don't leave LOL haha )) was not scared rather surprised what bugged me the most is the guy running health place is very obnoxious fellow! feel sorry for stuff they should not walk with chin down ! location is good but rather go to positive owners the only positive owner has about him is the money flow, place is not cheap ! other than that Yoga deserves better owner for sure ! review below,BIG THNX for supporting my thought !)
