Rosie gave excellent instruction on how to get into each pose. The vinyasa class was a very nice balance of strength and flexibility. I left feeling more open and relaxed, a perfect way to start the day.

My first visit to David’s yoga class was amazing! His energy/voice/& care for his students truly showed! The sacral focus was exactly what I needed & the sense of community with tea sharing at the end topped it! I look so forward to making it a weekly routine when I’m in town. Thank you!❤️🩹🧘🏻♀️

A beautiful and clean studio with a welcoming ambiance!! Rosie was the best and super informative about what poses we were doing and where it was tackling in the body. My favorite part was the lavender towel at the end. Bonus because afterwards I was able to do some work in the coffee shop downstairs. Love this place- I will be back for sure. Maybe to try a tea circle class???

I took a class with Rosie at Yoga Moth as part of an event with Orlando Girl’s Walk Club and it was so lovely! Beginner, friendly with small modifications if you wanted more spice and an absolutely adorable space (love the natural light!) above the Burrow Café where we grabbed some coffee after our flow. Rosie made the class fun and playful and I can’t wait to go back.

Been coming to Yoga Moth a handful of times now for the Tuesday classes and Rosie is amazing. She is so kind and each class I have been to she truly gets to know her clients and shapes the classes to their needs. As someone who is newer to yoga, she offers several options of classes for everyone and her classes are super affordable.

I took a ‘Mommy & Me’ class with Yoga Moth, it was such an amazing experience! I was nervous because my 10 month old can be a little unpredictable, but the atmosphere was so welcoming. Any anxiety I had melted away and it was a joy to participate. I look forward to future classes with Yoga Moth, there was a perfect balance of relaxation, challenge, and patience. Thank you so much!

a friend invited my husband and I to a morning class, and it was a wonderful experience! Rosie was so sweet, she offered modifications & interacted with the class a lot.
I’m not super familiar with the area or the place it shares a space with- but i can see that it’s creating a community for everyone involved.

While checking out Burrow Cafe, I saw an advertisement on the wall for a Tuesday night community yoga class. I was with my daughter, and so we decided to try it out together. I never expected to experience something so special...and the reason it is so special is because of Rosie, the studio owner. Rosie makes you feel part of her world the moment you walk in. She is kind, funny, smart and interested in what you have to say. The class itself was filled with a delightful bunch and was very enjoyable. After class, we all shared tea and got to know each other better. I highly recommend you give Yoga Moth a try and see for yourself what sets them apart!

Such a great experience at Yoga Moth! The sweet and tranquil studio is conveniently located above The Burrow. My toddler and I enjoyed mini + Me Yoga as well as Pilates Playground. I actually got a work out in while my little one enjoyed playing and even participating in the exercises. Yoga Moth provides an opportunity to move your body, bond with your little one, and connect with other moms. The instructors do such an excellent job facilitating the classes to ensure that both you and your toddler can enjoy the experience. We can’t wait to go back to this gem!

I have attended several classes for myself and with my 18 month old. We love Rosie and the environment she provides for Mommys and littles. I didn't think I'd be able to do a yoga class with my wild child, but again, Rosie provides a fun place to be and explore. As for other classes, I especially love the Tuesday communi-tea events. I love the yoga, the tea, and the connection. That is what Rosie does best (outside of yoga). She connects people. If you are looking for a welcoming place, connection, and a great place calibrate yourself, this is it. I am so excited for the future of this place.

My first Yoga experience was with Rosie at Yoga Moth and she really set the bar. The atmosphere was so clean and peaceful and she has the most beautiful energy and spirit. I joined her again for Mommy + Me Yoga and was so nervous about my 2 year old no cooperating, but she made the best accommodations with coloring sheets and toys for my toddler to play with while I finished my yoga session. I will definitely be back for more classes and would highly recommend anyone considering to do the same. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a welcoming and great experience in a group session with Orlando Girls wall club/ yoga moth/ the burrow cafe. I have been to many other yoga studios but have not felt comfortable enough to continue going/ practicing. Rosie is so welcoming and very chill. She talks you through each step and when you should breathe and that’s exactly what I need. Loved the environment for my first class. Will be attending again!!

I hesitate to review this place but ONLY because I know once word gets out what a great studio this is they’re going to be packed! I’ve been to two classes so far and both have been lovely. Rosie, the instructor, is so welcoming. She immediately greets everyone as they arrive and seeks to make connections with folks after class as well. She also gives great instruction, always offering alternatives to increase/decrease the difficulty of poses and explaining without over explaining if you know what I mean! Overall, I think Yoga Moth is a wonderful addition to Orlando and I value the sense of community they are fostering. I would recommend their classes to anyone who has been practicing for sometime to just beginning their yoga journey!

Today I went to YogaMoth and really enjoyed myself! It has been awhile since I have dived deep into my yoga practice and it was exactly what my body needed on this Sunday morning. It’s tucked away in the cute new space called The Burrow on Mills and located on the second floor. The space was thoughtfully put together with an inviting color palette and warm vibes. I joined a Vinyasa all levels class and it was a perfect amount of flow with the much needed stretching at the end. Icing on the cake was the essential oil eye towel to end the session. I’m looking forward to YogaMoth joining the community and look forward to another class in the space!

Rosie is truly a one of a kind. As a yoga instructor she has this beautiful ability to connect with everyone whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for years. Her classes are thoughtfully designed challenging in all the right ways, and always infused with kindness and authenticity. What makes Rosie even more special is who she is beyond the mat. As a young mom, she brings so much realness and her heart to everything she does. She does not pretend to be perfect she is genuine, down to earth and refreshingly honest about life’s ups and downs. That makes her not only a better teacher but a deeply inspiring person to be around. I love her as a person, a yoga instructor and as a mom. She reminds us all to show up, do our best and give ourselves with grace.

I’ve had the pleasure of practicing yoga with Rosie. Her expertise is undeniable—she has a deep understanding of the practice, from foundational poses to more advanced sequences. But what really sets Rosie apart is the way she teaches.
She has this incredible ability to make each student feel seen and supported. Whether you’re a beginner, prenatal, or a seasoned practitioner, she tailors each class to meet you where you are. She takes the time to explain why the practice it’s beneficial for your body and mind.
What truly stands out about Rosie, though, is her genuine care for people. You can tell that she doesn’t just show up to teach a class—she shows up for you.
She’s always checking in, making sure everyone feels comfortable and safe, and she fosters a space where you can grow both physically and emotionally. There’s an energy about her that encourages you to listen to your body, honor your limits, and embrace the process.
Her energy is contagious, and her classes always leave me feeling centered, empowered, and ready to face whatever life throws my way.
If you’re looking for a teacher who combines expertise with a true passion for helping others, Rosie is your person. I can’t recommend her enough!

Midwife here! I’ve taken both the prenatal and mommy+me classes. Rosie is very knowledgeable about pregnancy, both its limitations and capabilities. She can adjust to all skill levels so you do not have to be intimidated if it’s your first yoga class, but you can also find it a good challenge if you’re already experienced in yoga. She is also inclusive of movements that help prepare the pelvic floor for delivery, which is very beneficial regardless of the planned delivery method. Her mommy+me class was very accommodating to a variety of ages, my 4-year-old loved it, but it would be very easy and good for any family with infants as well.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a prenatal yoga class led by a truly exceptional instructor. From the moment the class began, I felt a wonderful sense of calm and relaxation wash over me. This wasn't just any yoga class; it was specifically tailored for expectant mothers, and the benefits were immediately apparent. The movements were gentle yet effective, providing a perfect balance of stretching and mindful movement.
What truly stood out was the teacher's incredible knowledge and discerning nature. They were so in tune with the needs and limitations of each participant, offering modifications and guidance that made the class both safe and enjoyable for everyone. It was evident they have a deep understanding of prenatal anatomy and the specific benefits of yoga during pregnancy.
Beyond the physical benefits, the class was genuinely fun! The atmosphere was supportive and encouraging, making it easy to connect with other expecting mothers. I left feeling both physically refreshed and mentally at ease. I highly recommend this prenatal yoga class to any pregnant individual looking for a relaxing, safe, and incredibly well-taught yoga experience.
