Enjoy an energizing beach yoga class designed for all levels of yoga practitioners. In each class, we practice meditation, movement, and pranayama (breathwork) to unify the body and mind. Bring your own beach blanket or we will gladly supply one. Inhale the fresh ocean air, feel the ocean breeze, and hear the seagulls soaring above on our 200-foot private beach. Yoga on the Beach at Ocean Manor Beach Resort allows you to start your day in full zen mode.

Julia gives a very relaxing yoga session. I love the ocean vibe. It really improved my bad shoulder from a rotator cuff injury. This class comes highly recommended for all levels of yogi's.
