Can I just say, this place is everything and more you would want from a yoga studio. It definitely makes one more flexible. Olga has some great tips/tricks to keep everyone engaged and progressing, would highly recommend this place! Brought girl; got laid. 10/10.

I absolutely love this place, I've never been to a better yoga place. Olga is amazing, for she does an amazing class. I'd describe her class as intention based, gets that desired stretch, calming, and effective. You come in different coming in and out. I come in, at times harbouring some stress, and coming out I will feel zen, at ease, healthy, glowing. "New zen life who dis?" I say.

Took my first "Intro to Primary" ashtanga class with Amy. She was an excellent teacher, very helpful and encouraging. The class was challenging for me because I've been away from my mat for too long, but it was really good and I felt great after. The studio was nice and simple. The other students were very friendly, too. I'll definitely return.

The studio is soothing, uncluttered and clean. I LOVE that there are no walls of mirrors!
I had the pleasure of practicing with Olga, the owner. She was kind and offered a nice class. However, it was only 60 minutes.
The music volume and lighting brightness/dimnesw were both just right.
After class we chatted with another student. It was my first visit here. Olga and the other student were both warm and friendly. A very welcoming environment.

The instructors are always friendly and welcoming, the classes are calming yet challenging. Convenient parking just behind the building and the floors are always clean! All make to create my favorite yoga studio! I always feel better after practicing yoga here!

Thoroughly enjoyed the true yoga feel in this studio as an integrated mind, body and spirit experience. The teacher Olga is authentic and enthusiastic about demonstrating and explaining the postures in a calm spirit , clearly.
