I'm not sure what kind of class that was but if that's yoga/stretching I have been doing it wrong for years. So many issues going on here, idk where I would begin critiquing.

Krystle is an excellent massage therapist.Β  At my initial appointment she listened carefully to my health issues, proposed a massage method that was appropriate for my needs and requested feedback throughout my treatment.Β  It was bar none one of the best massages I'veΒ ever had - perfect combination of working out some long standing issues with relaxation. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this studio off and on for 15 years and practicing yoga for 20 years. I feel at home hear and always feel welcome. I am amazed by Heather's classes and workshops. I learn something new every time I visit. Her workshop today was eye opening for me and I have found a new love for this practice thanks to this studio and Heather's awesome knowledge and delivery. I'm excited for more!

After months of physical therapy with little progress, I took the advise of my physicians and decided to try yoga. The studio owner at Yoga4all connected me with instructor, Doug Warner, who has a vast knowledge and passion for yoga, meditation and healing. I was carefully guided to the correct type of practice for my injury and have learned so much more than I realized is involved in healing an injury and how to do so without creating more pain. I am encouraged to practice at home and how to do so correctly, and have made progress not only physically but have learned let go of the stress related to expectation of progress. I have found a wonderful massage therapist, Amanda, at Yoga4all who also listens and guides therapy based on individual circumstances.
I most recently attended the Summer Solstice Labyrinth Workshop at Yoga4all, offered by Doug Warner in July, and I cannot express enough how much of an impact the workshop made with me and I was able to let go of unneeded fear that I have been holding onto since my injury. The workshop has made a profound difference in my injury recovery outlook, shedding another unneeded layer from my progress.Thank you for all you do!

I had the pleasure of attending Wanda Howe's workshop at Yoga 4 All on Saturday. As I looked around the inviting space it occurred to me that there were a wide range of people (and one amazing canine) in attendance. Think about standing before an unknown collection of students of varying ages, with an assortment of health challenges, varying yoga experience and expectations for the day. This is where a seasoned teacher, who has never stopped being a student herself, steps up and offers a brilliant combination of sequencing and modifications to address the needs of her students. We have been so incredibly fortunate to have Wanda Howe in Tampa Bay for decades volunteering to build the yoga scene from infancy to a robust community of teachers and dedicated students. Happy 20th Anniversary to Yoga 4 All - not sure if there are other studios that have stood the test of time - this one has because of a great team of teachers and healers. Thank you.

Abby Eastman is the best kept secret in the studio! Her ques are spot on.Yoga is not just meant for stretch and relaxation.Contrary to public opinion, it is meant to make one strong and able to support their joints.Abby knows what she is doing.Hands down.I would take classes from her seven days a week if she were available.Anyone who really wants to be strong in their posture should be in Abby's class.

I have many injuries. The owner and instructors personally call and discuss any issues before the first class so they know how to tailor it to each persons needs. They are very focused around yoga and what it means to each individual. Out of 6 different places I've taken yoga over the past 12 years, this is by far the best. The facility is spotless, beautiful and calming and they have everything you would need for a class. I will never take a yoga class anywhere else.

I've been practicing yoga for 25 years and and truly believe that two of the best yoga teachers in town are Abby and Heather. Abby is so knowledgeable about anatomy and is great for beginners and those with injuries. She has helped many of us move from chronic pain to being almost completely pain-free. Heather leads great sweaty flow classes with great music and a positive attitude.

I have been attending classes, workshops and private sessions for four and a half years at Yoga4All. They were recommended to me by an acupuncturist for my sciatica issues. I hear people complaining of similar issues, suffer with the pain and use medication. Unfortunately their minds are not open to yoga. These classes are also great stress relievers which everyone could benefit from.

8 weeks ago my body was in daily pain from my part time laborer job. My neighbor asked me to go to Yoga4All with her..... not expecting anything really, I agreed. Heather's Easy Yoga & Stretch class has absolutely opened a world of pain-freedom to me. In just a couple weeks I noticed a difference. Now I am taking just two classes a week and feeling amazing. Yoga4All turned out to be just the catalist I needed for a new fitness routine. The meditation is also fantastic for grounding and motivation. I have tried so many things, I would recommend Yoga4All to anyone who strives for good health!

I absolutely love these classes. The beginner's class is small enough to learn and everyone there is very friendly.

Mellow place for yoga, tai chi and meditation. I'm in my late twenties and go here for tai chi which is awesome. I have also taken a yoga class here and in the past have done a couple years of hot yoga elsewhere. Whether this is the right yoga place for you depends a lot on your age and injuries or lack thereof. If you are not as young as you used to be or have back/knee/neck etc. injuries then this is the place for you and I would give it 5 stars for that group. The yoga classes are tailored for people who have injuries and the instructors have lots of great variations of the yoga poses and other equipment to help people with injuries.

This yoga studio is good if you're part of the older population. I'm in my 20's and stopped going after trying many different classes and instructors. Having some yoga background, I thought the classes were too slow, too easy, and definitely more relaxed. Instead of having a nice yoga "workout", I felt like I just did some extremely light stretching/breathing/meditation and left. Even Heather's more "difficult" classes are not really difficult yoga classes. It's just a yoga class with some more vigorous exercises incorporated into it that aren't really yoga exercises. They are more like boot camp style exercises. In my opinion, none of the classes have any good flow to them. Having said that though, the environment is very nice, and all the instructors are very friendly and helpful. I would just say it's better for a 45+ crowd. Lastly about pricing, I think they are probably fairly priced, but, they have the typical "pass-based" system for classes. It would be so much better and inviting if they switched over to a pay/month for unlimited classes (at a reasonable price). For the type of yoga they offer, which is very basic and slow, they charge a bit much.

My experience at Yoga 4 All has been amazing! From the minute I stepped in the door I felt at home. All of the instructors are well trained and caring. As a beginner, Wanda's class was the perfect opportunity to learn form and function properly. Wanda's advanced class builds on previously learned skills and develops a deeper understanding of the practice. Truly, if it was not for Wanda, I most likely would not be practicing yoga. Nancy is a gem and a true gift to every person she meets. I always leave her class feeling relaxed, loved and appreciated. In addition, the studio is clean and well equipped and offers a wide variety of classes to meet just about everybody's needs. I feel truly blessed to be a student at this studio.

Wife and I have been coming most Monday & Wednesday nights for about 6 months. This studio is fantastic. Clean and well laid out. The instructors are very well trained in Yoga and anatomy. If you want to check it out they offer a free intro class Thursday and Saturday. You will soon want to move up to the Hatha (moderate) class. All the classes are about 75 minutes and everything you need (mats, blocks, straps, blankets) are provided.

There are several instructors that run the Hatha classes. Yoga 4 All does not do any of the dangerous (headstands, pressure on neck) poses that can cause problems. Nancy is the most experienced and the easiest of the classes. She explains what each pose is about and how it can affect your body. Since Nancy spends a lot of time explaining she usually covers less actual pose time. The class is still a good amount of work and ends with aromatherapy.

Amanda is the next step up. Highly qualified, she moves through more poses during the class. Amanda will give you options for how to make the poses more or less intense as you prefer. She covers a lot of ground.

Heather is the most work. She has you hold the poses longer which makes it more difficult. Heather has the most unique music playlist and is very funny. You will usually sweat more in her classes.

Most of the students are middle age (including us) and a lot of the regulars have been coming here for a long time. Purchased in bulk the classes are only $8 each.
Grab your spouse and check it out. I didn't know what to expect when I started but the classes are certainly more physical and less spiritual (although Yoga 4 All does offer workshops on meditation, Tibetan singing bowls, past life regression, tai chai, and a lot more). The full schedule and instructor bios are online.

I just went to my very first Yoga class, it was taught by Barbara and it was excellant. Not only did she not try and push us too far but she did push us just right. The setting is so peaceful and so relaxing, I can definitely say I have found my Yoga HOME..the whole staff is friendly and inviting. It's definitely where you want to go for your first class because of all I said, but also because the first class is free! Definitely check them out!
Namaste!

My family has been receiving massages from Marty at Yoga4all for a short time now. And in that short time we have fallen in love. She is the kindest woman with such a vast amount of knowledge and healing abilities in such a tiny adorable package. I recently pulled a calf muscle and quickly called Marty for advice and she had me come in for a quick fix and gave me advice. I can say that the very next day I no longer had pain.. Our family also attends the family yoga class on the first Saturday of every month, WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It is a joy to participate in a fun Yoga class with my husband and 4 and 11 year old. What a bonding experience. Yoga4all Really is Yoga FOR all. Everyone can benefit from all of their services and classes!
