The Management at this location is unresponsive. You'll often call multiple times a day; during class hours, outside class hours and still no one answers the phone. Everytime you ask to speak to the general manager shes on vacation and the owner is no where to be found. Its a shame because the studio space it self is so beautiful and the instructors and front desk workers are kind and happy. This place needs an owner and management overhaul ASAP

You have to check out this studio! YogaSix is unlike your typical yoga spot—they offer such a fun variety of classes, and it’s the perfect complement to my strength training at MADabolic. Fani’s Sculpt & Flow classes bring the most uplifting energy and hands down the best music, while Shiovahn always delivers inspiring messages in a perfectly calm setting for the Restore sessions. The studio itself is gorgeous—super clean, modern, and I love the changing lights during class! Absolutely love! I highly recommend giving them a try!

My daughter and I recently participated in the Y6 Sculpt & Flow Express Class led by Hillary, who is truly an amazing instructor! This was my first yoga class, and I must say, the client experience at this studio is remarkable! From the moment we booked our class to when we left after it ended, everything was seamless. The space is immaculate, the staff is welcoming, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit! 10/10 and highly recommend it!

I recently took the Signature Hot class at YogaSix with instructor Hillary and had an amazing experience. Hillary was patient, detail-oriented, and kind, guiding the class with clarity and care. Her playlist was absolutely fire, and combined with the studio’s perfect lighting, it created the ideal atmosphere for a focused and energizing practice.
On top of the great instruction and vibe, the customer service at YogaSix was exceptional— everyone made me feel welcomed and valued from start to finish. I’m beyond grateful for the entire experience and want to thank Hillary and the whole team for making it so memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next class!

So grateful to have this studio so close to home! I come here regularly and highly recommend! From the sweet teachers to the variety of classes—this place doesn’t miss! I have to shoutout Fani 🩷 she is the best yoga teacher ever! I’ve taken more than one style class with her and her complex knowledge of yoga and the mind/body connection makes her classes special. Her music is intentional with rhythmic changes occurring to match the speed of the breath which makes it sooooooo easy to flow. She pairs fun movements with perplexing sequences to provide EVERYONE with a fun practice. I can’t get enough!! I love it here, can’t wait to continue enjoying this awesome studio! 🩷

YogaSix is hands-down the best yoga studio I’ve ever stepped into. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with warmth, positive energy, and a sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere. The space is clean, modern, and calming — a true sanctuary for anyone looking to move, breathe, and reconnect.
A special shoutout to Lauren, who is an absolute rockstar instructor! Her Slow Flow class is a grounding, meditative experience — perfect for unwinding and tuning in. She creates a space that feels safe and supportive, guiding you with intention and grace through every pose.
But don’t let her calm demeanor fool you — Lauren’s Power class is fire! It’s the perfect balance of strength, stamina, and flow. She pushes you to find your edge, but always with encouragement and care. You’ll leave sweaty, smiling, and stronger than when you walked in.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, YogaSix has something for everyone.

I had an incredible experience at YogaSix Downtown Tampa! The hot yoga class was a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. All of the staff were very kind and helpful! Vika, our instructor, was absolutely amazing—her calming presence and expert guidance made the session both invigorating and soothing. I love this place! I tried out a ton of different yoga studios when I first moved to DT Tampa and just didn’t find the right fit. I tried out the Westchase location of YogaSix before signing up for their membership pre-opening and I’m so glad I did. The staff is super friendly and the classes are great. Pretty small class sizes/studio but it’s perfect. Super clean.
So far Vika’s hot signature & Lauren’s power flow are my favs. Vika subbed a power flow my first class ever and I signed up immediately. Great energy & a ton of different yogis that attend. Cold essential oil towels at the end! + super reasonable membership prices.
Power flow classes seem to have more current pop music & signature hots are the typical flow class music!

I love this studio! I have taken 4 classes with all different instructors and absolutely loved them all! So personable, kind, and helpful - especially the desk workers as well! I got the opportunity to take a 101 class with Vika and was the only person, so I got a personal class! I was able to ask questions and grow my yoga practice which I have never done before! Would definitely recommend that if you are looking to refine your poses! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love this studio! The atmosphere at YogaSix is always warm and welcoming. The lighting is def a vibe, and the music is perfectly curated—it really helps set the tone for whatever type of class. I’ve tried several class types, but Megan’s Restore class is my favorite. Her energy is grounding and learning new stretches for every part of body has helped me with back and neck pain. Every time I leave her class, I feel refreshed in both body and mind. Highly recommend!

Great new studio in Downtown Tampa! I love the variety of classes offered and each instructor I’ve taken has been a different (but equally awesome) vibe. I’m not a yoga pro so it was nice to feel comfortable in class and not pressured to do any movements if they didn’t feel right. The studio itself is clean and the temp in the room for hot yoga was just right 👌🏻

Had an INCREDIBLE experience here! I always love trying new studios out once they open up and this one did not disappoint. The instructor, Elizabeth, was extremely welcoming and did a great job explaining where things are and then led the flow. The music was modern and upbeat. I did the 5:45 power express so it was only 45 minutes. The only thing is the classroom is a bit small - which could be good or bad and it didn’t get super hot! Overall loved this studio

YogaSix has only been open since March (2025) but you would've thought its been around for awhile the way they were already in a rhythm with classes and regulars coming and going it's like they haven't missed a beat.
I loved the atmosphere of this studio- immediately when walking in I was greeting kindly by Connor who was working the front desk and helped me get checked in. They have towels & mats for rent for $5 each if you need one or forget yours like a silly person (like I did).
It is a pretty small space so if you come early there's not much room to hang out and wait, unless you went outside. I think even coming 10 minutes early is plenty of time, or else you can roll up right before your class time. They have lockers that actually lock and cubbies to set your stuff in.
I tried the Rest and Restore class one night and boy that's exactly what happened!! Our instructor Shiovhn was amazing- so real and genuine and upbeat. She led the class so well, instructing at times but not talking too much and allowing us to really relax and focus on the flow. I will come back just to take her class again.
The studio is located in the AER apartment building and there’s a parking garage in the building as well- you get the first 2 hours free so it was perfect to come for a class.
I am so impressed with YogaSix. They even called me the day of my class beforehand since it was my first time to make sure I didn't have any questions- that gap I spoke too was beyond nice and I wish I had gotten her name. I wish I lived closer by so I had the excuse to make this my home studio, but even then I'll probably still try and come here and there because it's worth it!

Ran a few minutes behind to the class, but I was able to check in, put my belongings away, and get right to the class. I brought my own mat and would have brought my own blocks had I known they were going to be utilized. I was informed the class was still warm from hot yoga earlier in the day, and it was definitely warm. But I managed to make it work. I was in the back left part of the studio so I could see the instructor. She kept the lights on a low setting of blue before changing it later on to a different color. Everything was very relaxing. The yogi was great giving out instructions. They have clothing and other accessories for sale. They also have deals on their classes and packages and month to month. Very nice place.

I survived my first YogaSix Sculpt & Flow (hot yoga) class and boy what a workout it was! Loved every minute of my 60- minute class... and it was a TRUE 60-mins, not like other places where it actually stops at 50. This one was well paced to take you through the entire hour!
Sometimes when I try new workout places like some of the pilates reformer studios, I end up wanting to like it and convincing myself that I like it, but ultimately it wasn't the challenge I was hoping for. I workout everyday cross training w/ equipment at home and found this class challenging but doable, mainly because it's in a heated room surrounded by other yogis so sweat is non-optional!
Despite this being a full class (Saturday morning, 9am) there was still plenty of space to move around and practice at my own pace. I did take breaks/drop the weights whenever I needed a breather and didn't feel judged. Our instructor, Hillary, was lovely. She was professional, very knowledgeable and welcoming, offering modifications to moves throughout the session.
Booking was simple and the staff was responsive/helpful with their text communication before and after my visit. I also appreciated the front desk rep who answered my questions and wasn't pushy at all when she explained the class options with me after class.
This downtown location is a month old and their facility is in great condition. Everything was clean and the equipment room was well organized, made it easy for me to find all the weights and bands for class. Highly recommend taking a class here!

A few weeks ago, my book club did a hot sculpting class at YogaSix Downtown Tampa, and it was such a blast! It was my first yoga class ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better intro. The instructor pushed me to my limits in the best way—challenging but still fun and high-energy the entire time. The front desk girl was also so kind and welcoming, which really helped ease my nerves. I left feeling strong, sweaty, and already wanting to come back. Such a fun and empowering experience!

Update: The franchise owner Ashleigh reached out to me within 24 hours to understand my experience further and to make it right. She offered me to try another class with a more experienced instructor. I appreciate her reaching out and will give the studio another try.
I signed up for the offer of 3 classes $36. I ended up only going to 2/3 due to my disappointing experience.
When I walked into the studio there were a few people behind the front desk, yet I had to check-in myself on an iPad. As a first-timer they provided no instruction on what equipment we would be using in the class, where anything was. They have open cubbies, 5-6 lockers and a bench. A chalk sign states $5 each for a mat and a small sweat towel.
The one and only practice room is unfortunately VERY small and to make it even worse there's a load-bearing column obstruction. They still fit 25 people in there so most likely you will be modifying your stretches and toning down your poses as I had to do. Someone's foot and hand will more than likely enter your space, making it hard to justify the high price for single class and other packages.
The first class I attended was Power Flow with Lauren. She wore a mic, which I found unnecessary given the closet sized space. She messed up on the side we were supposed to be on and instead of reading the confused look on people's faces she never corrected herself and just kept going. She also missed saying a few yoga pose terminology which perhaps speaks to her experience level. I was positioned in the back of the room up against the wall where the music and lightning controls are. She came over to my area 5x to change lights. If the light show is so necessary for the experience why not get a remote control. Finally during Savasana we were rewarded with Lauren waving a scented towel over our faces, but not offered individual cold towels. After class everyone piles into the supply room to sanitize their own equipment while the front desk staff do... ?
The second class was Sculpt and Flow with Alicja. Class description online says: "warm room". The room was hot. Period. When a room steams up and people are dripping sweat that's called hot yoga. The whole class was frustrating and just odd. She raced through all the sequences you would think it was a timed competition. The faces of people looking confused, giving up or completely ignoring her and doing their own routines were plenty. She asked us how we were doing twice during class and I didn't hear anyone respond. Not one person looked happy, just miserable. When I walked in Alicja only told me to get a block. I asked the girl sitting next to me if she was told what weights to get (light, heavy, bands) also no bands were used in class even though the description listed them. Not enough variety of weight options and scarce quantity left me to take not my preference. And the weights are metal which makes for quite a slippery grip in a hot class.
I never heard of YogaSix before, but now knowing it's a franchise model and with my experience I don't have hope that this location can be customized. Better instructions from front-desk staff, having them clean the equipment, eliminating fees for mats and towels, and allowing instructors to customize their classes and "read the room". The location will maintain a customer base because of just that the location. Expensive single class and packages for what is offered in the experience. Additional add ons of charging for mats and towels screams corporate.

Obsessed with this new yoga studio!
So excited to have this amazing new yoga spot right in downtown Tampa! The space is super clean, modern, and just has the best energy the second you walk in. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail—it feels fresh, calming, and totally inviting.
The staff are beyond welcoming, like genuinely kind and happy you’re there, which makes such a difference. It already feels like a little community, and I love that vibe.
What really surprised me is how affordable it is—especially for being in such a prime area. Other studios around here can be crazy pricey, but this place keeps things reasonable without sacrificing quality at all.
It’s such a great addition to the neighborhood, and I honestly can’t wait to see how it grows and impacts the community. Tampa needed this kind of space, and I’m so here for it

Beautiful, clean studio with friendly, professional front desk staff. However, the instructor, Daniel needs serious improvement with his yoga language/cues. He skipped a few cues altogether and overall sounded very unsure and not confident. The actual sculpt portion was great but his yoga instructions would not make sense to a beginner.
