Teacher training with Adam & Guruji was an experience I will never forget. My daughters and I found Satsang, Sampoorna Hatha Yoga, and Ayurveda to be life changing. Karma yoga was sweaty and fun! Food was delicious! 200 hour training was a bargain at $1,000. Om, Shanti! -Amanda (Parvati)

The first time I experienced samadhi was in this ashram. If you are ready to change your life, prepare to stay a couple of weeks with an open mind. Societal deprogrammimg has never been easier. Only for the truly dedicated, I would be confused if I didn’t have a background

The course covers all aspects of yoga. I feel confident in my ability to teach , due to the support and encouragement of the course facilators. Yogi Hari is a fountain of wisdom , holding up the light for those seeking a way , sharing a lifetime of his experience as a devotee to this path.
It's common for "Gurus" to drink their own Kool aid 😂 . He's legit don't get me wrong. See through the titles and witness a man, being a householder and striving to live a "spiritual" life which can be a challenge.
He had a firm grip on the minds of the live-in disciples , which I heard afterwards deserted him. I've dealt with his naiveness and arrogance , yet overall good bro with good intentions.
The leading instructor made enlightenment feel "carrot on the stick like" when ive learned enlightenment takes a moment to realize yet it takes a lifetime to cultivate, Moksha "Liberation" being that to strive for.
Remember, you are the one holding the stick, and the carrot!!! 🥕 Gurus help you realize the inner Guru . As Yogi Haris would say "the price is right. Do the work, get your cert then go to Vipassana and sit in silence for ten days, make it a lifestyle and you'll *ensperience what I'm talking about.
So everyday we would rise for Meditation, Chanting, and Satsang (spiritual discourse) followed by a Yoga Class, in the afternoon we also practiced and reviewed the previous days' content. We live dorm style , and enjoyed freshly prepared food from the onsite garden.
If you are a nature, farm & garden lover, it sits on a 16 acre fruit orchard, with an awesome swimming hole to cool off after karma yoga. I look forward to returning for karma yoga and maintaining good association with the community . Om Shanti 🕉️☮️

Peace & Love,
It has taken me over a year to write this review as eye’ve been working through the trauma eye experienced while attending my YTT here. This has been a daily journey. Let me be clear: THIS IS NOT A SAFE SPACE FOR WOMEN!
Eye graduated from the ashram in November 2023 and chose to stay afterward to learn and teach Sampoorna Yoga as a disciple of Yogi Hari.
Pros:
1. Eye met a group of wonderful women who supported one another during our time there.
2. The food provided was nourishing and enjoyable.
3. Learned Sampoorna Yoga (but honestly, save your money—buy his book, and you’ll learn as much as you would from attending).
Cons:
1. Upon my arrival, there was no one to greet me or provide instructions on where to place my belongings. This lack of organization made for a stressful start.
2. There was ongoing tension within Yogi Hari’s family that sometimes affected the program’s environment and created distractions.
3. Witnessed Yogi Hari speaking to and treating his disciples with little to no respect.
4. Our beach day, which was supposed to be included in the tuition, turned into an additional expense. The guru was supposed to accompany us, but the day before, we were told we’d be responsible for arranging our own transportation to and from the beach as well as paying for our lunch. The guru didn’t come at all. Greatfull for previous alumni’s Hector & Emilio who was super supportive during my stay!
5. Unclear Expectations for Karma Yoga:
After agreeing to stay on as a disciple with the understanding that my stay would be in exchange for karma yoga, eye was later asked to purchase groceries for the ashram without prior notice or agreement.
6. Personal Interactions with Yogi Hari:
During my stay, eye felt uncomfortable with some of Yogi Hari’s behavior & inappropriate language. After declining a personal request that eye believed was inappropriate, eye noticed a significant change in his demeanor toward me, which made the environment feel increasingly hostile.
The situation became unbearable, and eye had to coordinate my escape from the ashram. Eye even sought advice from his family about leaving and requested a partial refund so eye could depart immediately. Their lack of surprise when eye disclosed his behavior spoke volumes. However, eye was told that eye’d have to discuss any refunds directly with Yogi Hari.
To make matters worse, he lied to his family about the real reason for my departure, further adding to the confusion and stress.
7. After leaving, eye filed a formal grievance with Yoga Alliance regarding my experience. After their investigation, Yogi Hari’s Yoga Alliance certification was suspended. While this suspension does not prevent him from continuing to teach, it means he is no longer authorized to certify students under Yoga Alliance. However, eye observed that Yogi Hari continues to offer teacher training programs, which may mislead prospective students into believing they are receiving Yoga Alliance-certified training.
Eye am aware that there are other victims who have chosen to remain silent, but eye refuse to stay quiet. Sharing my story is not easy, but it’s necessary to shed light on this toxic environment and warn others.
Trust your intuition and be cautious when considering where to dedicate your time, energy, and spiritual growth. OM Shanti 🕉️

My two week teacher training here was the most bizarre and confusing experience of my life. If you’re looking to teach asana or anything resembling a modern yoga class, go somewhere else. Turns out, some of the students weren’t even there to be yoga teachers.
I’ll start with the good parts- the land was beautiful and there was fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the property. My group of students were very friendly and kind, and some members of the staff were truly amazing.
Unfortunately, one of the main teachers of the training, Sangita, was no longer involved in the training. Had she been there to guide us, I imagine the training would have definitely been better. I was surprised to learn that her father, the so called “guru”, was actually quite involved in the program but not in a good way. He is a fine musician so chanting with him was nice at times but not for 3 hours everyday. Afterwards, you must listen to his vague philosophical lectures in which he repeats himself often, makes lewd jokes and passes extreme judgement towards his students. This goes on for a few more hours, all the while sitting on the hard marble floors. After hearing him be so ignorant and rude, it is very strange to then watch how he expects his students / “disciples” to kiss his feet at the end of the lecture… his relationship to the staff whom live and work there seems somewhat exploitative.
There was very little focus on asana, teaching skills, posture correction, hands on adjustment etc…. We were only allowed to learn one sequence with something like 20 postures. Any mention of any other sequence or asana would be shut down immediately. The staff would gate keep everything so nobody ever knew what was going on. They pushed this whole “no gossiping” narrative but were the guiltiest parties involved. Our main teacher spread lies to all the students throughout the course, turning us against one another.
After all of this came to light, the training was an absolute joke. I left having learned nothing about yoga. I feel bad for the genuinely good people who identify with this place because it also seems to attract some sick people. I’ve been to rehab and this was so much worse in terms of dramatic and insane behavior.
Only stayed for the whole thing to get my certification.

I wanted to write this to let everyone at the Yogi Hari Ashram of Samoorna Yoga know that this has truley been a life transformational experience for me. What I've learned in a 2-week course, I could write a book on. Not only did I learn about Yoga Techniques, Methodology, Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology.. I've learned so much about myself. The amount of wealth of knowledge Shri Yogi Hari shared has changed my being. Not only did I learn lots from him, but he gave me an invaluable gift and that gift has been something I've been seeking for many, many years. The confidence and a new feeling of self, Yogi Hari has blessed me to move forward confidently on my new path. I've been wanting to move into for a very long time now. Being here I can say I have healed many parts of myself. I was able to laugh & cry and truley be my silly authentic self & feel supported. Truly a blessing.
Although, I may not have been the typical yoga student that has shown up here and I may have done things a little differently. I just want to say thank you for giving me the space to express and find myself, what an amazing experience. I've been surrounded by a wonderful Yogi family that has really created an inspiring sanctuary for people to come & connect, learn & heal..
So much Love & appreciation goes to Shri Yogi Hari, his beautiful family and his dedicated deciples for maintaining the program & doing everything behind the scenes that we didn't see. The hard work does not go unoticed. Such wonderful meals and service. I will forever be grateful and appreciative for this opportunity to have come & learn, live and receive a true authentic experience on this path. With a full warm open heart I leave the Ashram with immense love here for all here and for all to come. Yogi Hari has truly created a wonderful place here on Earth and I look forward to coming back and seeing and connecting with the Sampoorna Yogi family in the future, and checking in to see how everyone's Journey has been.
With Much Love and Gratitude,
Your Yogi friend,
Joshua

I just finished up my 200 hour YTT and I wish I had read a review like this before signing up.
** The most important thing I want to share: if you are looking for a technical and in depth training to become a yoga teacher, this is not the right program for you. If you’re looking for a spiritual retreat, yoga retreat, or general knowledge of hatha yoga and enlightenment, then this is the program for you.
I’ll start with the pros:
- The people are loving and caring
- Food is healthy and filling
- The ashram itself is luxurious and filled with fruit trees and quiet spaces
- There’s two yoga classes a day
- The Guru is passionate about what he does and has your best interest in mind
The things that frustrated me
- You only learn one yoga flow the entire time, which I felt is not applicable to modern yoga practice in America. You also have to slowly piece things together as to why the flow is designed the way it is, they did not teach that
- You spend about 5+ hours a day seated on the floor listing to the guru talk about things that are not super relevant to teaching the physical yoga practice
- There was VERY limited education in physical yoga practice. We covered: how to teach handstands, form corrections, and anatomy and physiology.
- You never have any idea what’s going on and no one tells you. There’s no syllabus and details are withheld for things like the “day off” until the very last minute
- The guru is a bit slow and rude
If you’re looking for something more technical- you’ll feel frustrated every day. But again, If that’s not what you’re looking for it’s fun to slow down for two weeks, detox the body and mind, and lean into a different way of living.

Didn’t have a good experience here. The yogi was rude asking me if I didn’t speak English because I was having difficulty stretching within a class of 18yr old girls. I am in my late 30’s and literally just started. He was not very nice or welcoming. Seemed like a pretty rude guy. Everything seems disorganized when you get there for the first time. I would not recommend this place it’s in the middle of nowhere too.

Pro: Yogi Hari is a true guru and fully present with guiding his students to enlightenment.
Con: There’s very little diversity. Mostly everyone was white and there were no scholarships available for BIPOC at all. I was the only black woman in my class and 1 of 2 black people at the entire ashram, a third person of color, the Guru, and then everyone else was white. It was uncomfortable. I experienced racism by one of the staff members. But the Guru did everything he could to teach me about being indifferent to other people’s ignorance. It was hard though.
Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who is seeking enlightenment and if you’re a POC, try to get other POC to join the class with you so you don’t feel so isolated.

I did the 200h YTT at Yogi Hari's Ashram and absolutely loved it. I learned so many important things, not only for my future work as a yoga teacher, but also for my life in general. I enjoyed learning about yoga, yogic philosophy and yogic lifestyle. I took the 200 teacher certification because I wanted to learn about yoga for myself, but after taking the training, I am excited to teach yoga class to others. The ashram is serene, peaceful, and homey. Rama was an amazing teacher. The yogi food was amazing with garden fruits and vegetables. I have learned so much about my body, my mind, and my soul. Highly recommend. Thankful for Guruji, Rama, Abmika, Vishnu, and Leela

More of a cult than a yoga teachers school. Very much religiously orientated. A lot of judgement.
You have to bow down to the feet of guru. Guru is kind of rude , so you can “ dissolve your ego “.
Also there’s a lot physical labor which is hard and could be traumatic sometimes. It’s called karma yoga there 😁
Schedule is from 6am to 9:30pm. Barely any free time.
Good part : hatha yoga is nice, food is healthy and the territory of the school is beautiful.
I still recommend to think twice about getting your license there. This place is full of judgment.

Best place to learn yoga, yogic philosophy and yogic lifestyle. It's been 2 months since my training in the Ashram and I have a taught many classes in my city already. The duration and price is only a bonus on top of the excellent yoga they teach you. My heart is filled with gratitude. I can truly appreciate the extent of how much I learnt there in retrospect. Rasa is a great teacher and beautiful soul. Also, the place is so serene and lovely with fresh fruits.

Wonderful Ashram with amazing yoga instructors, sat-sang with a living Guru, divine music and chanting by Yogi Hari and Rasa. Oh, did I mention the food…..fresh, nutritious, tasty, and cooked with love. Vegetarian. Gluten-free. Amazing Sampoorna Yoga practice and teacher certification, and they had a Yoga Nidra training during my stay too. Everything about this immersion was beautiful. Is definitely something...so much judgment going on in this place will make you feel sick from your self and the world around you everyday judging people (satsang ) as if you are better then them why? do you think you are better? and even if you are its okay to practice being humble and good to others! Definitely a very sick environment will definitely be brainwashed for sometime after leaving, hopefully you can avoid at all cost!

Living and learning as a true yogi is the experience that awaits you at this Ashram. If you're looking for luxury or a resort-style retreat, there are plenty of other choices where yoga isn't the priority. This Ashram will challenge you, physically, mentally and spiritually and asks you to do a deep-dive into your preconceptions. At the risk of repeating myself - this Ashram will challenge you - but I'm sure the reward will be worth stepping out of your comfort zone. Heavy emphasis on Nada and Bhakti Yoga. The advanced Hatha will also challenge you. Lean into it and reap the benefits.
The living is dorm-style, bunk beds, but comfortable. Healthy vegetarian diet coupled with a dedicated staff.

And each time I spent some time here, whether participating in a teacher training, a yoga day, or a personal retreat, I go home enriched, feeling stronger physically and mentally, more peaceful, happier, healthier, more focused, clearer about how to improve myself in living a more balanced and meaningful life. Many thanks and blessings to Shri Yogi Hari!

I am very grateful that I chose Yogi Hari's Ashram to do my yoga training.
To me, Yoga is much more than "Asanas" and "flexibility". It's a path that leads me to a spiritual enlightenment, building the best of myself, finding my purpose of life and experiencing feelings of happiness at any time. This is what I experienced with Sampoorna Yoga.
Sampoorna Yoga is integral, which fulfill different types of yoga: Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Nada.
I experienced every day plenty of energy, even though I woke up everyday at 5 am and went to bed around midnight after reading my book, my body was more energized than ever.
I opened my heart to receive all the wisdom given by Guru Hari and I experienced a high spiritual level. He is a book of knowledge. I am grateful of his honesty and the straightforward way he teaches. There were two intense weeks absorbing the history of the yoga, alignments and meditations.
I focused myself in learning, reading and paying attention. I developed more discipline, patience and happiness.
I was delighted by Rasa with her lovely voice singing mantras and playing all the instruments at the same time. Her food is deliciously amazing! I admire her, she is a hard worker during the day and elegant lady during the satsang.
Rama, the teacher is pure love, disciplined, he was an inspiration for all the students.
Yogi Hari's Ashram is a place surrounded by Nature and it's designed to grow up spiritually, is not a place for vacation to go to hang out.
Far away from being a religious temple, they teach the philosophy of Yoga and essentially how to be a happy being and joyful from the inside out. It reminds us we are Divine.
I highly recommend this place. I am so glad I did it.
Thank you to Yogi Hari, Rasa and Rama and the rest of my class. Thank you also to the Masters of Yogi Hari.
With gratitude and love, OM Shanthi.

What a most amazing and humbling experience yet again with my 300hour teacher training completion that ended last month with Yogi Hari's Ashram. I attended the ashram in December for my 200hour teacher training and it was absolutely life changing. My first time positive experience made it easy to decide to return to the ashram for training, although my second time around was virtual it did not lack in quality whatsoever. Yogi Hari and his wonderful disciples carry out a most informative teacher training that gave me so much more than I could have asked for. If you are thinking of utilizing the ashram for anything at all, do not hesitate- you will not regret it! Also, everything is made clear on the website on what to expect, so anyone with a review that's less than stellar may have not read the bio thoroughly before attending. I personally loved the communal living, and while it may not be for everyone, they do they absolute best at the ashram to accommodate what anyone may need. Overall amazing environment and learning experience, OM SHANTI!

Both the 200 hour & advanced 300 hour teacher training programs at Shri Yogi Hari’s Ashram are simply incredible. Where to even start about five whole weeks here? This sacred space, curated and cultivated by genuine hearts & minds, hosts a comprehensive & transformative education regarding Yoga, and its many layered teachings.
It truly teaches, & allows you to fully immerse yourself into, what it means to be a Yogi. From the very beginning, upon arriving at the Ashram, it becomes clear that this haven of a realm is special, a gift of an experience to find yourself in.
And all that is provided & imparted at this paradise, from the practical to the theoretical, feels to its very core to be radiating as pure & refined knowledge & guidance.
Mindfulness & self-discipline especially thrives in this Sattvic environment, allowing you to deepen into an ancient system of evolution and growth, blossoming clarity & expansiveness & positive development.
What’s so amazing & vital too, instead of just offering a portion of the spectrum of Yoga, like only teaching Asanas (postures), Shri Yogi Hari’s Ashram, with its intelligent and integrated style of teaching, creates the opportunity for any individual to uniquely progress by bounds and leaps in their practice from a holistic & totality based approach versus a fragmented one.
Truly, this effective & transcendent system of Sampoorna Yoga is a boon to all, & i could not recommend enough how beneficial of a process it is to wade into.
My own experience left me changed forever for the better; to stay here felt like a deep remembrance of awareness, like rubbing the sleep from my eyes as they responded to the gentle light of life & fruitful truth found all around. And upon returning from my experience, it is surreal how much of a beautiful & beneficial impact integrating & applying everything learned at the Ashram has been.
Whether you are seeking a teacher training program to become fluent enough in your practice to share the joys of Yoga with others, or for your own own personal Sadhana, or simply to explore with an open mind timeless teachings brimming with brilliance, look no further; this is it.
Research the curriculum & very helpful information available on the website, so as to be prepared, & then commit yourself, trust in the sincerity of the experience, & dive in.

It is two weeks since graduating my 200 Hr Teacher Training at Yogi Hari’s Ashram! I had been practicing yoga for 5+ years
(many different modalities, yin, ashtanga, etc) when I decided to become a teacher. Yoga is a lifestyle, a healing practice and so much more than showing up on a mat. As a burn survivor at the age of five, along with other traumas in my past, I had been disconnected from my body/myself for a very long time. Yoga was and still teaches me. It represents the ebb and flow of teacher/student mode, the place we as humans are meant to be.
No coincidences, when I heard of Yogi Hari’s Ashram from a friend, I was surprised to hear that any school would be open during a global pandemic. The price was 50% off as well!!! Precautional preparedness was on point! How lucky was I?!? I had only practiced Hatha Yoga a few times, limited knowledge yet I kept an open mind going in to this. I really must admit I didn’t have big expectations. I knew it would serve its purpose, that was all I had in my mind. Well, …..
WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!
This gave me everything I needed to become a teacher, yet it gave me so much more!! It gave me a piece of myself.
I search for words. None that can express or articulate exactly what I felt during the two weeks. Consciousness! Realizations! Perception! To bring us connected, to experience a sense of our wholeness. To connect with like minded individuals, to experience a non judgement environment, to explore who you (really)are. It supports you as you shed those piece of you that no longer serve you. This is how I can best express it!
Karma Yoga & Nada yoga, now a very important part of my life. I would look forward to working in the turmeric field, sweating in the heat, singing in Satsang. The days filled with purpose, a spiritual relationship! Yogi Hari’s ashram taught me to be a teacher, and along the way allowed me to be a student….mostly of myself.
This is (in my humble opinion) is how we can become the best yoga teachers. From the inside out.
The discounted price is NOT a discounted experience, farthest from. Open mind, Open heart. I am forever changed!!! Forever grateful! When we change we change the world. It starts with one.
This is a place that eat, sleeps and breaths YOGA, on and off the mat, as it is meant to be. Authentically!
I look forward to next year when I will attend for my 300 Hr training.
Until then…..

Nancy Hickson

Om Shanthi ,
My name is Sofia , we were the first group to be received during the COVID-19 Pandemic, in June 2020, and it was truly a sanctuary of peace and wisdom.
Guruji's and Rasa's music was purely magical and healing! Rama radiates a pure passion for instructing , he's thorough and very mindful with his instructions . I really appreciated Sanguita's love and light as an instructor as well, shes very dedicated to her family and she is such a beautiful soul!
Overall, my experience at the Ashram was very spiritually healing and I will treasure the people that I met and share the knowledge with my little yogis!
We can all positively impact our communities in our own creative ways, this course lays out a strong foundation for such opportunities to flourish!
Follow your heart, it's always their to guide us!

I strongly recommend this Ashram for anyone seeking spiritual growth or development. In our society of constant stress, anxiety, depression, and suffering; Yogi Hari's Ashram brings back into focus what it means to be human and what life is really about.
I recommend taking the 200hr and 300hr TTC. 2 vegetarian meals a day, yoga, meditation , and karma yoga will heal your body, mind and soul.

Yogi Hari’s Ashram creates a beautiful environment to dive deeper into both your personal practice as well as gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to be a teacher. This teacher training experience is very holistic; while you are there you will be completely immersed in a yogic lifestyle. This means eating a Sattvic diet and staying away from things like coffee and alcohol, lectures from the guru about personal life and spirituality, practicing “karma yoga” which is meditatively conducting things like cleaning and gardening, etc. Essentially, every moment you are there you are practicing yoga, and by that I mean not just going through asanas in a yoga class, but experiencing what it is like to constantly live a life of self-discipline, awareness, and the essence of doing good and being good. For me, the opportunity to completely immerse myself in this environment at the most beautiful ashram in America was more than a dream come true- it was something I never could have even imagined. I have never felt so peaceful and in tune with myself and those around me. Also, I can’t believe how prepared I feel to go forward as a teacher after only two weeks! Overall, I would recommend this training program 100%, but if you think you’re not the type of person to want to wake up at 5:30am every day, sleep in a bunk bed room with a few others, do hot gardening work, eat a restricted diet staying away from drugs and alcohol, and you’re just looking for the physical part of yoga, this probably isn’t the school for you. All I can attest to is that every person that completed the program with me ended up loving the self-discipline and feeling of what it is to receive and give back to a community. For me personally, it was more than I could have ever wished for and something that will be with me for the rest of my life.

My online teacher’s experience at the Ashram was more than I expected. Doing online yoga is different but is just as rewarding as being in person. In a way you work harder. The online students bonded in the same way as if we were at the Ashram. I felt safe and secure doing the poses via zoom. Romaji and Sangita were very professional and kept an eye on us making sure we were in the pose and were able to correct us and make us go deeper into the pose even though we were online. Advanced poses were broken down in steps as you would do them yourself in a class. Guruji was very knowledgeable in his teachings. The knowledge I gain from Sampoorna will only grow as I study and practice . When The two weeks were over, I was more opened hearted, blissful and my body was at peace inside and out.
Thank you for an awesome journey.

You get so much more than what you pay for. By the end of course everyone feels like family. The strict schedule is hard at first, at least for me, but it helped to create a great foundation not just for yoga practice but a calm balanced and organized life as well. Class with Rama is always great. He not only teaches how to deal with the physical aspects of potential students, but the whole person. Rasa's song's don't just sound nice they are filled with positivity and love. So many good vibes, delightful natural surroundings, and beautiful people. Thank you Yogi Hari for creating such a wonderful program full of treasure and sharing it with us.

I went to the YTT200 January 2020 and was blown away by how much I enjoyed this program. It is steeped in traditional yogic philosophy, spirituality, and the instructors are so full of wisdom, knowledge, and kindness. Bonus, the food was delicious and plentiful!

I'm Priscilla from Texas.. So I was apart of Yogi Hari's 200 RYT program in August of 2019. I for sure was kind of skeptical about it when first reading about it but I'm sooo glad I completed my Sampoorna Teacher Training there. It was a great perspective shifting experience. I met amazing people, ate delicious, healthy food, and learned so much over the 2 weeks I was there. I really loved the morning and evening Satsang. I felt connected with everyone while chanting and it seemed to ease me a lot. Rasa, Ambika, and Radjha are so talented and amazing. They accommodate you as needed. One thing, going here you have to arrive with an open mind not expecting a luxury resort. Because it is an ashram, you live with the essentials which also you will learn a lot about yourself in all kinds of area. I enjoyed gardening, chanting, yoga practice and the food. You do get 2 meals a day and there are nearby stores where you can purchase your needs. I look forward to come back for my 300 RYT! I really love this place, for it taught me a lot about life, patience, gratitude, self-awareness, community, and how to spot a spinach rope. Don't wait.. Do it, you wont regret it. Om Shantih Guys <3

I reside in Georgia and in summer of 2019 I was looking for a teacher training class to complete a 200 hr yoga teacher certificate. As I was searching the web noticed the Yogi Hari’s Ashram and decided to learn more about it. I purchased the book Sampoorna Yoga and after reading it, I registered for the training in August.
What an amazing journey the life at Yogi Hari’s Ashram it has been and the wealth of knowledge that I have gained during this training.
Thank you to Yogi Hari's extraordinarily teaching Sampoorna yoga of fullness that address all aspects of mind, body and spirit. A beautiful garden of peace and love he has created in South Florida. The garden has fresh organic fruits and vegetables especially delicious fresh coconut. As we practiced our Karma yoga daily, we worked as a group in the garden and the house to prepare for meals and enjoy along with our practice of yoga asana, singing and chanting, meditation, and study of yogic philosophy.
This was an experience of a lifetime for me and I am forever grateful to Guruji for finding my voice.
I met wonderful people from around the world at this ashram and will continue to keep in touch with them for many years to come.
I will definitely go back for additional training in the near future.
I give thanks to Guruji, Rasa, Radha and Ambika for sharing there blessing of yoga.
Om Shantih, Om Peace 🙏🕉

Words can not describe this wonderful place. So peaceful, so pure, so pretty. Yoga classes are professional, consistent and very precise. They will get you out of your comfort zone in one way or the other which makes it a great learning experience. I would recommend this (200hr YTT) training to everyone, also when you are not planning on becoming a yoga teacher. The wisdom from GuruJi is life changing. And everything in the ashram is focused on purifying your mind and body - including delicious nourishing food. Thank you again for all your effort, love and dedication to making this possible for many.
Om Shantih,

This was such an uplifting experience. I thought that I came to learn about the discipline of teaching yoga, instead I received so much more. I learned so much about myself, my physical & spiritual boundaries were expanded beyond my wildest dreams. I’m so thankful to have found Yogi Hari’s Ashram for my 200 hours. I’ll be back for the advanced class next year. This is the place. This is the real thing. The biggest plus was the amazing people that I met and the strong bonds we formed. I know these people will be in my life from now on.

My two weeks with Yogi Hari definitely were not easy, it was challenging and it was a wonderful opportunity for growth. I really enjoyed my time here! I learned so very much! Rama, Sita and Rasa as well as the other volunteers are wonderful and of course so is Yogi Hari :-)
A couple tips would be to definitely bring a small fan. You are barefoot in the house all the time and you can't wear shoes so little socks with grip are nice. Be prepared to volunteer 1 hour a day for karma yoga and if that is something that you don't want to do I would suggest that you don't come, because it really throws off the energy of the group when a couple people are not participating. You also have Dish Duty in the kitchen for approximately three meals, I found this to be fun and you work with four other students. Be prepared to give up alcohol, smoking and caffeine for your two weeks and I would highly suggest that you break the cell phone addiction by always leaving it in your room and not bringing it with you to lecture so that you are fully present :-)
I found the food to be very delicious and satisfying, maybe too satisfying LOL I was hoping to lose more weight but at least I was able to lose a couple pounds! This of course was my responsibility and due to enjoying the bread and many meals with carbs. There are stores that aren't far away and there are students that live close by that have cars so it's normally easy to go pick up something at the store if you need it.
They do ask for you to be modest and not to show your belly so plan on bringing tank tops that are full length. It can be super super hot here I never wore any of my lightweight sweaters that I brought and I came in April, I also only wore long leggings the first day after that it was shorts. You will definitely want an all white outfit although there is a Target nearby it's helpful if you just bring that with you!
I highly recommend this training in fact I am going to offer it to my children as a gift if they are truly interested! Thank you so much for this amazing affordable experience!

I can't wait to get back there.

I have had a good time here. Guruji has a wealth of knowledge that will help you along your spiritual path. I respect him and his experiences very much. I enjoyed hearing him share his stories during Satsang. The experience of a residential course was necessary for me but I know I need more time. This place will offer you solitude along with a lot of knowledge on asanas and will also help you propel your physical practice (the Hatha Yoga teacher is a skilled teacher)! This is why I will be returning for the 300 hour course. I know there is more for me to gain from being here and engaging in each of the yoga aspects offered during the day. 🙏 Thank you for the care and the experience.

I went to this retreat terrified... I always wanted to do this but never found the courage to come. I learned so many pertinent lessons that I will take back home. I was very intimidated at first, but all of the teachers have your best interest at heart. Sita and Rama were so great. Manu scared me the most at first, but when I was at a very vulnerable place he really made me feel better with a smile and a hug. Thank you all so much and many blessings.

My experience at Yogi Haris Ashram was a truly valuable experience. I learned so much in my two weeks for the 200 YTT. My fellow students and I became quiet a family in this time. The support from everyone was so helpful to push us all to see our own potential and see how the teachings can permeate into all aspects of our lives. Those looking to go here for their YTT should be aware that this experience is heavy on spiritual growth and ways to cultivate peace of mind and less emphasis on clinical aspects. With that being said I really enjoyed my experience but it is something to be mindful of! Om Peace

I took the beginners 200 hour course at Yogi Hari’s ashram. Firstly, the Ashram itself is beautiful to go along with great facilities. Everything you could want from an Ashram. Furthermore, if you forgot any small amenities no fret, there’s CVS and public close near by. The course itself includes many different types of yoga to help you along your journey of spiritual growth. We had a very large class during the course but this was no issue as there were multiple disciples of the guru there to help everyone out. Yogi Hari himself is very knowledgeable and wants to reach as many people as possible with his knowledge as he can which I really respect. I will be taking the 300 hr advanced course here now.

My time in June, 2018 at Yogi Hari’s Ashram has been truly a memorable experience. It was ultimately been a rewarding, satisfying experience that challenged me mentally and physically. I got the opportunity to experience yoga in a different way. I found Yogi Hari’s course excellent value for money. The accommodations were comfortable. The Ashram’s surroundings were beautiful and serene. We had a strict schedule and thankful for this, for I am now much stronger and more confident of my practice and my teaching skills. I met 11 beautiful woman and we all became friends. Yogi Hari’s disciple, Rasa is the key to keeping everyone and everything orderly. Rasa’s Cooking was divine. We did not have any dairy, meats. Mostly everything we ate is grown at the Ashram. My favorite time was Satsang. We chanted/meditated three times daily. Yogi Hari has an amazing voice...I continue my satsang daily with his cd and voice coaching. I stayed on longer for Yoga Nidra certification. I found Yoga Nidra to be blissful practice of deepening my physical experience of yoga as well as spiritual unfoldment. I am grateful for having been able to attend Yogi Hari’s Ashram. I give 5 stars with a caveat that you need to go into this with an open mind and full awareness. Go here if you seek transformation. This is a "complete" yoga training, which incorporates much more than asanas. This is clearly stated in the description, so there shouldn't be a surprise when you are in meditation, chanting/singing, spiritual discussion, and karma yoga portions of the daily schedule. Yogi Hari provides authoritative and knowledgeable direction and instruction in all aspects except asana instruction which is handled by very capable disciples with extensive experience. The yoga sequences themselves are Sampoorna yoga, which is a full approach that includes more than asanas, and sequences them according to logical time-tested flows that have been handed down through gurus. Yogi Hari is accessible in everyday life, work, and practice, and teaches not only through instruction, but through his many years of personal experience. He is genuine and real. There is no "show" here; there is a yogic way of living, learning, and practicing to advance the spiritual path of yogis who are blessed by fortunate fate to find themselves at this ashram.

since I finished my 200 hour course I am a different person. not because I am now a teacher, but has made me a better person, that asharam is a holy shrine for me. all the moments lived were special. the place is big, lots of trees, food always fresh and served at the right times. Everything is very organized, for you to learn more than series of asanas. fantastic classes, playful, and enriching. Each student has a chance to experience variations in posture, corrections, self knowledge and discipline. the Guru Yogi Hari ... is a philosopher, a man experiment with wise words, sweet gestures, admirable attitude and a great adviser. if you are providing more than a diploma .... perhaps an incredible experience in this magical place will make you join the useful to pleasant and get a good time to explore yourself.
Eu realmente... recomendo esse curso de yoga 200 horas na florida . Voltarei lá fisicamente com certeza . Porque com certeza meu spirit deve ir lá ... obter paz de espírito.

It is a unique experience to be at the Ashram and in the presence of a real master like Guruji Yogi Hari. He is an ocean of knowledge that I can not exhaust in this lifetime. With passion and devotion he generously and lovingly shares his knowledge and his home and daily life to inspire us to evolve on our path. Every time I come here he helps me to change my life and myself to the better. This brought more health, happiness, joy, peace, focus, efficency, better discrimination, richer relationships and more selfknowledge into my life. His teachings correspond with my inner truth and he helps me to find answers to all of my questions. The holistic Sampoorna Yoga System gives so many means on so many levels for better health, peace of mind and for balancing my whole personality and for revealing my potentials. The Ashram is a wonderful place like an oasis with a huge garden full of fruits and vegetables to enjoy and to nurse. The work in the garden is very healing and enjoyable. It's a peaceful place with beautiful landscape, ideal to renounce from the busy worldly life and to recover and get new inspiration. The loving people and atmosphere here help immediately to see the bright sight of life. When you come here you should definitely take a photograph in the beginning and at the end of your stay and observe the difference 😉

I followed 2 weeks of Teacher Training in April 2015. This is a wonderful program in a wonderful place. You will find here not only Hatha Yoga, but also chanting and basic music lessons (Nada Yoga), meditation and most importantly yoga philosophy. It is taught not from a book but from the experience of the enlightened master Yogi Hari. He lives what he preaches and you can feel that every lesson is supported by his own experience. The program is structured very well. Having completed it i felt totally equipped to give Sampoorna Hatha Yoga lessons. Tara, the wife of Yogi Hari, has been cooking all the meals and it was divine! Working in the garden or in the kitchen during Karma Yoga really frees the mind from all kind of garbage and helps to get in touch with yourself, to heal the soul. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to go deeper into yoga and get in contact with a great master.

The training was excellent and the opportunity to train with someone who is a true "yogi" made it even better. The atmosphere is as authentic and real as one can get.
