This club is disgusting, the toilets are always clogged, the shower is NASTY, the equipment is full dust, the whole club is garbage, the people that work there don't do anything, they talk and stay behind the counter talking and looking dumb, they have no idea who comes and goes, I asked them to cancel ,my account months ago and they did not close my account nor my wifes so they kept charging me, because of a incompetent employee we had to pay for 2 months plus their annual fee even though we had asked to cancel.
If you are looking for a gym/club in Margate/Coral Springs area go elsewhere, this place is nasty and NOT well Managed, go to EOS, Crunch, Planet Fitness there are many options around, so don't settle for this one because you will regret you did, I hope this helps.

Dont walk but run from this gym. It is runned by crooks. I purchased my daughter a gift of one training session there. They kept my credit card number without my knowledge, and waited several months and started charging my credit card when I dont even belong to their gym! My bank called them with me on the line and Judy Vegas said she would not reverse the charges even though she knew she did not have my permission to charge my card and no services were rendered to me or my daughter for the charges! Later the same day, when my daughter went to tell her she is quitting the gym, she tried to charge my daughter $150! Im reporting this company to State attorneys office, the attorney general and BBB along with suing them for credit card fraud and return of my money, mental distress and attorney fees!

Also, if you doubt they keep charging your credit card when not authorized, read all the low star reviews! Its all the same thing. Apparently the owner likes to charge peoples credit card without earning the fees. The State Attorney will be notified of this systemic credit card fraud!

literally the worst, i called this location so many times to set up an appt with a personal trainer, no one ever called me back, or they would tell me to call at a certain time but when i called, the person i needed wasnt there apparently. also, the whole billing system is terrible, i called 3 weeks before my contract end date and asked if auto renewal was on, and they said it wasnt but im actually still being charged now a month later and now i have to pay like $90 to cancel. i will never ever ever go back to youfit ever ever ever ever.

Signed up for a month to month training and when I wanted to stop was told I was in a long contract. I was never told or provided any paperwork. Couldnt even access my info on the app. Had numerous billing issues. Management told me there was nothing they can do and it happened with a lot of other people who signed up with an employee who is no longer there. I’ve been going to this gym for a while now. A few months ago someone was trying to use my credit card so my bank sent me a new one. The gym called and told me that my bill wasn’t paid, so I gave them my new card to put on file and pay. Now , a credit person calling me telling me I owe money. I called youfit and they have the nerve to be telling me” that they have my old card on file”, after I gave them my new card. And then, they have the nerve to tell me “what I owe can be deleted if I start the gym again” like what. What kind of stupid dumb crap is that. I ask the guy to speak with a manager because I gave someone my new card and they did not do their job, the guy told me “ the manager will tell you the same thing”. I’ve been cleaning my credit for so long and got it cleaned and now these people did not do their job, wanted to offer me another contract to clean my “what I owe” it’s a damn scam. Guys, please becareful about joining this gym, please.

My Fiancée and I started coming here recently and I have had the pleasure of working with Josie B. for the last few weeks as a trainer. She’s been incredibly helpful even when not on a scheduled day, when walking by and seeing us try out a machine we haven’t done or if we don’t look completely comfortable she’ll give us some input to get the most of our workout, and safely too. Everyone working there is extremely friendly and even the manager Bruno is very down to earth and really just seems to want you to have the best experience. I haven’t had a negative outlook as of yet and have been enjoying our journey with the Youfit team. Even when it comes to packages like personal training, the team really does treat you like they want what’s best for you and your unique situation, rather than just making a sale. There was even a free trial period to see if the equipment and amenities were right for us before we committed to anything. Good people and management. On a side note for those who run the company, poor job on equipment, you took away the people/ green benches with individual seat and back adjustment which had about 8 inclined and gave all youfit these with only 5 angles and no options for seperate seat to back adjustments. Bring back the old ones. Also, the 4 different floors and multiple levels limits the layout and forces the equipment to be cramped. I look at the potential everyday if only the ones who makes decisions and delicate funds cared.

Horrible experience. Canceled my membership in May 2023, accepting to pay the penalties for early termination. In October 2023, I got another charge. Went to the gym and was told by the manager Bruno that everything was fine and that I'd get a refund soon. A few weeks passed and another charge hit my bank. I called the gym and was denied speaking to the manager and told the method to cancel changed in June, I'd have to email their customer support, and they wouldn't help me resolve this despite being their error. Email customer support was just as bad (if not worse) and refused to acknowledge my may cancelation, completely ignoring my signed cancelation confirmation from May 2023 and informing me that they were going to charge me AGAIN and there was nothing I could do to stop this. By far, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will never use or recommend YouFit again and I sincerely hope they are investigated for these despicable consumer practices.

i recently signed up for a Member ship in January on there site it said that you can sign up for a 30 day free trial and after i would have to pay i believe $15.99. the next day after i signed up for my membership i went to the gym and they told me my card declined because i have a $23.00 charge i was confused and so was the person working there. he let me workout and said come back he will tell his manager. I have school and other responsibilities so i could not go but a few days later the manager contacted me and said there was and issue and told me to come in so we could fix the issue. My card was then charged $72.00 days later. i was angry and confused since i'm supposed to be on a free trial and only be charged $15.99 after it ended? i went to Youfit and they said since i started the membership January 29th when it was January 30th i would be charged. that makes absolutely no sense since it is a 30 day free trial!?
so i had to call and cancel my membership and i was not only unable to dispute the charge but also had to pay for the month of march!!? i was charged $105 on march 29th. This is incredibly unprofessional and makes 0 sense and i'm very mad and disappointed that a company would do this to someone who just wanted to go to the gym and be more active. i wouldn't recommend this gym to anybody they are not understanding and very greedy.

If I could have given 0 stars I would !!! What an absolute disgusting display of unprofessional, immature conduct from rep Mike. I called at 8:30am 8/22 with an issue on my account I am a "new" YouFit client and there seem to be discrepancies. I signed up on a marketing email sent to me $0 down and 2 months free. After 2 weeks of not being able to use the service and getting emails telling me to complete my membership I had to physically go in to find out what was wrong. Rep told me everything is OK but clearly not as I tried twice after at the Dania location and had no access. Unfortunately, I had to leave the country due to my father passing. Now that I am back catching up on emails and issues, I called YouFit and was graced by Mike's disgusting display of unprofessional conduct. Not only was I told by rep at 830am manager will call me between 1030-1130am. I called at 4:22pm to be spoken to with such disrespectful and condescending tone I refuse to tolerate it. I asked him for his name, his title or position there and their corporate office #. He gave me his name and HUNG UP !!! I called back and Mike said manager is not there and hung up again. I called back to speak to someone else to assist me so I can call the corporate office and they must have blocked my number because the phone wouldn't even ring. I used my company's number and guess what....it rang and Mike answered. When he realized it was me he hung up again. Not only was YouFit not clear in their marketing with 2 months free, not only did I get incorrect information when I called and was told put my card on file to avoid maintenance charges along with unrecognized charges to my card. This has been a nightmare to say the least and want out they are tricking clients to sign up hiding behind gray areas to stay legal !!!! That a disgusting experience and shame on YouFit Coral Springs, a city where we pride ourselves on a family friendly atmosphere.

A great gym... until they extorted me.

They closed my location in Miami gardens with two days' notice... a few weeks after I'd paid my annual fee. I had to go in person to stop them from continuing to charge me. You'd think I'd get a refund (I paid for a service I didn't receive). Instead they charged me ten dollars for the privilege of not continuing to give them free money, and told me there was no chance of me getting my money back. I looked into my options for arbitration, but in their small print you have to go through an arbitration company that charges you $250 to bring them to court.

I had a pleasant experience for the four years I was a loyal customer. But go somewhere else. They have free reign to gouge you for whatever their owner wants.

After being a member for years they closed the location near me. The next closest one was not convenient so I wanted to cancel. However they refused to allow me to cancel over the phone. So I drive out of my way to cancel at another location.
There they tell me it costs $10 to cancel and I'll also be charged for my next regular payment in 10 days as well. That's just their policy and they can't do anything about it.
This is how they treated a long time customer after they closed. If I move nearby I don't think I'll be signing up again.

The North Springs location closed this week; like many other members I’m looking at Margate and Atlantic Avenue for disability accessibility. Margate doesn’t work; however, I was pleased to discover that Atlantic has 6 remaining Cybex treadmills that are disability accessible and in great working order (I.e. well-maintained). All locations have been getting rid of the Cybex (their maintenance cost is likely higher than the newer Matrix machines that are rather basic, downscale, and cheesy. (The Matrix are only disability accessible if you played a role in the Wizard of Oz). The Cybex have higher bars and closer together for upper body support and to better stabilize the lower body. This will ask management - Please Please Please! do not get rid of the remaining Cybex and thank you for keeping them in good working order (North Springs was a maintenance train wreck). The only thing is, like North Springs, these are way in the back and that’s a bit of a journey for me and other disabled folks with three rest stops (for me) along the way. (Josh was very kind and more than helpful). Instead, body builder equipment and astroturf greet you when you walk in - so very convenient for the heftier folks. (The astroturf is of course rather practical; unlike Kentucky Blue you don’t need to mow or water).

Overall the place is very clean. The high ceiling makes for a spacious environment. The ventilation is pretty good; unfortunately, Atlantic lacks ceiling fans (that was about the only redeeming feature of North Springs). Margate on the other hand has low ceilings and feels rather claustrophobic, poorly ventilated like a chicken coop.

Finally, the music played, while not the first choice for a somewhat older crowd, it was not offensive, had a good rhythm for working out, and was not too loud. (Almost always at gyms the music played is the cacophony de jour of today’s teenagers who are sadly unfamiliar with tonal and non-dissonant music (and who don’t seem to mind the profanity diarrhea on today’s air waves).

While my commute just increased from three minutes to 23, I nevertheless am grateful to find a new location that is reasonably accessible. Parking is close and easy; the curb is not accessible to standard, but you can hoist yourself over gripping a sturdy street sign. The staff were nice enough to move a chair up front for me as a rest stop upon entering; it’s a bit low but certainly better than nothing and falling on the floor to make a great first impression. (North Spings used to have a terrific and actually stylish high-tech bench that was disability perfect; they tore it out and replaced it with a portable soup kitchen kind of table with a black tablecloth, the sort of thing you might expect to see at a bake sale at a quaint little church in Wicomico County. Oh wait - it looks like they just set up the same table at Atlantic (oh well - you can’t have everything …)

This review is mainly for YouFit corporate, not this specific location. The gym itself is fine, but if you move they will try to tell you cancellations must be done in person or via snail mail. There was no reasoning with them. Certainly less than ethical business practices. Would recommend going elsewhere for this reason alone, as I will now have to dispute further charges with my credit card company.

Following up on this review - just recapping up front that the reason for this review was that I moved and YouFit told me I cannot cancel my membership unless I go to the location for which I had a membership in person, or I snail mail the cancellation form to the branch where I had a membership. This form does not exist anywhere on their website nor was it ever made available to me - not that snail mailing a form to cancel a gym membership is an appropriate solution in 2022 anyway. For months, the manager or an employee would periodically call me and tell me my account was overdue, and my response was always the same - I had clearly communicated my cancellation back in June. Sometimes the phone calls I received were polite, other times they could only be characterized as extremely rude and aggressive. The manager herself had admitted on at least one occasion that the process to cancel a membership did not make any sense, and on at least two other occasions there were other employees that I spoke to that offered to just sign my name on the cancellation form, but ended up not following through.

Unfortunately, I recognize that YouFit is unlikely to change this unethical behavior because they have absolutely zero accountability. I wholeheartedly recommend never doing business with them, especially not at this location.

Clean gym cheap prices has just about everything you need in a gym, I wish there was a power rack buuut you get what you pay for

My husband and I love this gym but we’d specifically like to point out that the employees here are great as well. Specifically, I’d like to point out that Ken has great customer service and has helped us resolve our issue and it made this gym our favorite place to workout because Ken is the best and he represents how Youfit and any gym should take care of their members. This gym is always clean when I go and they keep the machines clean. My favorite youfit so far. Thanks Ken!

I recently started at this gym and I have no complaints! Not too crowded and has all the right tools to the get the work done. All the employees are super sweet and help you with whatever you need. I wouldn’t trade this gym for any other!
