YouFit Davie is a fantastic gym! It’s always super clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need - whether you're into lifting, cardio, or group fitness classes. The environment is both welcoming and motivating, and the staff truly go above and beyond. Everyone is friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever you need it. The front desk is always helpful and never fails to say hello and goodbye when you leave -which can be hard to come by. It has a very community feel here, which I and everybody that goes here loves!

It’s hard to find a gym that’s this affordable without sacrificing quality. The trainers are also highly accredited and genuinely invested in helping you meet your goals. Overall, it’s a great place to get a solid workout in and feel part of a positive community.

My sister-in-law expressed an interest in trying out the gym, but she wasn't comfortable going alone and isn't comfortable around strangers. I went with her to show her a couple of exercises. Then, she mentioned that she had noticed a member of the training staff staring at her intensely the entire time, which was making her uncomfortable.

Soon after, we were approached by a staff member who told us we couldn't continue what we were doing. I tried to explain that we were just family, but the staff member began talking over me turning the situation into a whole scene because of how unfriendly and borderline hostile they were acting toward us.

If you have any loved ones looking to get into fitness and exercise, I STRONGLY advise AGAINST bringing them to this location, as it seems they would rather let a beginner flop on the floor unless they pay for training.

The ghettoest & unsafest gym I’ve ever been to. Fight broke out on my second day & the police had to be called - thank god for the people in the gym assisting with the situation because the employees definitely aren’t prepared for this.

Never. Ever start a memebership with youfit. All they will do is call EVERY SINGLE DAY to try and get you to stay even though u want to cancel. The gym itself is terrible and doesnt have enough space during busy hours. Management is terrible as well because they encourage harassing people back into memberships even though they may not want it.dont believe me? Look at the photos attached. YouFit Davie needs a huge customer service makeover! I had issues with my membership and could not get anyone to help me. I was there every day and was told that someone would call me. I never heard from anyone. I even saw them put a post-it note on the manager's monitor to call me.

I love this gym! I’ve been coming for a while now and the staff is super friendly. Equipment is very clean and I’ve never had any issues. I never feel self-conscious coming here because everyone minds their own business! I signed up for personal training with Vince and it’s been life changing. I think it is outrageous that the staff at the Davie location can’t do anything about the chaotic construction next door. First off they blocked off some of the parking spots a couple months back. Had to deal with the loud construction. But it gets better now it feels like we as the members have to fight with the works to get a parking space. They keep blocking off the area with more signs and they aren't even working in the area. Also i have to keep washing my car because the debris keeps cover my car not just dust and i park a good distance. Away. But now we have people having to make 4 point turns and having to park much further. It is causing traffic jams and many times close calls to accidents because people have to drive in reverse. When i go to the gym i want it to be simple park and workout. If it wasn't for the great staff i would say it’s not worth my time.

I’m never signing up with YouFit again! Two months ago I went there to cancel my membership and one of the girls at the counter told me that it would cancel automatically after my year contract ends. I then check and they’re still taking money out of my account. I go back to complain and the girl says I have to call a third party number to cancel. I called and the person I was talking to said I have to not only pay for next month but also pay an additional charge to cancel. They’re charging me triple than what I actually pay monthly. The whole point of canceling is so you stop paying for it and they’re making me pay even more to cancel. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable! So for anyone who is thinking of signing up, watch out!!

I love this Gym. *****update*** I have a concern. This gym has multiples of many machines but only one machine for the hamsprings in sitting version. I hate it when I see a bad manner pencil thin 18 year old just sitting on a machine for half an hour watching videos and not once do the exercise . Time is money and we all pay for this gym. But the kids I don’t get why they don’t just hang out at home, don’t lie that you go to the gym if you don’t do anything there. Please YouFit put a 10min per machine. When I signed up for a premium membership, I made sure i had the ability to cancel without unnecessary hurdles. Little did I know that attempting to cancel would plunge me into an infuriating ordeal reminiscent of the dark ages of customer service.

Facing a health issue that prohibits me from using the gym, I discovered the absurdity of your cancellation process. Instead of a simple, straightforward procedure, I was informed that I must navigate a labyrinthine maze involving a third-party company and a physical form that I must mail in. like is 1995.

This antiquated, burdensome process is not just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for your customers' time and well-being. It feels like a deliberate attempt to trap people into endless billing cycles, and I refuse to be a victim of such deceptive tactics.

I am compelled to warn to potential customers – steer clear of YouFit if you value transparency and straightforward dealings. The gym's approach to cancellation is nothing short of a nightmare, and I want others to be forewarned before they fall into the same trap.

Your gym's practices have not only cost you a customer but also earned you a disgruntled advocate against your deceptive policies. I implore you to reevaluate your approach to customer relations before more people are subjected to this infuriating experience. otherwise they will send you to collection.

The AC is way too cold. The staff said there is nothing they can do about it. It's really hard to warm up and keep muscles warm without layering up. Being south Florida that's not something we do when it's 75 outside. I'm afraid of injury, my trainer said the only way for it to change is with a review. Potential new members be warned.

I worked out here for several months and overall I enjoyed the experience with the staff and the facility. There are some cleanliness issues and then whoever manages this place doesn't care and does not get enough paper towels so there are several days at the beginning of each month that the gym will be completely out of paper towels. You sign an agreement to wipe down your equipment and then they don't give you the ability to do so 🤡

My warning goes to you if you want to leave because it is nearly impossible. They will not cancel your membership here in person. Supposedly they will but the manager never comes in.
They will give you a number to call and that number doesn't give you the option to cancel your membership. It takes an act of God to get out of the membership . You only get a response via email if you dig into your PDF and find your contract number and include that in the email to them and your desire to cancel the membership. FYI that number that you need to cancel the membership is not in the app it's the original PDF/contract. Even when you do get out they tell you okay now we've got the notification and you have another 30 days (more charges) because that's the notification we need. Sneaky hidden fees and the inability to get out of a membership is the absolute worst in my opinion.

Pro-tip just lose your credit card and request a new one from your credit card company so that YouFit can no longer bill you. They will not delete your credit card information otherwise and it's basically stolen and grounds for a new card. Literally this place is like hotel California where you can check in but never leave! They just want to continue to charge you with all kinds of additional hidden fees, won't delete your billing information and won't give you any reasonable way to cancel your membership.

Never again! I don't care if youfit is the only option within 10 miles I'm going to LA fitness or somewhere else that doesn't conduct such poor business practices!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I was led to believe we could cancel the membership if needed, but that is not the case. The facility is far from clean. The cardio area has a foul odor and we have to avoid use of those machines. Few members wipe down equipment when they are done and no staff members appear to be cleaning anything. It can be difficult to get on equipment because members will remain on them for extended periods of time. On one visit someone remained on a chest machine for over 30 minutes, and did not offer to share. Per staff, it is up to any individual to share a machine, thus you can wait a while. It is one of the least friendly gyms I have joined, and I have been to many. With additional ongoing issues with my health I requested a cancellation, but was told in effect that it is not possible. I really hope that if you are looking for a gym to join that you will look elsewhere. I was hoping they would be understanding of the circumstances, but I suppose the $27/mo is too valuable for them to part with. Maybe they can buy some signs to encourage better conduct on the part of the members.

Scams and traps their members into a 12 months membership which you can’t cancel even if you come to have your own personal at home gym and do not want there services no more. + 👎 👎 👎
During Covid they would still charge their customers after the gym has shut down and stop providing their services. I would call to cancel and they would ask me to send a email which wouldn’t be acknowledged and would still charge months later.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at this YouFit! It’s clean and I absolutely love the layout of the gym. Staff members are all welcoming and incredibly encouraging. Everytime I come to this gym I feel at home! Everyone is so welcoming and has such a good, positive attitude. From the receptionist Valentina to the personal trainers, they’re all amazing. Also, most importantly have been enjoying all the HIIT classes for such a great deal!!

Wonderful gym! Great staff. I love the HIIT+ class - week nights & Sat morn with Kim. She’s the best trainer! She pushes you to reach your fitness goals. Awesome strength training circuits that work the whole body! Especially love the tred days she does for cardio. YouFit Davie rocks!

Victor is the most amazing trainer I’ve ever had. He cares immensely about his clients, provides individual support to meet my individual needs. He is personable and makes me feel good every time I work out with him. The entire staff is friendly and ithey provide a happy place to work out. I am at home here now.

I had been working out consistently for over a year and not seeing a ton of results until I started working with Victor. In the last 15 months my body has transformed thanks to him. He is always in a good mood and friendly to everyone. He pushes me harder than I could ever push myself and motivates me every session. I love working with Victor and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! The entire Davie Youfit staff is friendly and welcoming. The gym has become my happy place.

I joined a two years ago and never went one time. I actually forgot that I had even joined online. Got a call when my credit card expired explaining that I needed to update my card information. I said thank you but I actually have probably already paid for 24 months and have never stepped foot inside of the gym. I asked to cancel and was told I needed to go there. I explained that it would be easier for me to cancel over the phone or online (same way I signed up) and she informed me I could write a letter. I wrote the letter. Today I receive a letter from Aldous and Associates explaining that I need to pay $157.70 (the amount since my card expired) or I will be sent to collections... for a gym that took my payment no problem when I was not attending and when I asked to cancel instead of giving them a new card to charge was told to come in or write the GM... I will pay the fee to Aldous but I will never give another penny to this scam of a company again.

This place is a disaster. After spending 1000's of dollars in private training with my son for years through high school, he left to college and we cancelled his subsribtion. 2.5 years later he's in a different state, we are recieiving collection calls for not cancelling ( which we did) over 2.5 years ago for $137. Will be reporting you to the BBB.

So far so good. What you look for in a gym is a good mix of equipment and cleanliness. I'm very picky about my gyms and so far this one's okay. I haven't run into an issue where I wasn't able to get on any workout equipment or stand in line for weights. I keep my head down and do my workout so far it's been rock and roll.

I don't generally take time to write reviews like this unless the experience is extra exceptional! After 6+ years of being stuck in bed with an illness and gaining over 50 pounds, I didn't think I would ever be healthy again or lose the weight. Prior to getting sick I always preferred a Boot Camp type place to a gym but I walked into Youfit Davie and had the fortunate luck that Jonathan Santiago was working that day. He genuinely took the time to listen to my story and what I was looking for and afraid of and made me feel so comfortable that I showed up for my trial day the next morning after six years of basically bed rest! Needless to say, I signed up for a membership with him. It's been about a month now and I actually look forward to going there now! I have already lost 12 inches in my waist and feel healthier than I have in so many years! By him taking the care to listen and talk me through my fears instead of just focusing on trying to "sell me" he truly changed my life! Also being in the business world for over 20 years, I am so extremely impressed with Jonathan, I had to leave a review to help anyone else like me and so YouFit knows how much of an asset he is to them! So go to YouFit Davie and ask for Jonathan Santiago!! 🙏🏼

Do NOT trust the staff. I signed up for training. Without telling me that put it as reoccurring. Then when I disputed the charge. They refuse to issue a refund. Now they said i have to contact the cooperate office for a refund. First they said they could not give me one. At no time when i signed up for training did they say anything about a reoccurring charge.

This place doesn't look like the 360 they took away so many equipment half of the equipment is gone no actually at the gym .

Ok, here I Go LOL... This is a nice Gym clean and great atmosphere, most of the members are very nice and respectful. of course there a some who like to get so much equipment at the time thinking they will get bigger because they take more dumbbells' or bar next to them. My concern about the gym few months ago they removed almost 60%of equipment benches and machines... the excuse getting new equipment what never happened they remove more then 10 machines and they brought just 2 instead and 2 that no one really use. keep coming because is close to my home but thinking about changing gyms.
