This membership you can only cancel my email and any recent emails. There’s no proof they received it until they decide you can cancel verbally you can cancel over the phone you can cancel going to any unit and now I’m getting charged $300. They only get 3 stars because the location is great, it’s youfit and its shady financial policies I have an issue with. When I signed up, I was advised there was no hidden fees, and no cancellation fees. Initially I paid $26.99 and the following year (not part of my agreement) the fee went up to $34. Then I got an annual charge for $50-$60 dollars (which may have been written into the fine print, but definitely not marketed as such when I signed up). The sell was “nothing down, no hidden fees.” Except for all the hidden fees. I tried to dance my membership since July, but I called once every other week or so, bc I don’t have time to call every day. Couldn’t get anyone on phone until today, at which point I was given a toll free number. When I called, I was advised that I’d have to pay this upcoming month, plus a $10 cancelation fee (another fee that supposedly didn’t exist) despite having tried to cancel for the last 3 months. I’d recommend planet fitness, LA or literally any other gym now. Shame, cause again, location great but the new financial management is absolute garbage

El lugar es amplio y cómodo, pero la mayoría de personas dejan las pesas tiradas por donde quiera y el staff no hace rondas (como en otros YouFits) para ponerlas en su sitio, por lo que es muy difícil ejercitarse si no es en las maquinas de polea. Buenas tardes antes de inscribirse en este gimnasio estén pendiente hice un contrato con ellos el año pasado de enero a Diciembre si fui 6 veces fue mucho y al final lo seguí pagando ok eso no es culpa de ellos pero en diciembre creía yo que se acababa esto resulta que ellos siguen cobrando y no te hacen firmar de nuevo ni te notifican nada al ver que no me podían sacar más dinero me llamaron que yo tenía deuda pendiente y yo pero mi contrato era hasta diciembre pues no ellos siguen así que pilas con eso porque son unos vivos pilas con lo que firman aparte me mandaron a una oficina de cobranza la deuda era por 211$ y la subieron casi 300$ mala gente ojalá les rinda!no quiero nada de ustedes borren mi información completa ! Para junio me cobran los 140$ más lo dividí porque te amenazan con el crédito .

I have been trying to find a new YouFit to go to since the one I was going to for years has been lacking in weight and playing the music so loud I could hear it threw my noise canceling headphones. I honestly was about to take my money to another gym. But I came across this YouFit and gave it the old college try and to be honest I’m glad I did. if you have to come to the gym at night, I honestly wouldn’t recommend purchasing a membership at this location. Or coming to this location. I come to the gym after work and every time I come none of the weights reracked, but place is a mess and never find medicine balls, kettleballs, and never find matching weights. The employees that work here are super nice, but they all just stand around and talk to each other the whole time rather than walking around and making sure the equipment is ready for everybody to use. Sick of having to find one weight and not being able to do the workout that I chose because I can’t find matching weights. if you come past 7 PM you’re screwed and you might as well just Do cardio. Also, their water filter is always red and needs to be changed and they never change it and it smells like feet in the water area. it’s also weirdly warm when you walk in the water area.

Mi esposa y yo nos inscribimos, nos ofrecieron un servicio de entrenador personalizado, el cual tenía un costo de 300$ mensuales por los 2, hasta que un día nos dimos cuenta que eso no era así, cuando fueron unos supervisores al gym, y nos separaron a mi esposa y a mi por q solo podía entrenar uno de nosotros, nos dimos cuenta que algo estaba mal al separarnos en el entrenamiento, luego quise cancelar eso, un día no había sistema en el gym, y otro día también y estaban supervisores y no pudimos hacerlo, desconozco el nombre real de la persona, solo le llaman chino en el gym, ya hice la cancelación, pero en el momento de hacerlo me dicen q no tengo contrato con el gym, cuando el día 1 que fui me hicieron firmar según un contrato, y resulta que el contrato no existía, solo era un contrato de personalizado, y esto fue en conjunto hecho por el chino y Christopher Mendez, aún me están cobrando mensualidades de eso, cuando yo fui al gym hacer la cancelación y no tenían sistema en el!

Fui al gym hablé y ellos no quieren ayudarme con eso, hablé con esa persona que me ofreció el plan de personalizado, y me dijo que haría la investigación correspondiente, y aún no tengo respuesta, tienen un manager extremadamente grosero con el público llamado Christopher Mendez, no sabe tratar al público, creo que deberían ver bien a quien tienen de manager para el trato con el público!

El entrenador que me asignaron llegábamos a entrenar y nos daba videos para que lo hiciéramos, si pagamos un personalizado por qué teníamos que ver videos, deberían investigar lo que pasa en esa sede, ya que nos están haciendo las cosas correctas!

I had good experiences until a trainer told me to get out of an area in the gym in an extremely rude way. I was in one of the areas of the gym where it’s supposedly reserved for personal training, even though there was no sign saying that, and there was like 2 other guys there. This older lady comes up and takes the weights i had next to me that I was about to use, so i told her I was using those and she said “ Well actually I am about to start a class here so you shouldn't even be here and these weights belong to this room.” Now i have no problem with this policy and I will respect the rules but this isn’t the way to approach someone especially if she works as a trainer, she should at least know some gym etiquette and basic manners.

I recently switched to this YouFit location, and I absolutely love it here! Coach Chino makes me feel right at home, and Coach Maye is amazing as well. The staff is welcoming, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping members feel comfortable and motivated.

I have a military background, have been an athlete all my life, and have been a gym goer since the old days of Jack LaLanne, now LA Fitness. Whoever tells you this is a good gym has no idea what they are discussing. Yes, the lady who works the mornings keeps it clean, but it gives a different sense when they keep running out of paper towels. I'm not sure whoever owns or runs this gym knows or cares; I'm going to leave it with a couple of examples: after treadmills, the elliptical machines are the most popular, yet at this location, they reduced a couple of dozen, they had to 7, increase space between machines and fill the rest with low demand machines. I left for LA Fitness, tired of requesting maintenance for the elliptical, and finally, I was shocked by the response! I wonder what it is like if they don't care what members want or don't know how to run a gym.

I visited this gym as a guest, and while the staff was very friendly, I found several aspects of the facility lacking by my standards for a functional gym.

The gym is extremely crowded at all times, with guests occupying multiple machines targeting the same muscle group unnecessarily. It felt more like I was in survival mode rather than having a productive workout session.

Additionally, the machines are old, noisy, and in dire need of maintenance—many seemed to need oiling. The bench press angle felt unrealistic and almost unusable, which was frustrating. There were no matching dumbbells or adequate weights available, which made it difficult to complete my workout effectively. I honestly don’t understand how people manage to work out here, and I certainly wouldn’t pay for a membership at this gym.

This is perhaps the FINEST Youfit in all of South Florida. Not only do they offer rare amenities like the Cardio Cinema and Recovery room but they also are amongst the cleanest gyms in the area. As someone who’s frequented over 20 gyms in the area I must say this one is Top 3.

the gym itself isn’t the problem, it’s membership management. Haven’t lived in florida for 6 months and they’re making it absolutely impossible to cancel my membership. Can’t go in person, but when you call they send you to another company, then you can’t even get in touch with an actual person just a robot. Then they still charge you for the next 30 days plus an additional $50 to cancel the membership. I was told on the phone my membership was cancelled and now I received an email stating I have to send them $89 to cancel. If i knew this was the process I would have never joined and know many people who aren’t joining because of this. Don’t waste your time. there’s better gyms in the area.

I was happy going to this location for the past year because they offered the classes I like which is the HIIT class but they canceled the class at 7:30pm and that was the perfect time for me to go to the gym. I will be looking for another gym/location where they offer that same class. This is by far my favorite Youfit gym and the trainer, Daniel, makes it an amazing and memorable experience. I’ve been in the gym for years but I’ve never been challenged like this before. 2- Si quieres pasar horas llamando por teléfono a un Call center que no es de la misma empresa, para cancelar la membresía y después que te contestan te dicen que debes ir personalmente.

This gym has nice amenities, is clean, and I regularly go. However, I am giving one star to advise people to sign up for the membership online, not at the gym itself. The "1 on 1" they made me have with one of the managers where he tried to sell me a personal trainer was deeply uncomfortable. He commented on my body, my partner's body, and on the bodies of other girls doing their workouts. Please don't do that, people go to the gym for many reasons, not just to "get a boyfriend," oh my god.

Me gusta la experiencia de entrenar en YouFit por la variedad de locaciones y versatilidad de clases. Very clean gym way cleaner than all the others I've been to everything is organized no weights lying around or out of place fancy locker rooms with big showers very spacious. The sauna wasn't that great I think it needs maintenance it's not hot enough and people pour water on the heater once I'm done with my 3-day pass I'll become a member

Solo doy tres estrellas no por su staff porque son excelentes y sobretodo mis entrenadores, amaury y luis, tampoco lo hago por la administracion porque se toman el tiempo para escuchar a los usuarios, tampoco por las instalaciones porque es excelente. Las tres estrellas son por la corporacion como tal porque no ven sino numeros y no ven lo humano; soy madre soltera y busque siempre un gym que yo tuviera la libertad de ejercitarme y tener a mi hija bien cuidada en un daycare, ahora resulta que nos quieren quitar ese gran privilegio porque a la corporacion los numeros no les da. Pues menos les va a dar cuando usuarios como yo nos vayamos a otro lugar donde si podamos seguir con este privilegio. La corporacion para mi opinion piensa con los pies. Yo no quiero irme de ahi pero entonces me pregunto... que hago con mi hija sino tengo a nadie quien me la cuide, yo no tengo familia en este pais, el papa esta muy lejos del gym y de mi casa. Quisiera saber como me va a ayudar la corporacion en esto. Por favor no usen este gym porque te dicen una cosa y te pintan pajaritos para q entrenes aca y despues te cobran una cantidad de cosas y te salen con cuentos distintos. Managers do a great job selling and pushing people to get the premium membership + personal trainer making you sign a contract but they “forget” to tell you that the contract is optional. You really dont need to sign a contract in order to have a gym membership.
After you cancel membership they keep charging you even after months and when you call to try to solve the problem nobody can help. Other than that, personal trainers and front desk staff are very friendly and professional.

This company is a predatory gym scam that will take advantage of their "free" trial to get you under an invalid contract to then threaten you with collections. Unfortunately for them, they can sell debt all they want but their collections hold very little water. Make sure you keep your paperwork and you are welcome to sue them, they will lose.

I got a Groupon for this gym to try it out for one month I did several classes and did some of the exercise equipment,

I’m sure this is a great facility however there have been several times where I have passed by the back of the facility and I have noticed trainers smoking what I can describe is marihuana since the smell is prominent. I find this very unethical on their part, and it makes me question the abilities of said trainers to do their job at providing the best service to their clients.

First week at this location. I've only been in the cardio area ( treadmills and stair masters). The treadmills seems outdated. They don't have fans on them. But at the least all machines seem to be operable. I love the AC in this gym. I know that sounds weird. But I've been in a YouFit where I think they were afraid to turn the air down. They do self checkin and they have areas unlike other locations. A dark room with treadmills. I'll update when I figure out what that's about. Overall I give this location 4 stars. It's a gym... with machines that operate and their layout is like any other. Plenty parking.
Update: I absolutely love the dark cinema room. You can do cardio without the noise, lights and simply concentrate and decompress the mind with a nice cardio workout. And watch a movie... great.

This is a quality gym to go to! Their Flagler location is considered a premium gym which include amenities such as childcare, massage chairs, a cinema room which hold cardio machines (my person favorite), a cycling room and a room used for fitness classes and activities like pickleball. Both men and women’s locker rooms include showers and saunas.

Having briefly worked for the company, the staff and overall environment created for a fun and welcoming space. Would recommend checking out for yourself, there’s definitely something out there for everyone no matter your fitness goals!

Asistí al lugar para cancelar la membresía que no uso de hace 1 año por motivos de viajes. El día de ayer me cobraron y te dicen que siempre es con anticipación del próximo pago, estoy viniendo a cancelar para que no me cobren agosto y me dicen que igual me lo van a cobrar.

Cuando me suscribí eso no estaba en la póliza, la persona que me atendió me dice que unos meses atrás llegó una política nueva y que son con 30 días de anticipo

Mi fecha de pago son los 24, lo cual al 24 de agosto hay exactamente 31 días de anticipo pero la persona que me atendió no se supo explicar y me dijo que así era y que igual me lo iban a cobrar.

Me parece que hace falta más empatía a la hora de dar una explicación al cliente y para cerrar el que responde los reviews tampoco te da una solución solo pone “Se lo trasmitiré al equipo”

Usually busy in the mornings but that’s not their fault. The biggest complaint would be the lack of weight distribution. Plates are scattered everywhere and it seems like nothing is put back, I understand that’s more of a self governing system but it makes a difference when staff help out when they close.

Love this gym! I’ve been coming to this gym for a year and this is the best staff I’ve seen so far! Ivan, one of the front desk associates, is fantastic!
