I joined YouFit because I was excited about their advertised early hours, with the gym supposed to open at 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, that has never happened. The doors are often still locked well past opening time, which is very frustrating for those of us who plan our workouts before work.

Management really needs to take this issue seriously. A gym should respect its members’ schedules by opening at the time it promises. Hiring responsible staff who show up on time would make a big difference and help restore trust.

Until then, it’s hard to recommend this location.

I've been a Youfit member for 13 years. I've tried other gyms, but Youfit has the best staff of them all. Suha ( The Persian Pearl of Youfit), is an awesome manager, no concerns or request are too big or too small to be addressed. Miguel ( my idol), Eubert (Costa Rican connect), Juan ( Hispanic though looks Asian), Jenny (humble Hungarian human), are all great and very friendly and helpful.
These folks are like family to me, that's why I can joke, smile with them, and give them nicknames.
Anyone that knows me, knows that the gym is my happy place, Youfit and the cool guys and gals at Youfit Greenacres keeps me happy!

For the last 2days this gym has the a/c soooo high it is totally uncomfortable to work out and encourages bacteria and germs. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! and not what l pay for!!! I am the long-term club member and always enjoyed my time in YouFit. I was thinking: "What a great people are working here!" But today, 04.19.2025, I changed my mind after my conversation with the young man (he told, his name was Steave) that was at reception on duty. I noticed, the music sound was too loud and asked him to make it a little lover. Instead, he made it even louder, turned his back to me and didn't want even to discuss this problem. I am a senior, I was talking polite, smiled to him, but he looked at me, as if I was an enemy. I would like to ask club administration: was this guy informed, he is getting his salary because I pay my money for my membership? Is he trained for this job? I used to see only smiling and polite people here around, but this time I was shocked. I am afraid, something new is beginning in this club. There also was a girl working in reception, and she didn't seem to be confused by his conduct, right in contrary, she accepted it. So, the first step is done. What is the next? I think, the club management supposes to give up this practice to turn on the loud music in the club. This is the old low-class style to force society to listen whatever likes a person in reception. If you do not adopt this simple rule, make the music soft and calm, please. Besides, everybody has his/her own music in phone.
So, I hope to get the answer from administration.

This place is an absolute scam factory. I signed up for ONE MONTH of personal training for $320, but with all their shady “fees,” they charged me around $430. Fine, I paid it. Before signing up, I specifically asked their staff if I’d be charged anything when I cancel, and they swore I wouldn’t owe a penny. Same story for the monthly gym membership—I signed up for month-to-month, but now these scammers are slapping me with an annual membership fee just because I’m canceling. They’re nothing but a bunch of liars running a pathetic operation. A lawsuit is 100% heading their way. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this joke of a place. Even if you ask all the right questions, they’ll screw you over the moment you try to leave.

I was a member of planet fitness for many many years. I decided to leave them because of the rudeness and lack of consideration for their members by the staff . The staff were always on their phones and ignored you when you needed assistance. I joined Youfit and the staff is unbelievable. They welcomed me with a smile. They answered every question I had about joining the gym. Every time I go in there I get a good morning and have a nice day when leaving. It’s very refreshing and it makes me want to go there and work out more. I would recommend this gym to anyone. I’m glad I joined.

I have been a member at YouFit Greenacres since 2015. When it reopened after Covid, I was very dissatisfied with my service there. Then Hyung became the manager and that all changed. He made the place feel more like a community, introducing members to each other and staff. He is a problem solver and very understanding and helpful. The sculpt classes are great and when I go in the afternoon, I am able to access the machines I need. In addition, Roberto is my trainer and he has been great, making sure I have proper form in doing the exercises. He has great energy and a positive attitude.

Two stalls have toilet seats that were broken and on one hinge for close to a week. On top of that there are two toilets that keep consistently getting clogged on the men's side of the bathroom. It's the two stalls on the right as you come in. Please fix this if not, I'm going to cancel my membership. This is ridiculous bullshit....

Not only is Josh the hottest trainer, and best fitness manager in the world, his teeth sparkle when he smiles.
Hyung is an excellent general manager, The team of employees that They have put together are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The entire group of employees work like a well oiled machine.
If you want to meet one of the best employees you have to meet Jennifer, Her personality makes you thrive for a successful workout. Hyung and Josh’s team are the best. They are professional, well mannered, complimentary and stern to keep your attention moving in a positive direction to obtain a successful workout in order to reach your goal, even if you feel like it’s too much. This gym is the best all around. I started out at 227 pounds, and now I’m presently down to 160 pounds thanks to the attention given to me to work hard. My trainer works well with those that have injuries. I have neuropathy in both feet, The attention given to that area thru my trainer’s knowledge has helped immensely.
There are two other guys that absolutely need to be acknowledged, Alex and Reston. These two gentlemen are responsible to keep the gym and bath areas clean. It’s quite noticeable that they do their job above and beyond the call of duty. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable. It’s been a positive pleasure for me to be a member of this facility and am sure you would find the experience nothing short of 100% pleasurable. Also, shout out to Roberto, I once witnessed him build an obstacle course for this older gentleman that has neuropathy in his feet too. It’s great that people care about other people with health issues or handicaps. There is a guy at the front desk that’s really really cute when he doesn’t wear a hat, shout out to Lukas. This team of people are so polite, they walk you to your car in the rain with an umbrella, hold the door open for you like most people should. People with actual manners. I love everyone of them, and would do anything for them.

Upon.
Arriving at the gym today. I was a little early, not so crowded. So I noticed how clean the place looked. It almost looked as if it was redone. All the weights were put away equipment was nice and neat. So I asked one of the guys working at the desk. Did they do something new? He said no, it was just the gentleman.They hired to clean the place.I think his name was recon. I may be misspelling it As well as all the new people that have been hiring they keep the place nice and clean. I've been working out for 40 plus years. In all sorts of gyms. It's nice to come into a gym. After a long day's work and be greeted friendly. So it does matter who you hire. You may have to pay a little bit more for somebody better. But it is worth it and will make your business grow.

Anyone out there that does a membership, example a 12 month membership be aware of the hidden fees and the hidden information that they’ll make you aware. Example if you freeze your account, it extends your membership, and if you have a contract membership, you cannot downgrade. Signed up because i believed the scam about month to month payments and cancel anytime.After a year of being a member, I got too busy to make it to the gym for about 2 months, when I went to cancel my membership, I was told i could only do so at the location i signed up at, I did so ,and was charged an additional month after that, when i called and spoke to the maneger there, Hyung , he didnt seem to want to make sure it was canceled and told me it was standard policy to be charged even after canceling,up to today the company has been attempting to charge me months later, i called up the main company and was told they cannont cancel my membership and it was never canceled when i went in to do so. Now they called me and are telling me they will send it to collections, and try to get me to sign up in order not send ot to collections,also, other gyms have way more amenities for the same price. Go anywhere else but here

YouFit is extremely difficult to cancel. Not to mention they require 30 days to cancel. I only had my membership for a month. Since I didn't cancel 30 days out (despite only being there for 15 days), I had to pay $82 for one additional month. The month-to-month contract is a scam. It’s a gym, I realize it shouldn’t smell like a Floral shop but there is a obnoxious smell often. Paper towel holders are empty and as pray bottles are empty most of the time. There is no floor presence of staff, never leave the counter when multiple people are working.

I can't think of a bad thing to say about this gym. I have little or no contact with staff, just scan myself in and have at it. There are fewer machines than before but I still never have to wait, just move to the next. But having only one seated leg curl machine is strange given there are 3 seated leg extension machines. I rarely go into the restrooms but when I have they were clean. Still trying to figure out this new concept with all the open space. Given its underutilization apparently others are as well. Broken machines are typically fixed pretty quickly. Some of the handles for the cable machines are a little worse for the wear but for the price I can't complain.

We signed up for a month to month membership but when we go to leave due to my wife's health we found they lied to us. Now claiming we have a contract. Their sales were dishonest with us. When you sign up you can't read the screen since the size of it where you sign but the "TELL" you what it says on the screen and say that it will all be emailed to you. I feel we were dealt with fraudulently. I have text messages saying they will fix it and end our membership, again NO FOLLOW THROUGH! We signed up with the manager Hyung so it wasn't matter of an employee making a mistake but the management refuses to follow through. Very disappointed, what we thought would help us (initially had trainer) led to more health problem. Bait and switch has been out experience.

Always smiling faces in the morning and the manager Hyung helped me when I needed to cancel since I was only in town for a month.

Great gym, Clean Gym, Great price! So glad to return to Youfit after being a member at Planet Fitness and L.A. firness I don’t even know what I was thinking leaving in the first place. Planet fitness has old equipment and just isn’t ip to par. Every LA fitness location I’ve been to has been old dingy and the atmosphere is horrific. Youfit is just right and returning to this particular location on jog rd. Is a breath of fresh air. New equipment, atmosphere is great, and the staff is still elite. Everything I was looking for in a gym. Inexpensive, clean, friendly, and not too crowded. Plenty of free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, and (a must for me) HIIT turf areas. I like this location and it’s pretty big but it’s annoying that they close so early on weekends. I’m assuming it’s a corporate decision because I used to go to the wellington location and years ago they were open late on weekends but I think after the pandemic they shortened their hours and now they also close at 7 on the weekends. Is there no way to get this extended? Atleast for Saturday nights? I get closing early on Sunday’s but some people still like to get a late night workout in on Saturday night or they work during the day.

This gym has a great space to exercise, I enjoy training with my personal trainer. He shows me how to exercise properly, he corrected my squats and now I have the results I wanted to have. He works with me and motivates me every time. I recommend getting a personal trainer to find your best routine to get the results you want. To me when you walk into the gym, vibe is everything. Mike the GM and Kayln the Assistant GM take care of you. They’re so nice and they’re always interacting with the members, making everyone feel like family. You can tell they really care about what they do. Honestly the entire front desk is amazing! With that being said the gym got a make over with new equipment (my favorite is the deadlift platform) it looks so goood!! The staff makes sure to go around and make sure everything is nice and clean. This is my favorite gym, and I’m here to stay! Love love love it. Keep up the good work, you all are amazing! :)

Cheap. I couldn't work out because I did not have a towel with me. They are requesting towels to get into the gym. If the customer doesn't have the towel, they offer their towel. That is why people are going to Crunch Fitness instead of this cheap gym. I have been going to so many gyms before and none of them has asked me for towels. I'm cancelling my membership with this gym today.

I liked the gym very much. I was scared to use the man’s room discussing. toilets plugged was scared to sit on a seat not a very good way to keep people coming in.

I have been a You Fit member since 2014. The gym is always kept clean, the staff is superb with Customer Service. They have great protocols in place due to Covid-19. I feel safe. Give them a try you wont regret it!! #GreenacresYouFit💚💜

Youfit did a great job with this gym. Their employees are very hard-working, friendly and professional. They keep the gym very clean and well stocked with sanitizing stuff
. Equipment is well maintained and when it suffers abuse (really members 🤨 use some common sense!) damage is quickly repaired. All the employees are great, but special shout out to Mike (one of the managers I think) who quickly responded to an issue with the utmost professionalism and leadership. He seems to me like the kind of guy the company would want to move up the chain and hang on to. As well, Anjela, Nathan, Junior and Micaela are always so friendly and welcoming when we come in. Also Andy, who we constantly see cleaning and re-stocking the entire time we're there. He keeps that place so neat and tidy and it feels safe and clean .
I know Youfit has had big challenges with Covid and is going through Chapter 11, but just to note, there is a new Crunch Fitness opening just down the street and it would be a shame to lose any of these fantastic people to a new place. It seems to me more cost effective to give them a raise and hang on to the team than lose valuable members and have to go to a bigger expense of hiring and training new employees and hoping some will stick.

You fit as a whole company lacks communication skills and they do not know how to manage their members accounts I definitely do not wish to deal with them again. It’s not only the employees at this location but it’s their billing department and the corporate office. If the high people above don’t know how to manage their stuff I can’t expect much as much as I love the classes here I don’t think I would ever become a member again and it doesn’t really bother me because there’s no you fit in my hometown anyways.

My home gym. I love this place a lot. Great ambiance. Great staff and great cleaning staff. During this pandemic the staff has definitely stepped up and made sure the place stays clean. Spacious gym, never had to worry about not being able to go on a machine because of someone else being on it.

I have been trying to talk to a manager for 2 weeks now regarding a refund from the 2 months that the gym was closed due to covid and I can't resolve this situation. I went to the Lantana and Jog location back in June and spoke to one of their employees, Junior. He (Junior) gave me a paper saying that I could expect my refund to appear in my account in a month. After more than a month, I did not receive anything, then I went back there and they said I should send the corporate an email. I did sent an email (not one but 10 emails) and never received any response. No customer service, no billing department, no manager, nothing. They just ignored all of my emails and calls. What is funny is that, even though the gym was closed during the covid situation, they did not hesitate to take the money from my account on time, and now, they keep running away from me every time I try to contact them. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service.
