They never process the automatic payments purposely so they can charge you fees. I had never canceled my membership and they started charging me random fees and sending debt collectors to call me when I clearly never canceled my membership with them I tried calling, and the employees would not help at all so save yourself sometime and go to a better gym

I received a late payment fee that is a little less than double what I pay monthly. Hola mi criterio no va contra el gym directamente, para mi la limpieza muy bien. Sobre los pocos equipo que utilicé todo OK pero debo decir que no soy un experto en el tema, de la administración anterior solo crítico al que me hizo el contrato hubo dos aspectos que no.me explicó pero soy corresponsales porque tenía que haber leído y eso más el maltrato de la compañía que maneja los contratos y cobros que son unos groseros de marca mayor y prepotente genero un problema de cobro y pago afectando mi historial crediticio y dispuesto ha hechar la pelea. Los contratos tiene dos termi os que se.me.ha en muy pocos profesional y que perjudica al los clientes, en mi caso solo me dieron. La opción de un año de co trato y te vas co. La.idea de que.al.año.el contrato termina y ahí te enteras al otro mes cuando te cobran la mensualidad que el co trato vence y en automático te pasan a mensualidades para seguir cobrando y cuando pides la cancelación te dicen que en 30 días y tienes que pagar un mes más. Eso se me hace poco legal y engañoso.
Mi problema ya fue resuelto por una nueva administración que entendió lo que me habia pasado y fueron muy productivo solucionando mi situación con la menor afectación posible.
He regresado al gym y todo parece indicar que esta administración trabaja de forma diferente espero que su gestión sea excelente para poder cambiar estado de opinión que en general es con. La compañía que maneja los contrato y cobros.

Bad experience with this gym. They told me that I would Pay month to month and if I stopped, then I would just stop paying and that was it. They signed me up with a contract for a year and added a personal trainer when I didn't ask for one. Now they are sending me bills and telling me that's going to collections. Starting from the front desk at this place, what makes it confusing is that some of the guys are nice and other not at all. I don’t know if this gym has any of the rule or people are just there to get the job done! I was there Saturday 12/2 and they close at 5pm I understand and the girl already yelled that gym is about to close in 10 minutes. After that some of her friends a guy that has nothing to do with work, started yelling so loud many times that gym will close and it was such a dumb thing to do especially when we were already on the way going out and it was such so unprofessional. Action is needed for that type of behavior.

Starting with front desk staff that was very indifferent, lighting that was kinda dark, equipment that needed some maintenance, and especially disappointing was the worst water pressure I've ever encountered at a gym shower in my life plus hot water took a long time to get hot . A lot of the equipment needs maintenance. Great to use a Groupon for the month if you're visiting, but I wouldn't join long term. Has some decent equipment for strength training and cardio, but rather limited overall especially for strength training. Men using the gym were very touchy and imposing with women training without asking permission.

There’s nobody at the front Dess, I saw about three girls in the break room, eating snacks, having feet on the table and just giggling while nobody is attemding the front desk and this gym is very grimy. The men’s bathroom sink has rust on it. Somebody could get tetanus.

I hadn’t been to YOUFIT in a while and honestly i was pleasantly surprised. The gym looked very clean . It had been a while since i worked out so i needed a little help figuring out what to do . The gym managers where very nice and knowledgeable, they showed me around the gym and scheduled me with an assessment with a trainer to kind of get me back into the swing of things . I’m really happy that i could get started again .
