I'm very disappointed. I was told that the gym opened at 5:00 a.m., but they didn't include the fact that they open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Here I am waiting like a fool and I don't even live close by. It's 5:54 a.m. I'm just going to join another gym that opens 24 hours

I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the equipment and overall service at YouFit. Multiple machines are constantly out of service, and nothing ever seems to get fixed in a timely manner. One of the benches has ripped and torn padding that’s been like that for weeks—it’s not only uncomfortable but also unhygienic.

To make things worse, the water station is broken, and no one at the front desk seems to care or offer any solution. The lack of maintenance and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially for members who pay monthly expecting at least the basics to be in working condition.

YouFit really needs to step up and take better care of their facilities and members. Until then, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Luis talked me through the training programs and helped me out with my calisthenics understanding. We went through BMI, body fat percentages, and discussed diets. This manager is thorough and is an example of what he preaches, this is a great gym and the packages are awesome! .27 cents to get started.

If I could give a 0 star to this gym I would a million times. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER. Once you become a member you will NOT be able to cancel your membership. It is so bad, they will not give you a copy of the contract you signed with them. Corporate will tell you they cannot cancel your account either. You will have to dispute it with your bank THEN be sent to dent collectors THEN sent to corporate and THEN back to the gym manager to "cancel" your account. Over a year of a process to cancel this gym. STAY VERY FAR AWAY.

Recently moved from dade to cutler bay, been going to youfit for 5+ years all around Florida never had a problem with any and will continue going but this one in specific is booty because of the people who work there. I go in 3 out of 5 days a week and don’t bother anyone, I’m polite and don’t look for problems. I went in the bathroom and didn’t know the cleaning lady was in there so I continued and used it. When I get out she pops out of no where and starts screaming and making a big deal at me in Spanish. I tell her that I was sorry and continued my day. 2-3 weeks later, I gradually noticed that the moment I walk in all the employees look at me as if they knew me or something and making comments. One morning I ask the same lady if I can go in the men’s bathroom before entering to not cause a scene, and does the most to not let me use the bathroom. The thing is that it’s only with me.
I ain’t coming to this gym no more.

I started to come here because It was a few min from my house but when I inquired about a personal trainer .
a young boy I believe his name is Eros was someone I got recommended by another staff that can help I spoke with him and did a first session before committing to him.
But my experience with him was never the less horrible. He was rude on how he explained the work out , super distracted n he seemed annoyed when I asked question . To be in this industry it’s not easy and you need to like people but he clearly doesn’t . Will be going to another youfit .

Muchos años entrenando en este Gym..excelente lugar hasta hace una semana que hable con una chica del front desk para llevar conmigo una persona durante un mes y nos hizo una cuenta promocional.Nos dijo que ese plan nos permitia visitar el gym durante 30 dias por 23.99 dls nos cobro 4.45 dls como entrada y nos dijo que llamaramos a un telf que nos dio 3 dias despues.Al segundo dia llame a ese numero y un Sr nos dijo que ya nos iban a cobrar 23.10 dls x el mes de junio y despues otro c obro de casi 80 dls en julio.Fuimos entonces a hablar con el administrador del gym..Este nos escucho y nos dijo que iba a eliminar esa cuenta..Nos fuimos tranquilos considerando el problema resuelto pero en junio 30 aparecio el cobro de junio y nosotros no fuimos ni un dia al gym.Yo soy una persona de la tercera edad y mi menbresia la paga mi seguro.Desde que vi en la cuenta del banco ese cobro de junio he tratado de comunicarme con Customer service de youfit sin exito.La conclusion es que fui estafado primero por la chica y luego x el administrador que no borro cuenta alguna..a los dos los considero complices de un cobro indebido que hasta ahora son 23.10 dls y no sabemos si cobraran los 80 restantes porque no hay forma humana de comunicarse con un sitio de reclamaciones de estos gimnasios..Y hablar de nuevo con el administrador seria inutil pues ya nos mintio una vez.Recomiendo a todos que lean los reviews que tiene ese gym para que sepan cuantas personas han sido estafadas.

This gym has its good and bad days. More bad then good. The equipment is great, its clean, and the staff at the front desk is nice. The issue is the people that come here. There is absolutely no gym etiquette. People constantly lift right in front of the dumbbell rack and make it impossible to grab weights, they never rerack there own weights and some have had attitude when asked how many sets they have left with the weights. The sad part is that some of the trainers here who should know proper gym etiquette don’t ever seem to tell people anything about reracking and about lifting weights directly on top and in front of the dumbbell rack.

Este gim siempre fue muy limpio existia una señora que limpiaba los equipos estando uno ejercitandoce y el piso, ahora se ve frecuentemente papeles en el piso y en el deposito de colocar el pomo de Agua en cada equipo,se ve muchos personas no hacienda ejercicios socialisando hablando alto de cosas que no nos interesan a los que si nos ejercitamos haciendo face time en los telefonos enterandonos de todo sus problemas o situaciones que no nos interesan por lo que se crea un ambiente que no permite enfocarte y que da la impresion que todo esta muy desorganizado y no hablo del intercambio normal entre personas que se ejercitan por ultimo los baños se ven sucios.

I like going to this gym. First of all it is close to my house and the staff is extremely attentive. It was recently renovated, so it looks more spacious and the machines and equipment are more organized. Therefore it is easier to set a workout plan and complete a routine.

I had rated this Gym 5 stars 4 years ago, it turns out that after the pandemic I didn't go to the place anymore and I contacted them by phone to cancel my subscription. Then I moved and I never heard from them again either by phone or by email, I don't know if they sent me a letter to my old address because I didn't receive it. To my surprise when I check my credit this morning I see that they sent me to collection with a debt collection company with a debt of $109.00 dollars, it is ridiculous, if they had contacted me a long time ago we would have clarified the situation and if I had had to I would have paid something, I only paid $10.00 a month, I repeat, it's ridiculous. I don't know why these things happen or who is responsible but I let you know because it is the reality that I am living. I will see how I can resolve this situation.

I subscribed to this location because we were evacuated from hurricane Ian, I attended about 10 times, they told me I can use any location when I go back home to Fort Myers. We are now back and they do not have any locations in Fort Myers, When I registered the rep told me you can cancel anytime, called several times and the told me to go to the original location to cancel, I did, 3 hours drive and now the rep tells me I have to pay for the entire year!! The rep signed for me all the electronic forms without showing me the content when I subscribed. I trusted them, the whole thing is based on lies and deception, you want to force me to pay for a year in a location that I cannot access. Genius! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I made the commitment to myself to start exercising more, to lose that covid weight we all gained during quarantine. I started walking 1 mile a month ago, & then I remembered my insurance participates with silver sneakers a gym membership to workout with the incentive to lose more weight. Micheal set up my free gym membership. It's been a week so far. The gym location is at the Shoppes of Quail Roost. It's not a huge gym, I like it very much for the intimate atmosphere. Everyone working out is focused and dedicated. I ride the stationary bike @ one hour for cardio & so far this has been a daily routine. I like the colors of the gym which are purple & lime green. I wear my own headphones because I like to listen to my own music. It's very clean & they practice social distancing with some of the stationery machines. The staff are very helpful they do have personal training

No recomiendo este gym para personas que buscan usar las caminadoras si vas a hora pico no podrás caminar porque hay muy pocas y para hacer ejercicio regular el espacio es muy pequeño en realidad me inscribí el lunes y ya el martes me desactive en realidad no lo recomiendo
