This is hands down the WORST YouFit gym in Miami.
1. They “fix” the machines in the most ghetto way possible — instead of using the correct parts, they just makeshift pieces together. It’s not only lazy but also dangerous, because someone could seriously get hurt.
2. The other day, a random man came up to me aggressively, told me to hurry up on a machine, and made me feel super uncomfortable. I reported it to an employee, gave them my number, and was told the manager would reach out. Of course, no one ever called me back. That shows exactly how much they care about member safety.
3. The weights are never put back, and the place is always an absolute mess.

Honestly, this is the worst YouFit gym I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if corporate even knows what’s going on, but they need to step in and change things — or bring in new management.

I only come to this YouFit location out of convenience, but it’s honestly the worst one I’ve been to. The “trainers” have an entire area blocked off just for personal training—which isn’t the case at other locations—and they keep almost half the weights in that section. Even when no sessions are going on, they use the space as their personal gym, keeping the equipment off-limits to paying members. It’s frustrating and completely unnecessary.

On top of that, the gym is disorganized and chaotic. Weights are scattered everywhere, and finding matching dumbbells or plates is almost impossible. It feels like no one is managing the floor or enforcing basic standards.

If you’re looking for a place where you can actually train effectively and have access to the equipment you’re paying for, I’d recommend another location.

Pretty disappointing experience. The gym is constantly a mess, weights never get re-racked, and a lot of the equipment is broken or worn out. But the worst part is how they handle cancellations. They make it intentionally difficult to cancel, and when you finally get someone on the phone, they hit you with an annual fee even if you're leaving and will not be using the gym again. I was fine covering the last month since I didn’t give 30 days notice, which by the way is scummy anyways. I mean can you imagine cancelling your Netflix and they say we need to charge you for another month because you didn't give enough notice, pretty stupid. On top of that they hit you with an annual fee for supposedly maintaining the gym, and what a great job they do at that. Congrats youfit, enjoy the 50 dollar annual fee so you can continue to have empty dumbbell racks and plate holders that are bent.

Big and spacious enough that it's one of the better Youfits to go during rush hour since there's such a large capacity for people and plenty of machines to use. Bathroom/locker area is small and always seems to be in a pretty nasty state but you can't blame the cleaning staff because some of the gym members are just disgusting. Overall it's not bad at all.

I went in last year and advised the front desk to cancel my renewal and I was advised it would be done. Fast forward 1 year and I get charged a renewal fee. I contacted ABC solutions which is their 3rd party billing company and they advised youfit did not cancel my request as I was advised they would do and they are not able to refund my annual fee. I attempted to contact youfit directly and was pushed back to call this third party who is not taking accountability for anything and is not assisting me. I have not been to this gym since the day I asked to cancel this membership and when I spoke to a supervisor at ABC solutions they ensured it was canceled again and I would never receive another charge but I never received an email from ABC solutions or Youfit advising my request was completed.

Youfit never took accountability for the negligence and misuse of resources to cancel my membership back in September of 2024 and now it has failed to send me another email confirming I will not be charged again. All I asked was for a refund because I no longer wish to attend this gym but instead it is failing to refund me for something that I was told would be canceled.

I have been training here for the past month and it has been great! Im with a personal trainer and she has made my time very pleasant and always keeps me motivated to come back. I would say that the gym could use some updating because you can tell that it hasnt been renovated in quite some time, but the personnel is always so nice and ready to help whenever you need them! Estoy de acuerdo con todas las personas que han opinado ya que a la mayoría le ha pasado lo mismo que a mí , ese gym es una basura , y los que están ahí unos estafadores , yo personalmente puedo hablar de Alejandro , muy mal que hace su trabajo , xq no explican todo como debe de ser , hace un año hice contrato , donde pagué por un entrenador para recibir 8 clases mensuales 2 clases por semanas , no dan plan de entrenamiento para los días donde no está el entrenador , no dan plan de alimentación y para colmo 280 más membresía , 300 pesos para un entrenamiento de que no vale la pena , cuando quise cancelar me dijeron que no podía xq avía echo un contrato de 6 meses , contrato que nunca me explicaron y nada terminé pagando 3 meses siqe me faltaban sin ir al gym por su mal trabajo , no recomiendo ese gym , no recomiendo que paguen entrenamiento , xq son unos estafadores , búsquese un entrenamiento en Youtube o Instagram que saldrá mejor , y no estafado . Escribo esto en base a mi experiencia , creo que con mentiras y engaños no se llega a ningún lugar , quiero recalcar que el entrenado el cual tuve asignado llamado Ricardo Montoya , era muy amable , si llegué a notar cambios en mí con su entrenamiento , si me sirvió su entrenamiento incluso yo iba todos los días y él todos los días estuvo ahí conmigo , decidí dejar de ir porque quería cancelar y al enterarme de que me avían estafado xq Alejandro decía que sí que él me lo avía explicado todo y fue falso xq no todo lo explico xq como yo si pude escuchar que podía cancelar pero un mes antes , y no escuché lo del contrato de 6 meses ? Entonces la
Loca no soy yo , yo seguí pagando los 3 meses restantes . Pero no volví a aparecer por allí incluso le dije quita la tarjeta que yo vengo todos los días 6 a pagar y así lo hice . No puedo hablar de las demás personas que trabajan alli , pero si puedo hablar de Alejando y mi experiencia con el . Veo que los malos comentarios todos se refieren a lo mismo, problemas en la cancelacion, si usted tiene problemas de diciplina y saca una menbresia y a los tres dias no puedes seguir porque no tienes fuerza de voluntad no culpes a los a los demas de tu falta de actitud. Yo fui y me abrí una cuenta familiar me cobraron esa cuenta hasta ahí todo bien. Despues a los días me quise abrir otra cuenta yo solo, y me cobraron de nuevo esa otra cuenta nueva NO mirando q ya había pago otra cuenta familiar despues me cobraron un dinero q según es al año pues cuando me abrí una cuenta con ellos NO me explicaron nada de eso....en general NO explican bien para q el cliente no este satisfecho al final me fui no quiero saber de ese GYM Ahhh cuando te quieres ir te siguen cobrando la membresía y te cobran un fit NO te explican bien todo. I haven't been to this youfit location on coral way and sw 122nd Ave in a few months. Tonight I decided to and what a mistake. Some older dude is shadow boxing making barking noises. I ask others, they say he does it all the time. I ask him to please lower it down a bit i can barely hear the music on my headphones. I realized he's not all there with how he responded. A smile, a roll of the eyes and continued barking. I went to the front desk to please say something. They said, everyone is entitled to their workout. Resulta y acontece que desvergonzadamente me enviaron abogados para cobrar supuestamente una deuda. Después que los contratos lo hacen personas no autorizadas a hacerlo y mentir a los clientes. I have notified the employees at the front that there is two machines that are broken it’s been 1 YEAR and 11MONTHS and the machines have not been fixed. All they did was put yellow caution tape around it. The worst part is there is no other back up machine there’s only 1 of each… I’m extremely fed up with paying annual fees “for gym maintenance” and having to pay every month for a gym that doesn’t even have working equipment. Soy cubana y Empecé en este gym porque me queda al lado de mi trabajo , me vendieron un plan De entrenamiento de una clase semanal, supuestamente las clases serían con el entrenador y manager Alejandro y al siguiente día me cambiaron de entrenador , ok acepté pk realmente el entrenador no es malo (Aldo) , nunca me mandaron ningún plan de entrenamiento para los días que no tenía entrenador ni tampoco un plan de nutrición como me dijeron cuando saqué el plan , y las clases para colmo solo 30 min, decido cancelar y le dejé saber al entrenador, pues resulta que el entrenador nunca le avisó al manager de mi cancelación y me cobraron el dinero cuando fui a reclamarle a Alejandro me trato super mal , pedí explicaciones y lo primero fue que me dijo que ya yo no estaba en Cuba , que estaba en EEUU ,como menospreciando de donde vengo, insultando mi inteligencia como queriendo decir que como vengo de cuba no se nada y lo más triste es que el manager creo que es cubano también , me indigno muchísimos pk una cosa nada que ver contra y a parte que sabe el de mi ni cuánto tiempo llevo en este país , bien fresco y faltas de respeto , al ver que ya no tengo opción pk ya me descontaron el dinero le pregunto que las 4 clases que me cobraron quien me las iba a dar porque como ahí cambian de entrenador y su respuesta fue gritada en medio de todo el gym que si seguía con esa actitud me iba a ir muy mal en la vida , PERDÓN , que clase de manager o entrenador le habla así a una cliente , que sabes tú mi vida , bien fresco , equivocado y prepotente , 0 recomendado este sitio , se hacen los despistados para seguirte cobrando , no se apunten a este gym

Este gimnasio tiene un gran problema y es que cuando cancelas la membresía en realidad no lo hacen y te siguen cobrando y después te mandan cartas diciendo que tienes una deuda con el gimnasio que tienes q pagar para poder procesar la dichosa cancelación , y después tienen el descaro de decirte que aún así te van a cobrar el último mes . Yo pensé mucho si escribía la reseña o no, decidí escribirla para que otras personas no tengan la misma experiencia que yo, si van a ir a este gym les recomiendo no poner el servicio de entrenador personal el plan es bien alto y las clases no son buenas, te piden la firma digital supuestamente para activar la cuenta con el entrenador y cuando quieres cancelar ese servicio te dicen que no puede porque firmaste un contrato por 6 meses y te engañan, realmente sientes que fuiste estafado y si ves al manager del gym la misma explicación de estafador que los entrenadores, amigos si van por primera vez paguen la aplicación zing más económico y mejor

This gym is a sinking ship. Stay away from this location. Visible mold and mildew emerging from numerous roof leaks in multiple parts of the ceiling. But cuando quise terminar mi membresía, seguían diciendo q no había problemas y me piden pagar otro mes y un fee después de pagar por dos meses sin poder ir … No estoy interesada en el acceso al gimnasio… estoy fuera de la ciudad. Realmente me siento engañada por uds y el personal que atiende directamente al público pues no han sido transparentes con sus acciones y no pienso que después de cancelar finalmente con uds, nunca más haré uso de sus servicios. Al parecer es una tendencia, que triste que en lugar de fomentar y cuidar una clientela que pueda regresar, le ofrezcan servicios que no les interesa o puedan usar. STAY AWAY! Their policy is terrible and made on purpose to steal your money. The manager named John made me believe that I could make a 6-month contract with a personal trainer and cancel it whenever I wanted, after two months I decided to cancel it and he told me that it was not possible and threatens me that if I didn't make my monthly payments my credit would be affected. I looked up my 6 months agreement because I couldn't believe there wasn't a cancellation form and I found that I can cancel before the agreed period by paying a fee of $100. I found the way they treat you and don't explain your contract to you very unprofessional. Everything is based on making the cancellation more difficult for you to continue stealing your money even if you don't go. I have not yet been able to cancel because it can only be with the manager where I made the contract who denies my cancellation rights after it being written in my contract that I can cancel. This is terrible, I will lose money but they are going to lose many clients this way they are working.

This gym has gone downhill. It’s not what it use to be. Weights are scattered everywhere, can’t find anything. The dumbbell racks are always empty. Hardly any of the staff walks around to re-rack weights. The trainers blast their music from this huge speaker that people can’t even hear their own music from their earphones. Very inconsiderate and annoying. I don’t wanna hear reggaeton when I’m training.

Worst customer service ever. I moved from the city and I wanted to cancel the subscription. They don’t cancel it at the gym, they gave a number and I called, it’s goes directly to a computer wish asked me over 20 times for the same information and never transferred me to a representative. I called the number like 7 times and always the same. They’re stealing my money.

STAY AWAY! This is a ripoff. Their policy is terrible and made on purpose to steal your money. Not only they made me have to go in person in order to cancel my membership but they still charged me again a month after I had cancelled. When I called to complain, they told me that by policy they still charge you 1 more month even after you cancel. This is theft.

Very bad experience. Opened a membership January 2023 and cancelled it the same day and still waiting for my refund of $50.03. I contacted corporate and they did not respond after I gave details of the agreement number and refund amount. One person locally at the gym told me refund takes 2-3 days then another told me 2-3 months. I never used the membership due to rules regarding my 16 year-old using the gym, which was totally understandable; however, the lack of response has been unacceptable about my refund. If I cannot get my money back would have just appreciated a timely short answer, but instead have received no response at all.

Update: I wanted to update my review. Management took time to speak with me and share some improvements they’d like to make and why they are having a hard time. I feel like they care about improving experiences which counts. The hot water situation has been fixed. I still think the showers need new shower heads and better lighting. And the signage outside needs improvement as well. Thanks for actually listening Youfit.

As a Youfit personal training client for over 3 years I’ve been to most of the Youfits in the area. This is by far the worst. Domary and the front desk staff are the only good things about it. The location is terrible and hard to find. Signage is minimal. My biggest complaint is the state of the women’s bathrooms. They’re dilapidated. They’re gross. There is barely any lighting. The shower heads are disgusting. One shower doesn’t even have a shower head. Every time I’ve tried to use them there is NO HOT WATER. I had to take a cold shower before I went to work. It’s been over a month and neither the bathrooms or hot water has been tended to. I’ve never even seen management. I don’t know who’s in charge. This location is an embarrassment to all Youfit.

Out of every gym I’ve been to, this gym has been my all time favorite. The gym is always clean and picked up, and the employees are incredible. Front desk and management are very involved with us members, and enforce policy’s to make sure it is a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Even the custodial team makes sure to give everyone they pass a warm smile. If I could give extra stars I would.

Realmente decepcionado por la falta de mantenimiento de los aparatos..un ejemplo es la maquina de hacer gemelos..que lleva meses con el regulador de la altura del aparato roto. Una pieza sencilla que no se ha cambiado por falta de voluntad. Tambien poleas rotas etc. Insisto en que nos cobran la mensualidad de manera completa al igual que la anualidad sin brindar un servicio al 100 %. Especifico que es el gymn de la coral way y la 122. Muchas gracias y con la confianza de que se resolveran dichos problemas..plantados en varias ocasiones a la manager de dicho gymn.

On July 10th 2020 I spoke to Monique from my Youfit club, about placing my yearly membership on hold due to the covid situation. I was told that there was no way in the system to place a yearly membership on hold, but that she was going to suspend my membership locally and update the note in the Youfit system, furthermore I was told that when I'm ready to reactivate my membership, simply call or pass by and request that my membership be activated. On March 23, 2021 I stopped by the gym to request the reactivation of my membership, and i was
told by the supervisor that Monique is no longer with them and that Monique had no authority to do what she did, in addition, she explained to me that my membership had expired and that in order to return to the gym a new membership contract had to be signed. What really bothers me is not the money, but the principal in back of this whole situation. Not only was I totally misled by one of their own reps, but they didn't even make an effort of finding a fair solution to the problem. At this point I refuse to associate with an organization that condones this type of abusive and unfair practices on their customers.

I been coming to this gym for the past 6 years and today they revoked my membership for no reason at all they told me and i quote " you put your mask down too many times" they didn't give me any warnings or anything.

If you are reading this let me tell you this is the worst youfit location you can go to. They have the worst of worts employees they dont help you at all and they are super rude with their members.

I would recommend you to go to another gym i think LA Fitness or planet fitness is a much better option

This gym has it all.
It has plenty of weights, space machines, and stays open until 10pm. The employees are really nice and the price is outstanding. You pay $10 for one location or $20 to use any location plus it allows you to bring a friend for free. Just have them bring their ID, face mask, and a towel. Due to covid those are the requirements. A great gym that meets your training needs.

No lo recomiendo! No soy de hacer malos reviews! Pero son unos LADRONES! No use el gym durante toda la pandemia, cuando quiero cancelar la suscripción me dicen que tengo que pagar 10$ y Tengo que ir en persona!
Luego de hacer todo esto, me dicen que aunque ya cancelé la suscripción me van a cobrar 56$ de cuota de mantenimiento! Son unos ladrones, no caigan!!

Hemos estado cerrado por una pandemia donde no he usado la membresía y ahora me cobran 42.00 por una anualidad para la limpieza de un local que no he usado y ahora, cuando le digo que me cancele la membresía me cobran 10.00 para poder cancelar y para colmo mi mensualidad se cobra dentro de 3 dias y ya no se puede detenerla y si pongo un paro en el cobro me mandan a Collection según me dice la persona que atiende en el front desk definitivamente no los recomiendo para nada!!!

Que pena, me levante a las 5 am para ir al Gym y a pesar de llegar 10 min antes de que abrieran, -fuimos los primeros en entrar-, no pude hacer ejercicios, porque fue tanto lo que me demore en la entrada, tanto lo que tuve que llenar para poder pasar como invitada, que ya cuando entramos estaban todas las caminadoras ocupadas, fuimos los primeros en llegar y tuvimos que virarnos a casa, no es para nada justo, porque fui a esa hora porque tengo que trabajar y no tengo otra. Creo que si dan tarjeta para autorizar invitados, pues deberian optimizar el servicio, no jugar con el tiempo ajeno. Y no le puedo dar cero porque el sistema no me deja, pero se lo merecen!
