This gym is on the smaller side, and the entrance honestly feels like something straight out of District 9. At first it threw me off, but I’ve been warming up to the place. The crowd is usually older, though you’ll occasionally see some younger faces from FAU.best time to go are noons.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. This should be a healthy fitness environment, but every morning—right when we’re supposed to be breathing clean air—there’s one person who comes in between 5:10 and 5:20 smelling strongly of weed. It happens every time he arrive. Most of us either leave or end up with headaches and try to stay far away from them. Something needs to be done about this, because this should be a place where we can work out peacefully in a clean, healthy atmosphere.if the management can’t don anything about it then cancelling my me membership I am better off.

SENIORS - If you sign up for SilverSneakers at YouFit, DO NOT hire a trainer. They change staff so often, suddenly your trainer will be gone, YouFit will never contact you with this information, even though you are paying for this trainer. Amanda Wilson suggested we go to YouFit at Town Center. We picked the Palmetto Park location for a reason. Amanda scheduled us for a month with another trainer. Upon arriving for training, Amanda and other staff were now gone. The front desk person stated the calendar was empty and no training has been scheduled. No one knows what the other person is doing. You’ll never get a straight answer. We cancelled our memberships for a trainer (4 of us) on April 2 because of this ongoing Issue. This cancellation was dine in front of us by Alex Cuadra and Sidney Drake. We received our cancellation form via email and were told everything was all set. It’s June and we are still having charges on our credit cards After speaking with Alex Cuadra, Fitness Manager, we were told that Sidney Drake, Regional Fitness Director that approves the cancellations, quit the same day we cancelled. So the cancellations never went through. Youfit never contacted us. We are wondering if this is happening to other Seniors? To save you stress, do not sign up for a trainer. Do not give them credit card information.

Won't let you cancel the membership. I am getting a doctor's note since I'm very heavily pregnant and I can't do more than very mild walking. The fact that I have to explain to them why it's not feasible for me to continue my membership at this time is outrageous. The gym has made my life so difficult to cancel, one of their customer support employees yelled at me because I was having trouble hearing them on the phone. The customer service is awful, and they are the worst type of scam. Don't sign up.

This particular location in E Boca is a SMALL gym!! I signed up and visited the Gym a few times, then I cancelled my membership. Whoever took the cancelation never actually did it and got bombarded by Phone calls from a Collection Agency, then they put the balance of $125 or so on my Credit Report!!! NOT WORTH IT!!

This gym has the friendliest people! No muscle headed mean folx here. Joel, the personal trainer kicked my butt! The woman at the front desk (I think she’s the manager) is a gem. As a YouFit member, I appreciate that there are several locations in the area. Between work and family life, I do a lot of driving around. Thankfully, there's usually a YouFit nearby, so I can get a quick workout. This location is smaller than most and doesn't offer classes. However, they have packed a lot of machines into that smaller space, and they seem to keep things clean.

Taylor Brady - The General Manager at this store lied and deceived me to get me to sign up for an account saying I could cancel before I was moving in a month, she mentioned she would write special notes in her system for me. The pictures listed are NOT this gym. This place is okay extremely small with gross and old equipment and usually packed with people.. there is a tiny patch of fake grass to use which only like one person can use at a time. The equipment is always dirty and there’s not enough spray or paper towels to clean up after yourself. There’s an initiation fee and an annual fee.. they charge way too much for this tiny old gym.
