Today, as usual, I came to my workout and after cardio I went downstairs to the mirror room to continue exercising. Before entering, I checked the schedule on the door, and Sunday was empty — there were no scheduled classes. As soon as I started my workout, a staff member approached me and asked me to leave because a group of people had arrived who wanted to play pickleball. When I said, “You want me to leave just because someone wants to play here?” he replied, “You can stay, but you’ll get hit with a ball.”

Due to the staff member’s mistake — forgetting to add their reservation to the schedule — I was practically forced to leave the room. And as I walked out silently, he yelled after me very rudely, “Enjoy the rest of your day.”
I wonder if the manager of this facility is aware that his staff are asking people to end their workouts and leave. Me personally, first time in my life I experienced something like this.

My daughter tried cancelling her membership and kept getting the runaround about having to come in person to do so (not true) We left the state for the entire summer and couldn’t do so. I even called to try to figure out what to do as we kept getting billed. Again we were told (Dania pointe) that we must come in person. So we kept getting charged. I tried calling again & kept getting the runaround that I can only speak w/ Dania pointe gym bec that’s where she signed up (not true) the girl at Dania was especially rude & told me I could not get a copy of my contract which I requested but she “can tell me that if I did this and that…just plain obnoxious rudeness. Again I called the main number for the 6th time and finally and luckily was answered by Max at the sunrise location who confirmed all the lies I was told & even tho I sounded super frustrated he was so kind & patient w/ me. He is the type of employee every company should be so lucky to have. It truly makes all the difference. Max thank you so much for your professionalism & kindness! Never change and best of luck to you!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a medical issue in which I told the GM I had surgery. Instead of waving anything they sent me to collections for something that could have been fixed with DOCUMENTATION. They will steal your money and send you to collections for petty money!!! RUN!!!

This gym is the best in the area, and the workers always greet me warmly and with a smile. Hercules, the general manager, has a great crew consisting of Max, Sebastian, and Nigelyn and many others. Come and train with Andy, the fitness manager, who has a string of amazing trainers to choose from. Would recommend and will keep this gym. They offer an amazing sauna, just dont fall asleep in there it is so comfortable!

A lot of the machines are missing parts, leg machine cushions are torn and they are a lot of dust rabbits around in the corners, a lot of the cycling machines upstairs don't work properly as of today.

My wife and I just moved and started going to this location. We are pretty happy. Of course we were nervous at first because at the previous gym we had a little group already and it was a great environment, but everybody here has been very welcoming, particularly since we workout early in the morning!

There is a big variety of machines, and the crowd that comes are super respectful, they re-rack the weights, they clean the machines after they use them (which you don't see in other places).

It's great to be able to focus on your workout without having to think of things that are uncomfortable. We are excited about our choice.

One of the largest YouFits that I've ever been to! Basically has everything you could ask for in a gym, from free weights, Olympic platforms, huge variety of machines, separate cardio area on the second floor, and huge monkey bar set up next to a turf area. There's even a sauna in the men's locker room!

I wish the dumbbells went higher than 90 lbs but that's a YouFit corporate thing so I can't knock this location because of it. 5/5 for sure

I went to this Gym for over a year. I liked that everyone was focused on their own goals. Hired a trainer to insure i was not injured while working out as i did not know what i was doing. I had a terrible experience. was passed off from one trainer to another.. The last trainer i worked with would rarely show for sessions, i was ultimately injured & the trainer left the Gym! I ended up with 23 paid sessions that i could not use because of my injury. Requested a refund from Gym which was not authorized, was spoken to in a arrogant and demining way by a training manager. Ultimately, I was informed that there was nothing they could do for me. I am down about $900.00, I am injured and feel like the time, money & faith I placed on this Gym and staff as was waste. Don't jump in. Go to another Gym. Trust me any other gym is better!

I've only been at this gym for 3 months but I've been with youfit for 1 year. I recently had fraud on my card so I called to update it with a new one before my billing cycle renewed . I was told by the receptionist "You can not update the information over the phone and it must be done in person". I found this statement to be strange as I've updated my card in the past over the phone. I wasn't able to find the time to come in to do so . So I called again and spoke with a different receptionist and they said " Yes I can update your card information no problem" . By this time I was being charged a late fee so I asked to speak with a manger and coincidentally they were not able to come to the phone but would "call me back" . Of course I received no call back and I called again and spoke with a manger to update the card. I check my credit card statement and they still charged me a late fee. I called back and again asked to speak with a manger and he refused to come to the phone instead advised the receptionist to inform me "We can not issue a refund and next time I should add my bank account information instead of my card to avoid late fees". There customer service is terrible and disorganized! I loved youfit but I will be canceling and joining another gym.

Probably one of the worst cancellation experience you can ever have, nearly impossible to cancel your membership. First overcharged me three months in a row without any notification and told me I did an upgrade myself and didn’t remember lol. Then took me days to finally talked to a manager that promised me to reimburse me two months membership for free as the difference they overcharged and that never came through. And when I went to cancel my membership they told me I’ll have to contact the hotline to cancel because apparently they can’t cancel your membership in person. And when you dial the number it doesn’t even have a customer service it’s just a robot keep repeating your payment information lol. I’ve been coming to this gym on and off for more than three years they always had that special vibe that other gym don’t have and I can fairly say this place is getting worse and worse from the management to receptionist. I’m rating this place 5 stars. Absolutely incredible service from the front desk. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and will take care of any needs you may worry about. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting mangers who take customer service above and beyond. For a personal experience as a powerlifter, this place more than you will ever need. I had a bad experience with this gym. Last Saturday I canceled my membership and the same day I received a charge for $53.49 after 30 days of my membership, as annual fee, which I do not expected. The thing is that when I joined to this gym I had to sign my MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT in a small equipment without see what I was signing (MY FAULT 100%) and the staff did not tell me about the annual fee, just the benefits were commented. I have no option to be refunded for the annual fee, so nothing to do. However I would like to share my experience to advise whoever will join to YouFit Gym be aware and read the contract before sign.

Quite frankly, I would love to join this gym. But what’s holding me back is the lack of cleanliness. The ladies locker room is always filthy. How can your toilet bowls be dirty first thing in the morning? I came in to check out the gym in the morning just to see what improvements they’ve made since I’ve heard they’re under new management or what not. I was so disappointed to see no change has been made to the ladies locker room. You need to invest in automatic flush toilets. This is a major issue for me. The main reason I wanted to join your gym is for the group classes, but I can’t negotiate cleanliness. The one thing that planet fitness has over you is that they keep their gym extremely clean. Employees are cleaning around the clock. It’s amazing. Learn from them.

The front desk Spanish lady is rude to me and my guest all the time. I believe she is the manager, none of the employees last at this location because of the way she treats them. I had to walk out of this location last time I was there because she treated my guest in the nastiest way she was loud and she always seems annoyed when helping a customer. It’s been several times of the same treatment. She doesn’t know how to offer things in a nice way, if you don’t agree with her she becomes nasty and mean. I am paying money to be treated nicely not to take her arrogant personality and it’s very disturbing seeing her train people with her attitude, its not welcoming or professional. All of my friends stop going to this location because of her nasty attitude she needs to go!!!

This location compared to the one in East Fort Lauderdale is filthy. Ladies restroom always stink due to broken sauna and the biggest shower stall has a 'Out of Order' sign that no one wants to fix. The fridge holding fitness drink is almost halfway empty cause I hear the manager chooses to wait until all drinks are bought. Rusted equipment. I value cleanliness and order so I will be taking my hard earned money to Planet Fitness soon.

Been going here a long time. Each location has a little difference both in equipment and staff. All equipment work and you can arrange for personalized training. Sanitizing stations are all over and you must have a towel.

I'm very upset and confused. I walked in a couple hours ago and went str8 to the stair master. Did my work out and left. I see I was charged for a water and I don't even under how. We have an access code so if I didn't enter my code how was this employee KAELIF able to charge me. I will be removing my card on file. This makes no sense and I barely even said hi. I just scanned my lime card after work, went to the stair master for 20 minutes and left. Horrible that this employee ran my credit card. That's 100 percent illegal. What's the point of the access code. Wow! This isn't even my gym in my city so I didn't want anyone knowing I took 20 minutes for myself after work. My card is joint with other people so now it is on the statement. Will be calling to complain and remove my card.

Paul was very sweet and respectful. While helping me with my membership, he greeted other members in and even knew them by their first name. I've been pleased with having a membership with youfit for the past few years and Paul just solidified why I was a patron for so long.

I would give this place zero starts if I could. My husband called and cancelled his membership last year and paid a $30 cancellation fee for early termination. This company then proceeded to double charge me each month (yes charge me the monthly membership fee twice a month) without my permission. I have called several times to explain this and everytime they say ok now you are good, but then my card again gets charged TWICE. Because this location is apparently incapable of properly terminating services after multiple times of asking, I called my bank and my bank saw fit that they have been fraudulently charging me and reimbursed me what this location stole from me. Now a year later this company has the audacity to send my "delinquent bill" to a collections office. This is the worst business do not give them any of your card information, they are completely incapable of correctly charging or terminating service!
