It took me two months to cancel my membership here. Even after cancellation, I now received a charge from a random location in the Boynton Mall.

I have never once been to that location.

Reported as fraud to my credit card company and reported to BBB.

Excellent gym that is always clean and has amazing staff. Personal trainers are friendly and push you in just the right way while giving you respect and not bothering you if you don't want it, will offer tips and greetings if they pass by, and are overall super cool. One thing that made me write this review is that I left my water bottle, and by the time I came back to retrieve it they had taken it up front waiting for me and refilled it without expecting a thanks or anything. It was just a kind, small thing to do that they didn't have to, and it was a really nice gesture. Definitely s great beginner of casual gym for sure.

Signed up for two months of personal training. First session scheduled for last Saturday at noon… I showed up for my session but the trainer didn’t…front desk called the assigned trainer who told them he had a family emergency.
Although disappointed that I was not contacted I rescheduled the appointment for today.
An hour before my scheduled appointment they called me to tell me that the trainer would not be there as a result of a car breakdown.
As a retired business consultant I have no patience for poor management and will seek another gym .

Amazing gym! It’s clean & well maintained. The management/staff/trainers are incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. They are what make it a step above other gyms. Anthoneel is the best PT I’ve ever known. Their other trainers are amazing too. I’m always greeted when I walk in the doors. YouFit knows how to make their members feel valued. I’m currently sitting outside of the gym for the third time at 5:42am.
Y’all need to change your hours if someone isn’t going to be here when you open at 5am.
I go out my way to get here on time in the morning, drive alllll the way here, and yall are closed…. You need to start taking off the pricing each month for this. It’s ridiculous when other people and myself are waiting around for the gym to be opened. If it’s too hard, change the hours so people aren’t wasting their time.

That is the worse administration ever, my daughter had a membership and never went to the gym, after 6 months of payment my husband went there to find out if we could cancel the membership, he was told that we could not cancel, we had to wait to finish the contract , he asked what we have to do to cancel after the last payment? He was told that we didn’t have to do anything, after the last payment the contract was done, well that information was not correct because they continued to charge her card and the price was 3 times more than what she was paying before, this is fraud, this company is not honest and do not treat the customers with respect, watch out for this company and run away from them.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!! We joined well over a year ago and have tried to cancel our membership many MANY times. We have gone as far as to stop payments, to which they reported us to collections. We then paid the collections and told them again to cancel our membership and stop auto drafting from our bank. We have had countless phone calls with these people and paid hundreds and HUNDREDS of of dollars to no avail. They again today just drafted over $50 from my bank and there seems to be no end in sight. The next call they get is going to be from my attorney. Do yourself a favor and go join a reputable gym. We have memberships with Retro fitness and Crunch now which we like way better and have a way better attitude toward their customers.

I took a personal trainer and I never got any benefit out of it my timing never managed with the personal trainer. I left Youfit and cancelling a membership with them is such a painful experience. With respect I don’t see myself joining Youfit ever.

I recently started working out at YouFit Gym in Wellington and it has been a great experience because of my trainer Amber! She has helped me learn how to exercise and use the equipment correctly! My fitness and strength have improved tremendously! I am a golfer and she has helped me improve my strength, my flexibility and balance which have improved swing! And all this while having fun!

I personally went to unsubscribe. They told me that was it and they would stop charging my card. Not only did they continue to charge monthly but they wanted to charge me for an annual renewal. Members beware. This gym will sign up new members without full disclosure. I did not realize that I was signed up with a 1 year contract when the manager Amber told me that it was month to month. It was only when I went to cancel my membership, that I found out that I was locked in. Once you sign up, the manager has little or no power to make changes to the membership status. I was asked to call their customer service which was based out of the country and was extremely poor quality.

They also signed me for a recurring personal training charge without making me aware. I was able to stop this after the first month after a lot of hassle

Besides the gym has limited machines and work out area.

Buyer beware. YouFit is an extremely unscrupulous business and will extract everything they can from unaware and unsuspecting members.

Gym equipment is dated and not alot of amenities that most gyms have these days. No Sauna, no massage chairs. Tried canceling my membership and was told to my membership was canceled. Only to be charged another annual fee and 3 more months of monthly payments. Customer Service is almost non existent, the general manager scott was no help and gives you an email Address and refers all matters to corporate. In contacting corporate through email i was basically called a liar and that i didn't ask for a cancelation until i called about over charge.I have proof of calls through my phone bills, but they didn't even ask for them. Will steal your money i wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since October 2022. I followed the procedure- went into the club and signed the paperwork stating I was canceling my membership- yet I have continued to be charged a monthly membership fee since October. Every time I call to find out why this is happening and ask for a refund, I am told that there is record of me submitting for a cancellation and no one knows why I am still being charged, and a manager will call me back within the day. I have yet to receive a call back. Today I will be calling for a FOURTH time to request that the cancellation is completed and that I receive a refund for 3 extra months that I’ve paid for. Here’s to hoping a Google review helps me make any sort of progress at all on this mess.

Great budget gym. There's a decent number of cardio equipment located on the second floor. I personally never had to wait to use the ones I like. Also on the second floor, a large area for free weights and several other light equipment. All the heavy weights and large workout equipment are on the first floor. Long story short, there is plenty of perfectly functioning equipment for any kind of workout you're in.
My favorite parts about this gym:
- The staff is super friendly, helpful and never tries to push any kind of product or upgrade on you
- The crowd: people go in, get their thing done then out the door. No annoying chit-chat and selfie sessions while monopolizing a piece of equipment.
- The cancelation policy: just show up to the front desk, pay a small fee, sign a couple of things and you're done. No jumping through hoops and no one will try to talk you into rethinking your decision, etc.

Extremely disappointed in the misrepresentation of a membership I recently purchased for my son. I was sold a premium membership with the verbal assurance that he would be able to use guest passes. I made sure to tell the young lady who sold me the membership that I was purchasing it for a 16 year old. For the first couple of weeks this hasn’t been a problem. Today when he arrived with a friend to workout, he was told that because he was under 18 he couldn’t use guest passes. When he requested to downgrade to a basic membership, manager, Chris Cortes, told him that basic memberships are not available to anyone under 18. My son then canceled the membership and will be looking for a new gym.

And this morning i tried to call again and yup the manager here already spoke to us , he said that come in to done it , and we even asked “WHEN ARE YOU GONNA BE THERE ?” He said “ I’m gonna be here until 5:30 or 6pm” . And yes i came there around 3:55pm and the manager wasn’t there again , someone called to get back and dont even know when he gonna get back to solve the problem ??? Wth how long i have to wait if you try to avoid me ? Its not worth for the money i paid for this Youfit . Very unprofessional , terrible . Do not come in here . Dont waste your money . I gotta say this place was unexpectedly clean and well kept; for a smaller gym that is. This place was perfect for me in the morning as it was not too loud like crunch or la. The staff was very helpful when I needed any handles for machines and, I noticed that the plates where even across the different machines which is always a plus. Not a review person but in this case its a must. First off, im a former multi club owner and have worked/work in the fitness industry for decades, I've seen it all.
With that said, i was looking for an "am" gym close by my house and it was the only club around, so...one year ago i signed up for a 12 month membership, paid first and last months fees upfront plus a one time fee a couple months later, normal and all good.
Basic club, minimal equipment but enough for my first session of the day.
They did a renovation which ended up being a downgrade, due to replacement equipment that was a few steps down from the prior. Also, how are you going to remove equipment and not replace those with similiar? Ie: ham/calf equipment.
Was a clean club at the time, not so much currently. They had an employee(s) cleaning machines, no more and hasnt been. Maybe, its because of the high turnover rate of managers, there has been several.
I can mention more issues with that location but wont.

Ill get to the main issue here...i forementioned my 12 month single gym membership( June 21'- June 22') that i pre-paid two months upfront. I saw in my bank statement that May was charged. Went in later in the day due to no managers in at the time of my normal gym times. Brought my original receipt and the manager ( not Anthony ) stated they didnt sell that membership anymore so they automatically rolled me over to a 2 year membership. Bad business, and a bad tactic to utilize period.
Its not the dirt cheap $10.70 monthly fee, its the principle.

Great Personal training department and staff has great customer service! Overall great gym! Also the General Manager ,Anthony, was very helpful and knowledgeable!

I have been going to youfit for over a year and it is one of my favorites places to be! The staff is so nice and friendly and the gym and equipment are always very clean. It is a very good environment and i would highly recommend youfit to anyone!

Great gym , if youre a powerlifter , this is the place to be . The wall of records ( bench , squat and deadlift ) is an honor to be on there .
And For the ladies a great place to workout and hassle and judgement free AND has real weights !!!

Have to update my review from five stars to one star. I changed my card information for billing. You fit called me several times while I was at work, twice I answered and they hung up. After work, I went to youfit to see what was wrong and four times they told me nothing is wrong and noone should have called me. I then received a 1 month bill for $139.00. I went back to youfit, and they said that they tried to process the payment on my old card and when they showed me the charges it was because they were running it several times a day every single day at over 7 dollars per failed attempt. They neglected to tell me when I was in their facilities every single time I was there and kept telling me there was nothing wrong. I asked for the corporate number and the manager with the colored hair said they would email it to me. When I checked my email it was only a copy of their policy. They stole that money right in front of me while I was trying to figure out why they were calling. I asked around and it has happened to at least one other person. A lot of people complained about the colorful hair manager as well, stating she is mean and unprofessional, but she was professional with me when she took my money. I cannot give zero stars and it is not worth it to take them to court over $140. NEVER TRUSTING THEM AGAIN. WORK OUT AT HOME WITH FRIENDS.

Another early morning (between 5-6am hour) with 20+ people standing out front or pulling up and driving away because it’s not open… this is 3rd time within the last 30 days that I’ve experienced, and I only go 3-4 times a week. Love the guessing game whether it’s going to be open or not and management does nothing about it 👌

I canceled today after two and a half years of membership. The ever increasing number of patrons "using" the equipment to surf their phone instead of using it for its intended purpose is not only an annoyance, but counter productive. The fine print in cancellation is a bit disrespectful, I was charged $10 to cancel for an environment that has grown out of a lack of management during peak operational hours.
