Personnel that attend CDA dive school and are looking for a gym. Do not sign a contract with these guys. I did and was charged for 3 years after I canceled. I did as they requested to cancel and they conveniently lost the paperwork that I brought them... They will say to contact an email to resolve the issue but they will not respond to it. You are already losing a lot of cash at CDA no since in throwing away more here.

I was pregnant for 9 months, Doctors recommended I stopped working out, I brought a doctors twice and was told it wasn’t good enough so all this while I was unemployed, they were charging my account and I would overdraft but they claimed that I didn’t have a contact they only do month to month but still refused to cancel the account till this day, watch me as I take the next step you thieves 🙄

He increased my knowledge about physical exercise 5 fold.

Great place to workout. Amber (one of the Personal Trainers) is the BEST! She always motivates me to push harder each time we have our sessions. A friend of mine that was a previous member of this gym decided to cancel his account, until he was told by an employee that he could swap over his account to someone else. I decided to take the account and have a standard membership of $10. We were told that all I had to do was pay a startup fee of $10 and that my annual fee was already handled since my friend payed his annual fee in December of 2018. I took over the account on March 21st, 2019. Three days later, I get charged $26. On April 19th, I get charged AGAIN for $23. On April 23rd, 2019, I get charged AGAIN for $10. When I called this facility to ask why I was charged over $20 twice, every employee ended their responses with "I don't know." Eventually, they "claimed" that is was a renewal fee from my friend's account that was overdue and because he had insufficient funds in his account, they charged my account instead. Neither of us were told that he had an existing balance. When I talked to the regional manager Phil about the issue, he tried to break down the charges in a way that made no sense. He then offered to change my annual fee date on my contract to December of 2019 because my contract shows that I was going to be charged with another annual fee on May 20th, 2019 for $53, when it was just paid on December of 2018. I was never offered a refund for their false information or breaking of our contract. Overall, I lost more than I had gained. This is a shady business location and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I am an obese girl (205 lbs). i came to gym after 2 yr break after illness & tendon replacement in right foot Oct 2017. In Sept 2018 i joined Boot camp challenge for 2 months and i lost 14 lbs. Thomas was trainer on Mondays and Thursdays in Boot Camp and made a big difference. His workouts were challenging. He adapted training for everyone in class. Thomas is now my Personal Trainer & has helped me lose total of 27 lbs in 3.5 months. Thomas is a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring Trainer. He is one of the best trainers and knows how to get results. I feel comfortable coming to gym and working out.

I accidentally went to my first Zumba class ever with Eiress and I’ve been hooked ever since! I never thought I would enjoy dancing (I am so uncoordinated!) but I’ve been to multiple classes since. She makes the classes fun, not work. Are you sweating your butt off? Heck yeah, but it’s a blast! I love the work out and the upbeat group atmosphere Eiress creates. I’ve tried other instructors, but she is the best. It’s not just blindly following someone dance to themselves in a mirror while you try to follow. Eiress enjoys what she does and the energy is empowering. She really connects with her class and keeps you moving and participating. You’ll never feel behind or out of place with her fun personality. Give it a chance, you’ll be telling everyone how much fun you had! You read that right, FUN at the gym... who would’ve thought! See you at Zumba!

Decent gym layout. Typical machines, staff is friendly but the downside is their billing system. If you cancel your membership you have to pay a $35 fee to cancel... They try to get every single dime out of everybody. If they fix this issue, then I will go back.

The personal trainer Andrea works with my 87 year old father 2 to 3 times per week. She has established an excellent rapport. Since his heart surgery and pace maker procedure decreased his muscle tone and balance, Andrea has developed a training routine that has steadily improved his muscle strength. His balance has also improved! He looks forward to his workouts. 😀

The gym is awesome. I only use it on fridays because it fits my timeline for my commute. If o lived close I'd definitely make it my home gym. Equipment is top notch, has nice size locker rooms that are always clean and kept up. Showers available. So much equipment I feel I never have to wait on anyone to finish lm. I have not needed the staff for anything so I wont rate them. Hige televisions on the wall. Cardio machines have television in them. Energy drinks, protein and water available. not sure what else.

I've been working out here for a couple of months. I love it! I work with Andrea weekly and she is very good at being able to adjust workouts based on what I am able to do that day. She is attentive and supportive and always has a smile. She pushes me hard, which is what I want and need. The gym is well equipped, and almost everyone is super friendly. Most of all, a regular person like me does not feel awkward or timid about doing the same exercises as the others that work out there.

Brand new equipment, never too full, dumbbells in order for drop set. That's nice. Chin up towers have a verity of grips. Awesome.
