I usually attend the Youfit in Sunrise on University as it is closest to home for me, however in the last two weeks I have committed to attending a Zumba class offered on Saturday morning by the same instructor that has class on Thursday and Friday nights in Sunrise!! This instructor in phenomenal!! You can tell that she is truly dedicated to what she does and loves teaching!! Wish she had more classes!! Never thought I would enjoy Zumba as much as I do now!!

The staff is professional and friendly. The gym has a lot of room and different machines for all body types. Good energy and it's located in a very convenient place right off 441. I don't see a lot of people that go to gym to laugh at the top of their lungs like it's a night club and flirting all over the place. It's quiet and professional Great place to workout, focus and clear your mind.
