If you are there to workout, this has everything. The fact that it's "low traffic" is a true gym rat's dream come true. I absolutely love a quiet gym, as I'm not there to be entertained, I'm there to workout. I see complaints about staff, cleanliness, "boring", and these are probably from people who go there to hang out and BS. Shut up and exercise people.

Little fat, Dwight schrute haircut having boy that works here is so annoying. Talks to me constantly during workouts to ask random questions. Interrupted my cardio the other day to ask me how to fix their TV... Rushes everyone out when it's closing time. Extremely condescending and rude to me every time I come in. I love youfit but this location is by far the worst most depressing gym that I have ever been to.

This gym has everything you need to get in shape but meeting the basic requirements to run this business does not make it an exceptional establishment. My bad experience wasn't caused by any rude staff it was a simple miscommunication that the manager refused to accept or attempt to reconcile. Let me say this when I was paying for a personal trainer I was in the best shape of my life! I came in to downgrade my membership one evening from the lime card to the basic plan, on that evening I was told by the employee everything is fine and changes will take effect immediately however the employee didn't provide me with the proper documentation and now the manager is telling me that it never happened! I have been over billed and the mangers denial is infuriating considering I've always liked Youfit and I have no reason to fabricate this story which is what she kept insisting. I will be cancelling my membership and I can't believe I have been treated this way for bringing up an error that was made on their part

I got a great deal on my membership in Phoenix. However, as dumb as this might seem; I find the lime green and purple environment really disturbing. If Tim Burton designed a gym.... Anyway, It was way too distracting for me to focus, so I went elsewhere. I'm sure it's a great place and congratulate them for what they offer at their prices.

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here...checked it out today... music too low? Wear your headphones...who goes into the gym without headphones? I wish it had wifi...other than that it's a good place. Clean..new equipment...great dumbbells...lots of different cardio..to the bad reviewers...I suggest you stay at home and do your power90 BS and stay clear of any gym... or go to planet fitless.

The hours this location changed to are ridiculous, I may want to workout after 6 pm on a weekend, hello! The hours are just ridiculous, more catered to 80 year olds who don't leave home after 5 pm. They need to change their hours back to what they were before at least, or I may cancel with you fit and find another gym.

The staff is very friendly as well as the people who work out here. The gym is also very clean with nice equipment. The weekday hours are good, but it would be nice if the hours were extended for the weekend.

Was a member for 1 1/2 years until Manager calls me in his office and tells me some woman went and told him that I looked at her in the gym. What a crock! I have been Member at Golds and numerous other gyms all my life and have never had a single problem. They need to Have adults run the Gym who don't react to some insecure persons fantasy's and harass their members. I cancelled my membership. I walked across the street and joined Family Fitness for less money and 100 times better gym with adult owners and operators.These People at Youfit seem to have the attitude that they are doing the members a favor by letting them pay to use their gym. No concept of respect. Over Priced for what they offer.They also seem to have unexpected charges popping up out of their misleading contracts.

I have been a member since they opened. I have a lime card so I can go to any one I want. Always clean, never broken equipment, if there is it's fixed right away, friendly staff, and enough room and stuff where you don't have to wait (unless it's peak hour). I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Gave me a hard time stoping MY automatic payments with MY money on my sick boyfriend's account. Rather than play phonetag with these people, I felt the need to drag my sick boyfriend to finalize things. Next time it's Planet Fitness.
