Sorry to say I have given up on this place. Although this gym is not the most convenient to me in regards to location I opted to give them a chance as I have belonged to the closer gym and decided change might be good. After three visits they still have not been able to generate a membership card for me. Upon joining I discovered they had set me up with not one but two memberships. Which had to be corrected. The gym itself needs some work the lighting is off, only one of the men's showers was working on my 1st and 2nd visit. On 3rd and final visit it was working but the hot water was having issues. Staff although nice were not able to help or give info they would leave notes for others to get back to me. One short fall after another. My focus should have been Health and fitness instead it was on one issue after another. Not what I was looking for.

I love this gym, very weird playlist, doesn't get me pumped up, but the number of people that are there to better themselves outweighs the people who are six months deep on a steroid and protein binge and are only there to show off, so that's cool. Great gym for a good workout.

They are very unprofessional here I went back in July to cancel my account Because I was leaving out of state for four months they told me that they would place it on hold until I came back they never place it on hold and now my account was put into collections and every time I try to speak to a manager there are either not there or out On vacation I was told by a lady that I would get a call back and I haven’t received a callback and now they want me to pay certain amount of money to cancel it when they could’ve canceled it from the beginning.

HORRIBLE COMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! One star is way too much for them. Yesterday at night I went with my husband in the Fowler location to cancel my membership and Malik told me to come tomorrow so his manager Kenner Rodriguez would wave it because they would charge me on the first too so at the end I payed $20.14 for a $10 membership because the kid gave me false information I wasted 15-20 minutes from my way to work waiting on the next day for Kenner to tell he didn’t know why he said that and I had to pay everything my first month and the cancellation fee which is RIDICULOUS Because I won’t use it!!!! HORRIBLE STAFF ! LIERS! Please go somewhere else and NOT THIS POS PLACE ! Is not worth your time and money!

This is a nice place to work out in. It is clean and the staff will help; upon request. But, getting away from this company is like pulling teeth. You can't just tell the clerk you are moving to another city where You Fit is not available. You have to send a certified letter to the corporate office. Otherwise, this company will not stop debiting your credit card every month.
