Maria is a very knowledgeable and fun teacher! I appreciate her patience and appreciate her taking time to explain how to hold hands in order to get into certain positions in the silk. She is a phenomenal teacher and lovely lady!

Mona Fed’s reiki healing class was amazing! The ambiance of the studio was so calming and peaceful. I would definitely be interested in taking a tai chi class there and the yoga looks cool too!🙏🏻

Clean, bright, inviting studio.
Reasonable pricing. I live 500 miles away in another state. James the COO accommodated me with a class-pack that's in my budget and travel schedule. (Thanks again, James!)
Nice variety of classes and times (especially my personal favorite--aerial yoga!) The instructors are professional, friendly, talented & caring (at least the ones I've had--Ron, Louise, Maria & Terry).
I highly recommend checking out Zen Yoga--and first class was free when I signed up!

Did my first aerial yoga class today! it was so much fun!! maria is an amazing teacher, super patient and makes everything very clear and easy to follow. I'll be making this a regular thing for sure, felt like a kid on a playground 😁 thanks maria! oh plus your first class is free so heck yes, why not try it out?
