Went there and there were no paper towels in the bathroom, no toilet paper (anywhere in the bathroom) , the bathroom was disgusting, the gym is very small, I went when it wasn’t busy thank god. The employees seem so relaxed they don’t even care to be there. I wouldn’t recommend getting a membership here

Very unprofessional; no one knows who is in charge. Was in the process of moving to a different city, so I called to cancel: the lady told me that they were going to charge me a cancellation fee . I agreed. But then they kept charging me as if I was still a member. They even charged me a maintenance fee. When ever I called they gave me the run around such as "the manager will call you "they never do. Then they started saying that I had to come to the branch. I showed up directly after work still in my uniform. The young man and lady that was there took my my information "for the 7th time" and told me that they were were going to have the manager call me first thing Monday. Of course like always it was a stall tactic. I ended up calling 3 more times and till this day no one can help me. I will now have to call my bank and cancel my card. I will fill a report with BBB.

Terrible gym compared to all other gyms in south florida this one is by far the worse. Bathrooms dirty,nothing was stocked up,1 of each machine which means when the gym is packed you can forget it. They advise weights up to 110 which is a lie and on top of that the machines are beyond dusty. For $20 a month there are way better gyms in the area like Youfit And Planet Fitness. The only way a person would go here is if they just don't care about truly getting in shape other than that this is a poor gym I wouldn't send my enemy's there

I started about a month ago at the Miramar location. The tv's are always all off, I don’t ask why. I wanted to clean the treadmill after using it but no paper and no hand sanitizer anywhere. Wife said "the kid place or kid care is dirty and girls that take care of the kids a are always on there phone no peace of mind I don’t think there all trained to take care of kids i when it’s such a big responsibility no bikes nor cycle classes at this location. I was hoping a little bit more... I guess owners don’t care

Mens showers are cold and the gym peeps seem to not understand that the gym closes at 7pm on sunday.so the lady at the desk is timid when it comes to geting these people to leave me i would tell them they got to leave come back tomorrow.

WATCH OUT WITH THE TRAINER LEON LEVENSON!!! This guy is a scammer!! He makes you pay in cash or checks payable to cash and he disappears (rescheduling or doing no shows) after the first classes. Then he tells you he will refund you the rest of the money because he has another job and disappear again. The worst part is that HIS LICENSE IS EXPIRED FOR MORE THAN 4 YEARS!!! Call ISSA Personal Trainer Certification phone number to reconfirm this information, he is currently under investigation.

The worst experience I've ever had with a gym I was ripped off..$80 I signed up for personal training with the instructor name Billy super into himself he has dreads and he was hitting on me making inappropriate sexual comments durning consultation so By the 3rd day I made up my mind that I didn't want to do it I was truly uncomfortable so I wanted a refun I had a week intill my training appt.so he gave me a number a lady from Oklahoma who is higher management for fitness Physiquept abd she said she'll refund it.it will take 2wks They never send anything and I called for a 2week straight then she told me wrong number...so basically I was cheated out of my money...valuable lesson...be careful everyone!!

Very Nice staff And machines are good enough. You can do boxing or karate as well.

They sold my money let me explain I when in and sign up and payed in full but yet still they still went on my account and take $39 twice I've been coming here to get my money back since may it's now December and even spoke to the owner and manager and up to now I still haven't got my money back if u read this please whatever u do don't go there cause they would take your money too cause from what I understand I'm not the only person they did this to.if I could've gave them no star I would but u have to at less give them a star to post this

The staff (spanish lady and the bald guy at the from - hate to describe like that) are always looking very unhappy and super fake. I come to workout, not for the staff to be rude when I order a shake or ask how you use a damn machine ( they will ignore you). Beware- After you sign up, they will trick you into coming back for an orientation but really they are trying to get you to sign up with personal trainer.....just be straight up and let me decide. The only good part is the machine are not always filled, but its mainly because no one goes there. The GYM HOURS are not true. they close super early some nights so if your trying to go at 11/12 at night Mon-Fri they might be closed ( very unorganized ) its not my fault that none is there so you close. I pay so I can go anytime I feel!!! Theres better gyms! trust me. your so suppose to feel amazing going to the gym not a headache leaving. feels like your in H.S
