I wanted to join so badly because I read the reviews and saw that they have lots of equipment and high numbered free weights but I drove there and the doors were locked. I called, but no one answered. They have a sign in the front that says they're super short staffed and are in the works of hiring. I'd love to work there part-time since I'm working towards my CPT. I also would really love if someone would get back to me. Thanks

I Like this gym it's peaceful and enjoy it owner makes necessary decisions if problems occur and I help keep it clean it's like family here. And if you don't have a membership you will be trespassing and I will help enforce this! I used to be at planet fitness and kids didn't even have a membership kids were out all night and girls were in men's restroom and locker room BUT NOT HERE NONE OF THEM PROBLEMS.

This has been my home gym for the last 10+ years. If you prefer a smaller gym that has everything from squat racks to free weights that go up to 120lbs, this is the place to go!

Lots of great equipment, however there are no locker rooms. I was still impressed enough to want to get a membership, but ended up joining Alcovy Fitness instead. Why? After getting a tour of the gym, I came back the next day (a Friday, May 16th) to pay for a yearly membership. Nobody was there. I called, and got an automated message. I left a message, but no callback. I decided to take my business to a gym that actually wanted my business.

Good equipment, clean, friendly staff, I love smaller gyms like this I come here every time I'm home on leave. I'm used to 24 hour gyms from being in the military so it's nice to be able to have access like that

I'm a regular and 24/7 is the best weightlifting-focused gym in Covington. Equipment is solid. Staff is really nice, particularly Isaiah who works hard. Bathrooms and gym are clean.

Only downside is patrons can (sometimes but rarely) be a little wild. A bro or two with no shirt or someone singing/pseudo-karaoke hour. Doesn't happen often though.

Favorite gym I’ve been too, they keep it neat and tidy and the staff is very friendly, I had a unpaid expense on my account and it took me a while to get it taken care of but the lady who helped me out was very helpful and friendly. Good gym

Perfect if you don't love big public gyms and want something that feels more private. If you go at a time before school gets off, it's not so busy. The community is very friendly, and the staff is very polite and the gym is very clean.

Good clean gym with mainly every workout machine/equipment you need. Nice people I’ve ran into that works out there as well, also helpful. Only downfall is I would say is staff -1, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone when I first tried to sign up and could only find details online doing my own research. Overall nice gym with good pricing .

I like the place very much but staff needs to be here at night time just for a few hours. Now you have about 8 high school kids coming in and leaving weights everywhere. Staff needs to check the camera and see who's a member.

I have had four gyms in the past two years. Through Covid and all. (Planet Fitness, Golds in McDonough, LA Fitness Conyers, and here). I typically need the 24/7 part because I frequent after work. I came from Planet Fitness after they stopped being 24/7, and here they strived to remain 24/7 as soon as everything reopened which really made me love this place. I got a job in McDonough, so I had to relocate my gym to there. I was able to cancel easily. No hassle at all, and no extra payments taken out. So of course when I relocated back to working in Conyers, I rejoined.

This isn’t the big fancy gym. But that is my favorite part. Everything is in one spot. They have weights I need. It’s functional for people that weight lift, but they also have a lot of cardio stuff too. I rarely see anyone at nights when I’m there. I love it. The only thing I wish is that they had clean towels overnight but I understand it’s not staffed, and the clean ones all get used so that’s fine. Probably just get my own 🥰

This is a small but excellent gym. I'm in Covington for work, and stopped by at the end of the day. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very professional. I was very impressed by the number of machines, both cardio and weights, the gym was able to fit onto their floor plan. At a glance it might have seemed cramped, but it wasn't because of the very thoughful layout of the equipment.

And what equipment! The gym is geared more heavily towards lifters, though there are ample cardio machines (including a rower), and the quality and variety of the weight machines was truly excellent. They have both cable equipment and plates, and would be perfectly able to meet the needs of anyone from a novice up to a serious powerlifter. I'll probably only be in Covington a week per month, but the low cost ($25/month) has me thinking that maybe I should just maintain a membership. If I lived locally it defintely would be my gym.

Gym called me after two years of canceling due to new owners and said that my CC on file was not processing and they were sending this to collections. The lady that called said the gym doesn’t care about there reputation.

I lived in little ol' Covington for 2.5 years and this gym was down the road from my house. It was a great place to workout. They have all the plate loaded hammer strength machines which I've never seen anywhere except UCF. Most of the time there wasn't too many people there, and if there were everyone was very respectful. Great little gym for an excellent price. The only thing I will miss about living in GA.

It is really nice to have as a 24/7 fitness place but the connection service throughout the building is horrible.
They did have WiFi and the password up and it wasn’t so good now they don’t have the password up and it horrible.

Lot of reviews said no one will answer the phone. I called to see about a membership and a well sounding man picked on the 2nd ring. I have not been there but he made a great impression on the phone. I am going to check it out and will update my review .

I have been trying to get a membership here for about 3 months now. I have shown up at the gym 10-15 times durining their staffed hours and there is never anyone there. I have called multiple times and no one answers. Apparently to qualify for a membership here you have to kick the door down and sign yourself up.

Best 24 hour gym in Covington. Great price and more equipment than any other gym in the area. Plenty of free weights, machines (cable and plate loaded), and cardio equipment. Only gym in the area that I know of that has Hammer Strength equipment. Not a lot of free space but it is worth it to have the wide variation of equipment. They frequently update the equipment, as well.

Does anyone ever answer the phone??? Is there any staff ever at this facility?! I've been inquiring about a membership for over a month and everytime I pass by or call I can't get anyone. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went there for around 3 years and in the 3 years going there the only reason I stayed is because it was close to my house but I highly recommend driving 30 minutes away to find another place to workout at the staff was never there equipment was always broken and when something did get fixed the gym members were blamed for breaking it as if that's all we did.....upon my departure the owner of the gym Craig (you'll know him by him being the guy sitting with his feet propped up) proceeded to rudely cuss me out and attempt to have an altercation with me in front of everyone in the gym so if you want a gym owner who will try to fight you when you show some backbone this is the right place but if you want a REAL gym please do yourself a favor and take the time to drive somewhere else it's worth the drive to avoid this place

The only benefit was that it was close to my house and open 24hrs/day. The facilities were never kept up.The water fountain went 3 weeks without them fixing it. I USED to come in 5-6 times a week and almost every single time one of the bathrooms were broken. The dumbbells were about to fall apart every time you pick them up. The WiFi did not work half the time either. They also take out a $25 "improvement" fee and in the months following did fix or improve anything. And good luck finding someone actually in the office that can help you. They are never on time in the mornings and seem clueless as to how to fix or do anything. I would recommend driving 15 miles away to a different gym rather than tell someone to visit 24/7 Fitness even once.

Horrible communication! Staff is unaware of facility protocols. They don't explain contract and when asked specific questions about end of year contract lied and gave misinformation. Manger/owner does nothing to correct her staffs mistakes.
Also bathrooms and machines more often than not were dirty or not working. Would not recommend!
