I gave it 3 to 4 weeks before I left my review. I decided it was time to shed my extra weight so after hunting for a nice quiet gym I ran across 24/7 fitness. Soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted and I toured the facility, it had everything and more on the machines I wanted to use. It was clean, tidy and welcoming! I signed up and started my journey. I come at all times, morning, afternoon, 9pm you name it and I feel so safe coming here late at night too! I've seen customers being respectful and wiping the machines down after use, I seen the staff cleaning the floors, and the equipment. All the equipment works. The music is awesome that they play in my opinion, always interesting things on the TV. Just hands down a respectful amazing gym. I've lost 15 pounds so far going to this gym. Customers and staff are all respectful and it truly is a wonderful experience each time I walk through the doors. 1,000% better than planet fitness if you are looking for a quiet place to do your workouts! ♡♡♡

Great Improvements at 24Seven Family Fitness Hinesville

I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes at 24Seven. The gym is always clean and organized, and the staff is super friendly. The new management is definitely doing a great job improving the overall experience. I’m really happy with my membership!

I absolutely recommend this gym! Since the new owner took over, the changes have been amazing. The space feels cleaner, more organized, and way more welcoming. They’ve added new equipment, improved the layout, and you can really tell they care about creating a great experience for everyone. The vibe is super motivating and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience bought the family plan so i could have plus one with me and my bf and we are told they aren't aloud to workout and there equipment is always broken for 85 dollars a month I can find a way better gym will not return again

Toilets are always dirty and the staff plays music with a lot of cursing in it. It is very disrespectful. The staff is polite, however, it needs to be more professional and allow people who are paying to be at peace when working out. Other than those two issues , it’s a nice secluded place to get the job done. Needs to be bigger though.

If i could give ZERO stars I would!!!!! They just sent my husband to collections for over a thousand dollars because THEY wouldn't let him cancel after we MOVED. THEY ASKED US FOR OUR LEASE. Excuse me? That's crazy! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. All the reviews on not letting members cancel are true. I have called multiple times on how to cancel as I went through a divorce and no longer even live in the state and they refuse to call back. I hired an attorney as they have threatened to take me to collections for not paying when I've requested to cancel multiple times and have been well over the year lock in. Not military or member friendly at all.

I don't know who would think this gym is well maintained. Equipment is frequently broken and in poor shape. I already missed my old gym in Waycross and this place just makes me miss it even more. It took over 3 months to cancel my membership here because every time I would finally get someone on the phone, they would tell me someone else would have to call me back and handle that (but never did). I had to visit other locations just to find a staff member in order to get info on cancelling (which the staff can't even do, so why didn't anyone ever mention that on the phone??). Then they hit you up for another $50 just to cancel even after the contract lapses. Glad to never be going back.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone to discuss when my contract ends and they NEVER return calls. It always forwards to an answering service and then they don't call back. Very close to reporting them to the BBB.

Been trying to reach these people since March trying to cancel a membership due to Covid 19 and every time someone tells me they will escalate my call and have a manager call me back as soon as possible. Every month they take my payment out even though I can't use the gym. All they care about is getting that payment and not their members. I will leave a message every day until someone calls me. There are better gyms you can join for much cheaper.

Ill give it a 3.5 to 4, because the evening staff is absolutely amazing and I'll only return st nigh . And during the day when my kids go to a sitter only.
To be honest if my husband didnt like coming here so much. I would cancel. Seriously, we pay for the family package to barely use it. I seriously have to leave my workout every 15 min to take someone to the rest room. When I have seen the workers favor other kids during those times to allow other kids to just go to the restroom, I understand when yall have a ton of kids present my kids can use the bathroom unsupervised. But I will be looking for a new gym with child care that can handle 1 kid for an hour. This only happens on day shift and I'm over it. Maybe its my.child telling me that she doesnt like these new people. Because she is a veey rude lady.

I been a Member of the Gym since 2013. We never had any issues . The staff is super friendly. When there was a problem with the Equipment it was fixed as soon as possible.
The Facility has all the free weights, from squat rack to bench press. The Facility is always super clean as well.

Great new staff and the girls at the front desk are amazing! Want a judge free gym this is the best place to go! I love that i am able to utilize all 10 locations! Free childcare and tanning is included!

Be wary of this business. They changed locations and lucked out by having all of the former Google reviews disappear. I previously rated the gym 1 star due to numerous issues with continuously broken equipment, billing/contract issues related to lying by their sales staff, lack of communication from ownership/management in dealing with the billing issue/their change of location/having been closed for months last summer/ and dishonest sales tactics from employees.
