Will not answer the phone, return repeated calls/messages left with answering service, or answer emails. Was told at one office to contact Savannah office for my needs, zilch on response from them. Trying for over a week to terminate membership and they just ignore. Billing continues though.. Beware.

It's a nice gym, very convenient located next to the house it's never crowded the only issue I have with the gym is there's never anyone there lol I'll take a part time job there if you need me. Maybe some equipment updating some of the bars are bent & the benches are a little narrow for me but other than that it's great.....love the old hammer strength machines!

How is this gym still in business? I called to join this gym because it’s close to where I work in Savannah. The females that answered the phone told me that she is the only employee of multiple locations and that I WOULD have to meet her in Richmond Hill . How the hell is is okay to tell this to perspective clients ?

UPDATE: So listen, this gym is no where near what it was about a year ago. They have new equipment, a childcare service and it isn’t as crowded as other gyms. Last year I wouldn’t recommend it but this year it’s ok!

DO NOT SIGN UP TO USE THIS LOCATION! Although the staff there are nice and friendly the workout equipment is OLD and do not work like they should. The air conditioning hasn’t worked since I joined. The gym is filthy and doesn’t look as if cleaning is enforced. The only reason I considered this franchise is because they had a children daycare. Consider yourself warned!

I would like to start off this review by saying that I have been a long time member of this gym (3 years - off and on) because of the daycare and convenience to my work. However, the amount of customer service issues that I have had with this place is outstanding. To add, last week, the daycare told me that my son wasn't allowed back because he had too many accidents. My son is 3 and has a processing disorder which makes it harder for him to learn to potty train. I bring him to the gym with a FRESH pullup on and if he has an accident in his pullup, it's contained until I can clean him up if need be. A trained customer service representative would come out and politely tell me that he needs to be changed, but not at this gym. They make a big, exaggerated ordeal about it and say that the smell of his bm makes them "gag." What bm has ever smelled good? So, now I can no longer use the ONE service that has brought me to this gym in the first place. To add, like I said earlier, I have been a member of this gym for 3 years. Never before was my son a problem for the prior daycare workers. If you're looking for quality service, you're better off spending LESS at the Y or Planet Fitness. Not to mention, the equipment is ALWAYS broken. They have about 8 treadmills and maybe 3 of them work. I would NEVER use their tanning beds, because I don't trust the cleanliness of this place, whatsoever. While I'm at it, I'll add that they only have one working shower and the water smells like eggs. Don't bother.

Edit: I have left SEVERAL messages with the answering service, over the past few days, and still no phone call back. This gym is the epitome of wasting your hard earned money.

This company had erroneously but deliberately reported an account to my credit. I have never had contract with them any form. I only had an access card and paid a bill before the account holder noted the contract was wrong. Account holder confronted the company andthey refused to honor the contract as written. Such a douche company.

Equipment is always broken. Pay a gym “maintenance” fee and they have the same equipment in there since they’ve opened. All the bars are bent. Can’t wait until my contract is up.

HORRIBLE customer service. Have to go through a 3rd party company to deal with anything regarding your account. They closed both locations near my house. Now they are refusing to cancel my contract even though I don’t have to gym to use near my house. So I either drive 30-45 minutes out of my way to find one of their locations or pay for 2 memberships for a gym near my house. Terrible company. Would never recommend them. Equipment was also always broken and the a/c never worked at the ones I had been using.

Awful. Signed through a program they 24/7 promoted in this area. This program was not organized, no follow up. Any membership through this gym has to cancel by spending more money for certified letter to a 3rd party billing company. Okay that's done. Then get am email stating it would be cancelled after they take another payment. Told it has to be 30 days prior next payment for cancellation. Okay well when you closed gyms near me and it's no longer convenient that's okay, but I want to cancel and I have to make another payment before they cancel. Disgraceful. NEVER will refer anyone here. Would put zero stars if I could.

This is a terrible gym. DO NOT JOIN. Equipment is always broken, never fixed in a timely manner. 4 and yes 4 treadmills were broken for 27 days. They only have 5.
Tanning bed!!!! Don’t work.
They have the nerve to charge a yearly fee for “equipment “ they only get, used equipment, after people leave enough notes on the desk. Yes members actually leave notes on how bad their gyms are on their desk.

This gym at the Savannah Mall is small but nice and clean. I love the two peck deck machines and the butt blaster they have. My biggest complaint is after staff hours access. They really need to replace the old raggedy entrance door behind the mall and upgrade the key card scanner outside. I always have a hard time getting in after staff hours. I love the 24/7 access and if you join one 24/7 gym, you have access to them all. I have worked out at about 5 of them and they all have their pluses and minuses.

Closed the gym I signed up for and 'transferred' my membership to another location miles away and not convenient. ABC Financial tell me I cannot cancel my membership, which has 1 year left. Just wrong. Now paying for a gym membership I cannot use because they closed the location. Short term gain. Long term loss. Poor customer service.

HORRILBE! Worked out there on the terms that my employer provided my membership. When i left that job i called and was told my membership would immediately be cancelled. Its now 9 months later and it still has not cancelled even though i have called over 50 times. I was told by "Joel" that he could not provide me with a number to cancel my membership at this time. This establishment is a joke , if you are new to the area. I advise you try other gyms before ever stepping foot in this one. Unless you plan on signing up for 30 years.
