Went today as a potential customer, and they did disappoint. I press the Ring and as every potential customer, you would like a GYM tour so you can see the machines and facility, well, the owner I am guessing said he can’t do that. Number one, he was not there and 2, he didn’t had anybody onsite at operations hours for facility show. I mean, really who does this. Every GYM I have ever visited, they have toured me and explained the monthly offers. He told me to go to the website, ha! This owner is a joke. Would not get my business for sure. Form a potential client to an impossible client. Sorry but this is not customer service and this is not how you bring business. It deserved less than a star. I really felt like he was doing me a favor when I was I am the client. 24 Seven Family Fitness service sick big time.

I used this gym while I was recovering from dual knee procedures, and the facility was pretty good. The problem I had was the service. While working out the owner called me and started cussing me out for opening the door to many times. It was later at night and the cameras were motion detecting. I guess I was waking her up, but why call it 24Seven if you have a 9-Five mindset. She asked me to leave the property immediately.
I am not saying 24Seven is bad, but I recommend going through Allen and Amanda if you want unnecessary stress in your life.

Terrible Customer service. It will be almost impossible for you cancel the subscription with them. Pay cash but never and ever give to them credit card information for automatic payments.

I went here once and the entire gym smelled like burning rubber (I think it’s the flooring). The equipment is ok everything is jammed in close together, but the smell alone made it so I don’t want to come back. I’m sure it’s fine for other people, it just wasn’t for me. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re sensitive to smells. I essentially wasted $70.

Pay $80 a month couldn't even bring a guest in when planet fitness for $25 can have a guest anytime you go ridiculous The lady was super rude came to my car talking about I have to pay $25 extra do not support small businesses that are like this that are greedy horrible Don't even have all the equipment like planet fitness and it's a contract

It’s always hard to give a good gym review, but you have to give credit where it’s due. This is the best gym around. Everything inside is brand new floor to ceiling and super clean. Everything you’ll ever need a new high quality weights and machines. Staff is super friendly.

Been here a year and a half... it was nothing special before... but now? Dumbbells falling apart... asked the owner numerous times for an allen wrench to tighten things... still waiting. This morning, yesterday too... NO HEAT...51 degrees this morning...Smith machine broke...messaged the owner...no response.

Seek a better gym elsewhere. Aaand, yes I'll be dumping my membership shortly

24Seven Fitness, while a decent workout facility, is guilty of some shady practices. Being in Rincon for only the summer months, I wanted to take advantage of their $24/mo deal. The desk guy misled me into thinking that the contract was month-to-month, when in fact it was for 2 years, with a $75 cancellation fee. I was able to use the gym for 2 months, then had to pay a ridiculous fee to cancel. Avoid if you value upright business practices.

Be very careful of their contracts. When your contract is finished they start charging you month to month automatically. So I called a week before my contract was up and they said they needed a month in advance, so I'd still be getting charged for the next month for no reason. They absolutely could have cancelled my auto payment right there but they want be sneaky and pull some fine print BS.

Also they have a single squat rack and that's pretty silly.

I visited this gym from out of town and was treated like a member. Thank you 24 seven. I was there for a funeral due to the loss of my stepdad so exercise was key for me to keep in good spirits.

It is open 24/7 which is why I like it, and it is my main reason for choosing to have my membership here. I also enjoy the 24 hour tanning services. The equipment is very old, but it works. Patrons don't put their weights away even though it is clearly posted around the gym, so that is not necessarily management's fault. All that being said, it has everything you need and more for a good workout. It is rarely crowded, and the people are nice, and the facility is clean.

The equipment needs updating. The Stair Master, Exercise bikes and Ellipticals need replacing. They are raggedy, squeeking, squeeling and dirty. The inside of the gym needs serious cleaning. There are spiderwebs in the doors, dust on the walls and equipment. For the price, the place should be in better shape.

Appears as if the owners don't care much. Broken drywall in many places with exposed drywall dust and fiberglass (obviously a problem with exercise inhalation). A simple fix, but not done. The machines seemed to work okay (weren't the best models, but did the job). Free wifi (but all gyms have that now).

Just talked with a man at this gym who helped me out. i was looking for a gym membership for over the summer, and I was told. "Yeah we can do that". So instead of getting a membership I cant use. I get one tailored for me that's affordable. I am definitely getting a membership here whenever i need a gym. This place gets 5 stars for effort.
