Awesome spot to workout. Staff and members are super friendly and supportive. I workout with Chirs, a personal trainer and he REALLY knows his stuff. I am not a "gym person", but I joined specifically to lose 10lbs and after 2 months i did that.

You must try out this gym if you are serious about training! The instructors here are amazing and second to none. I train here for boxing and I work hard every time I step on the mat! Whether it is regular class or tournament training I am never disappointed and my skill level increases every time I train here! This gym has everything you need, I recommend this to everyone who wants to push themselves and get better.
