So grateful for discovering this amazing studio! Lots of classes offered; all comfortable to do and not intimidating. The instructors and members are so very welcoming and helpful. I also got a relaxing massage with Lauriel. Just a relaxing vibe throughout which is exactly what I need. Definitely try the month free of unlimited classes.

A lovely and calming studio and I always feel refreshed and restored after visiting. I have only taken Yin or Restorative yoga with Jessica and Slow Warm Flow with Zayed. Yin and Restorative I highly recommend for a mental reset while Slow Warm Flow is the perfect blend of mind body engagement slow enough to help reach a meditative breath while simultaneously working the body, and just warm enough for a bit of sweat. Also, the classes have many regulars from all walks of life and I love the sense of community they share.

If you want to learn yoga, 3 Down Dogs Yoga is the place to be! I use the word learn because this studio teaches and practices yoga. You will learn how and why your body moves the way it moves. Do not think you have to be super flexible, you will learn how to work with YOUR body! I am new to yoga but I can already feel a difference. My mind is more clear, my stress level is lower, and I feel amazing after a class at 3 Down Dogs! You will be welcomed, you will feel welcome, and you will learn so much, I promise!

I moved from SC in June 2023, and leaving my yoga home was scary but I knew that Yoga is something I needed every day. I tried a plethora of studios around Gwinnett County, which none worked out, and it wasn't until a year later that I found 3 Down Dogs. The moment I walked in, people who had never met me before, just started talking to me. I knew before even taking a class that I was at least in a community that was evident they held space for others. THEN I took a class and felt safe throughout the whole class. Safe from a space to allow my eyes to close, safe from a place that instructors corrected alignment, and finally, just safe to be me. The instructors at 3 Down Dogs are knowledgable, welcoming & truly enjoy sharing the practice of yoga. All the praise for this studio!

I love 3 Down Dogs Yoga studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, give alternatives for positions, and vary their classes. Jennifer is flexible and moves classes when interest is expressed.

3 Down Dogs yoga studio is wonderful. The session times are flexible and there’s availability 7days of the week. The studio is clean and the instructors are skilled in their craft. I’ve been with studio for the past 10 months and I highly recommend them! Tea is readily available in the lobby which is an extra perk after a calming yoga session. Thank you Jessica for creating a serene atmosphere.

Love this studio. I started at this studio as a newbie to yoga. I fell in love with yoga and look forward to classes there every week. All of the teachers are awesome and make modifications that suit everyone's level. Everyone is so friendly.

This studio is great! The community here is really friendly and all of the areas are very clean. I love that there are flexible membership options—I have the ability to drop in when I’m in the area, since I live so far away. I will defintley be back!

The studio is very clean, and I appreciated how they allowed us to borrow gear (including mats) for the class for free. I took the "hot yoga" class. However, the name is misleading because although the room is warmer than usual, it's not a traditional hot yoga (Bikram yoga) class; the rigor is nowhere near that of Bikram. I felt like the instructor wasn't very calming; it felt more like a stretching class rather than yoga. The studio was kind of weird to me, as there's no mirror to see how you're doing in the poses and to make corrections, which I feel is vital for yoga, and it just overall felt very small and stuffy. I also just won't be returning because coincidentally today was the last day they accepted ClassPass and the first thing the instructor said when I walked in was that she hates ClassPass, which is what I have. Overall, mediocre experience compared to other yoga studios I've been to.

Had a great hot yoga session led by Whitney! She walked us through all of the poses to make sure we were doing them right, and went slow enough for us beginners 😁. Will definitely be coming back!

I was at a yoga studio that closed and , honestly, reluctantly went to 3 Down Dogs as my new yoga home. Even called myself a refugee.
It didn’t take long to realize I found a new and permanent yoga home Jessica the owner and all the teachers there are great and care about you as an individual. They have great workshops too
100% recommend!!
