I’ve been a member at 4th Quarter Performance for a little over a year and I love it. If you consistently follow the gym and nutrition program, you’ll see results. I started seeing improvements in my muscle definition, strength and endurance after just a few months and have continued to see progress.
Joshua and Courtney are intentional with the workouts and are focused on everyone’s growth when it comes to strength, nutrition, stretching and mobility.
It’s also a great community of people who handle business in and out of the gym 💪🏾

I am extremely grateful to have found this gym. I’ve been a member for 3 years and continue to come because of the high energy, accountability and results! You can tell the trainers really care about YOU and making sure you reach your goals. I also love the 4th Qtr app, which allows me to easily schedule classes, monitor my progress and see my meal plans. This is a solid community of like-minded high-achievers, and the perfect place to make friends and network while working towards health/fitness goals.

I’ve been going to 4th Quarter Performance for about 6 months now and love it. Josh is the owner and fitness coach. He has a passion for fitness and ensures his clients are being pushed towards their fitness goals. It’s located in the Upper Westside, so it’s very convenient for me. Every time I signup for a class, it unlocks a new level and challenges me. With 4th Quarter, I know it will help me to accomplish my fitness goals and help improve my overall health/wellness. I've been at 4th Quarter Performance for only 2 months and my fitness and overall health/wellness has significantly improved. The training isn't easy, but Joshua does an excellent job at making you feel supported and encouraged along the way. 4th Quarter is the only space that I've been in where the instructor ensures you are in proper form! This is a good space with good people trying to reach their goals and I'm grateful to be apart of the group!

I've been working out at 4 Quarter Performance since 2019 and I can tell you that you will get a really good work out here. It will not be easy, but you will have other people who have the same goal as you and that is to lose weight and change the lifestyle they were used to. Things I love about this gym...
- All trainers are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Moves I've been doing incorrectly for years have finally been corrected.
- The gym is always clean and sanitized.
- Booking training sessions is easy and convenient.

I joined 4th Quarter in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the lively atmosphere and everyone's dedication. The workouts are phenomenal - there's not a day I didn't leave knowing I pushed myself and drenched in sweat. Results-wise: I joined to put on weight and saw increased endurance/muscle gains in less than 3 months.

So I've been with 4th Quarter Performance for over a year now. I started last April during the pandemic and while everyone was home gaining Covid weight, I was home working it out and I actually lost weigh via Zoom workouts!! Joshua and the rest of the trainers are awesome. They really care about your well being and health. They are informative and they welcome feed back and listen to your cares, concerns and needs.
