This is brothers work outs are intense I feel it every time we train and pushes me to my limits it's never the same thing so it's always interesting on what we will be doing next the mental support is also a great help as well ok those days when I just don't want to come in lol overall 10 10 10 and so much more

Power is an amazing trainer. He knows how to keep you pushing even when you feel you can't push anymore. He listens to what your goals are and gives you ways to achieve them. I have lost 35lbs in just 3 months with him. I also gained 30 muscle in the same timeframe. I was amazed.
