Fantastic experience with Lilia this weekend! I joined her Hiking Group 101 and we went to Pisgah National Forest on Sunday to hike in the Looking Glass Rock trail in NC! She is a great professional trainer/coach. She thoroughly guided everyone with breathing techniques and correct postures throughout the trip, climbing with elevation gain of 1679 feet for approximately 6.4 miles round trip. I can't wait to explore more with Lilia, learn more from her and join her on other exciting adventures!

Amazing experience with Lilia! New knowledge of our body, how we move and breathe, and interact with our anatomy. We went to the top of Yonah mountain and had spectacular view while having a picnic and listening to Lilia’s interesting lecture about our body.

Lilia is God Sent. She is very attentive to details, personable, kind, knowledgeable,
doesn't step over the "personal" boundaries. She recommended exercises alteration for my leg and foot after an accident on a mountain bike while I have sedentary remote work.
I also love challenging and rejuvenating group hikes with her. She is full of energy and life, and sprinkles it around.

Unfortunately, I can't go to Lilya's classes because I live far away. But I constantly watch and do her lessons online. They are very useful for me, especially those related to foot work. I like that she not only shows the exercises, but also explains how they work. I highly recommend her online lessons to everyone.

For the last 10+ years of my life I have struggled to lose weight. Having Lilia as my new mentor has opened my eyes in how to properly do it. I've been her client for just over a year now, and results have been awesome. She is very knowledgeable in how the body works and is a very kind person.

I came here with low back pain because I wanted a trainer with a certificate in medical sports to help me improve my everyday body posture. Lilia is The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified, highly professional and really taking her time to understand my needs. I am still in the process, but I already feel the difference. Every session Lilia gives me certain exercises, explains how it benefits my low back and makes sure I do it right.
