My wife and I started training here last August. We both have specific injuries that have prevented us from adopting a fitness routine UNTIL we started training at Alloy.

After our first session we knew Alloy was a great fit for us - the trainers personalize our routines and take care to ensure we are safe throughout our sessions.

I've been going to Alloy Personal Training for a few months and love their workouts and attention to the individual. At this age aches and pains are sporadic and they are very attentive to the problem areas and modify the workouts accordingly. All the trainers are great, Steve in particular comes in with just the right amount of energy to make the workouts effective

I love Alloy! Best place for personal training. The trainers are friendly, extremely motivating, provide one on one training, pay attention to ur needs and alter the program to fit ur needs. They are always walking around and making sure ur form is correct and looking to increase ur capacity to lift heavier weights. They also make sure u stretch before and after the session and will give u additional tips to strengthen ur weak areas. I have been to many gyms… this is by far the best. Special shout out to Steve, Kevin and Natalie, the trainers at alloy for inspiring me to do better.

Before the pandemic, I regularly attended gyms. However, I stopped going altogether during the pandemic. Afterward, I experimented with a couple of boot camps and other gyms, but for some reason, I couldn’t find the motivation and would only make it to one or two sessions a week, inconsistently. I felt constantly lethargic and lacked energy. Consequently, I conducted extensive research to decide whether to hire a personal trainer or to look for gyms that offer small group sessions for strength trainings . That’s when I joined Alloy.

My experience with Kevin, Steven, and Natalie at Alloy has been incredible. They are very patient and have been instrumental in helping me achieve the correct positions and forms. I’ve been attending sessions three times a week, exactly as I signed up for, and I haven’t missed a class in the last month. My energy levels have soared, and my mood has significantly improved. I highly recommend Alloy Personal Training in Johns Creek to anyone struggling to find the proper fitness routine.

I have been part of the Alloy personal fitness for a few months and am very impressed with the changes that I have seen in my body. I am stronger overall and particularly in my core. Prior to joining APF, I use to go to the chiropractor for adjustments every few weeks. Since I joined APF, I haven’t had to even after spending long hours behind the desk. I like the routines that they have and the trainers are very good. They help you to do exercises the right way, decreasing chances of injury… and they are also very personable. For anyone who wants to be flitter and improve their strength, APF is a great choice.

Alloy is a great concept, especially for those for whom the gym hasn’t been a major part of their lifestyle; for me it had been until Covid. I’m 79 and following shoulder replacements in 1/22 and 8/22 I used Alloy as part of my rehab and as a reintroduction to my gym-going. The trainers are excellent—skilled and caring. One even had personal experience with shoulder issues as a former baseball pitcher, which helped me immensely.
For those seeking the motivation of class involvement or those who just want an effective, well calibrated workout, this gym is for you. As the Nike ad says, “Just do it!”

I've joined other gyms/programs in the past, some were great community environments and some were boring and isolating. I wanted "something" to kick me back into gear feeling strong, etc., and Alloy has turned out to be the "something" I was looking for! I actually look forward to my training sessions, I don't dread them and this is a first for me. I feel strong and my ability to keep up and endure has improved greatly in the short time I've been going to Alloy. The classes are small, customized to each attendees abilities and the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful.

I’ve joined this team about 3 months back and the journey so far has been incredible! I’ve never done training prior to this and I almost had a blackout on day 1; I was a bit shaken thinking maybe I’m not fit enough to do this. But I was told that it is not unusual and hardest thing is to start. Not sure if I was convinced then but decided to honestly try it out. And today I can tell that it has been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey. I managed to be achieving my goals faster than I planned for and honestly I am loving this journey. Coaches are great and never fail to modify the workouts to fit one’s fitness level. Initial months they always made it easier for me, and these days they are making it difficult! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Overall, I’m loving my journey here and hope to continue for a long time!
