This Alloy location is in the perfect spot, parking is easy, and the club is clean and inviting. Jordan is one of the most inspiring and personable trainers I have worked with. She really pours into each and every member and guest and got the most out of us. Keep up the great work!

In just one month at Alloy Personal Training in Sandy Springs, I’ve seen a 6% drop in body fat—and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The workouts are effective, challenging, and tailored to your goals, but what really sets Alloy apart is the team. Every coach is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your success. Their encouragement and expertise have made all the difference. If you’re serious about results and want a fitness community that actually cares, Alloy is it.

I had a great experience at Alloy, Sandy Springs. The environment is welcoming, the facility is well-equipped, and the team is top-notch. Coach Sara was fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and really attentive to individual goals. She created a workout that was both challenging and perfectly tailored to what I needed.
Rami has done an excellent job building a fitness space that feels personal and effective. If you’re looking for high-quality personal training or small group workouts in Sandy Springs, Alloy is the place to go. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness.

If you live in Sandy Springs, look no further than Alloy Personal Training. The coaching staff is awesome. The workouts change daily and are customized to your goals..Coaches easily modify the exercises to accommodate any injuries or limitations you may have. There is unparalleled accountability and nutrition guidance too. This is small group personal training, focusing on increasing strength, flexibility, and mobility. Better value than one-on-one training with the sense of community found in group fitness. Ideal for people of all fitness levels and those who aren’t typical gym goers.

Starting at Alloy Sandy Springs has been the most positive, impactful personal change I’ve made in my life in years. I’m 90 days in and seeing significant measurable results. The small class size (never more than six) offers a sense of community, allows the trainers (who are fantastic) to help tailor things for each individual when needed, and creates a sense of accountability that I cannot get by working out at home. The workouts are so well structured, and always include compound movements that are core-focused (which I desperately need but never wanted to do when I tried the home workout approach). For probably the first time in my life, I’m constantly looking forward to my next workout. Knowing I can step on the body scanner every 30 days and look at quantifiable metrics detailing my progress has become such a source of motivation to stay consistent, patient and disciplined in ways that I’ve never felt before.

I had a fantastic first experience Thursday night for my first workout in a gym in some time. Daniel was very attentive, easy to talk to, and extremely encouraging as he set me up for pull ups! I thoroughly enjoyed the workout. He modified it so that I could feel it but also could walk the rest of the week! Sara and David are great as well. I will definitely be back, as I prefer a more smaller group setting where I felt like I received a one-on-one personalized training session. Give them a try!

David is good to work with. He is able to adjust routines to fit older members' abilities and is flexible about scheduling times that work for members. However, You need to be prepared to workout often to make the price of each session more reasonable, given the monthly amount you have to pay. The good news is You will definitely get stronger if you do the work regularly.

I’ve been going to Alloy since they opened and really enjoy the sessions. No two days are the same with a wide variety of exercises. The trainers take time to work with each participant making sure the exercise works for them and tweaking it to meet any limitations they might have. It’s not a big impersonal setting, but small groups allowing for the individual attention. Highly recommend Alloy!

Alloy has truly become a second home for me, transforming my life both physically and mentally. Despite trying numerous workouts in the past, I could never maintain consistency, even though I was determined to become healthier and stronger. Discovering Alloy online was a stroke of luck and the best decision I've ever made.
The coaches here are incredible—they genuinely care about you and your goals. I'm always excited to see who will be coaching each day because I've built unique relationships with every trainer. The community atmosphere extends beyond the trainers; fellow members celebrate your wins and support you through tough workouts, making every class feel like a communal experience.
Special shoutouts to standout trainers like Shannon, Daniel, Jourdan, and David, who have significantly contributed to my Alloy journey. Alloy strikes the perfect balance between personal training and a gym membership. The coaches guide you through each exercise, offer modifications if needed, and provide personalized assistance, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
Working out has become enjoyable and exciting as I anticipate the results. I even feel guilty when I miss a workout due to travel or other commitments—a complete turnaround for someone who used to dread exercise. After four months, I’m thrilled with my progress and can't wait to continue. If you are reading this, choose to invest in yourself.

I love Alloy! The Small Group Training aspect is amazing--it's a great combination of group fitness with personalized attention. The incredible trainers learn each person's needs--they push and motivate you, while also providing modifications or suggestions specifically for you. You're not competing with anyone else in the session, except yourself. And yet everyone with you is cheering you on! Every class is different, which keeps things interesting. Some are low reps/heavy weights, some are higher reps/lower weights. Cardio, core, stretching--each workout hits it all.

After trying multiple gyms and workout facilities in Atlanta, I was still looking for a challenge to help me achieve my health goals. I stumbled upon Alloy driving around Sandy Springs, filled out a form, and David reached out to invite me into the facility. I was immediately impressed by the focus on health versus weight loss. The body scans they perform give you a much better indication of overall health than just a number on a scale. My Monday, Wednesday Friday 8 AM crew has become my little accountability squad. The workouts are different every day, can be tailored to how much of a challenge you want, and are fun. The trainers are welcoming and know their stuff. Since joining Alloy, I’ve lost over 20 pounds, but more importantly, lowered visceral fat levels, body fat percentage, and have gained lean muscle mass. Highly recommend Alloy for those looking to start their fitness journey, or who are looking for a new challenge to help them achieve health goals, not just weight loss.

It's impossible to get ahold of them. I tried going by during their listed hours, it was closed. I called and left a message; no one returned my call. I scanned the QR code on the door and filled out the form, and they routed my form to a location in Texas.

I love working out with David and Brooke! They are so knowledgeable and aware of my goals and concerns. I went in for my first assessment after working out with them for a few weeks and even with my holiday cookie eating, I gained 4 pounds of skeletal muscle mass and reduced my body fat % by a whole point! Great success so far…never thought I would ever be happy to go to the gym at 7am! Highly recommend David and Brooke at Alloy😊
