I can not express enough how Sonya and her team took great care of me and my sister. Her recovery house absolutely beautiful. Sonya and her daughter were very knowledgeable of the procedures we were receiving. The post op massages omg….. My sister and I shared a room which included two queen beds and full bath very spacious. I will definitely recommend AlterEgo for your post opp care.

This needs to be the next fitness studio you try! The creators of Trap Pilates, Alter Ego provides an immersive, entertaining fitness experience set to rap music! The classes are diverse and include the famous Trap Pilates, Buti Yoga, several varieties of dance fitness, and more.

The studio is beautiful, clean, and has a sultry feel within the refurbished industrial space. Feeling the burn? Take a glance at one of the multitude of LED screens featuring video feeds from diverse artists including Tyga, Salt n Pepa, Snoop, and more.

Too long of a commute? You can still participate! The studio also features a $49 per month all UNLIMITED streaming pass including live classes and all of the recorded videos.

The instructors provide ample guidance and adjustments when needed. These classes are an excellent way to strengthen your core, legs, and glutes without that "exercise is a chore" experience. Don't sleep on this SONO Midtown gem!

Great vibe. The owner is very personable and made sure we all felt comfortable as 1st timers in the trap fitness class. Will definitely be back again!!
