This location has been nothing but positive. Staff are very friendly and helpful when you ask them for anything. Gym has a spacious free weight area and a nice selection of various machines. All the essentials are there, bench press, squat rack, incline bench, cable machine, pull up bar, etc. Facility is always clean as well. Overall a solid location for anyone looking to get in shape!

Love the flexible hours- switched from an always crowded -limited hours gym to AMB and very happy about it. The owner is super friendly and the gym is very clean. Great gym!

I've been working out here for about 2 months and find it to be a great gym. It's small but has all the equipment you need.
The number 1 thing I notice is that the gym etiquette by all the members is off the charts. I've yet to run into a "gym bro ". Everyone has been nice, friendly and very considerate of others time and space. This is also the first gym I've used where people always rack their weights after use. I've yet to see anyone just sitting on a piece of equipment for 15 minutes playing on their phone. Everyone also is cleaning the equipment they use before and after using it. It's really unbelievable.
Scott the owner has done a great job making this gym a great place to workout.

I greatly enjoyed my time at American Body works. The gym was always clean and any machine that was out of order was fixed quickly. They keep a fun upbeat environment and have equipment for any person of any skill level. After trying a few others, this gym easily was my favorite in Woodstock.

Been coming here for past 10 years on and off. Honestly this place is awesome, I usually tend to stick to myself and workout but I can tell all the staff are nice and actually care about the environment. I haven’t done personal training here but the coaches know what they are talking about. Definitely would recommend the place for the price.

The billboard says "We are Family" and is congruent with everything I have experienced as a member at ABW for 2 years.
Before I came here I struggled to enjoy working out but the ABW culture, the staff & members are fun, open and encouraging. You will always find help with a smile and I do not have pretend to be someone I am not... it really is a family. This membership is soooo reasonable, the gym is always clean, and you'll find a space/machine without a wait. I highly recommend this gym in the Woodstock area if you need a 24hr place to pump it up! PS - A number of the regular members are law enforcement so you can always feel safe after hrs. Suns out, guns out.

American Bodyworks is outstanding! The environment is great, and easy-going. The prices are extremely affordable;they are the best around. The 24-7 access is a great feature.The staff is amazing, and they feel like family. They're very helpful, and will do everything in their power to help you reach your goals. It's a great place to workout, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I have joined many gyms in the past but this is the only one that I have continued to go to. I have been a member for 3 years and worked with Kristin one of the trainers for all of that 3 years. Easy no, best thing ever for me yes. This place has great employees, I feel they really care about my fitness and about me. Plus they enjoy their jobs and have fun doing it , they are not like some of the larger gyms where the manager never knows your name or even speaks to you. So if you want a gym that cares, and one that never ever makes you feel bad about how you look or how much you need to work to get back in shape, then this is the gym for you.

Best 24 hour gym in the city. It has a great variety of equipment for everyone from novice to expert. They also have great rates compared to other gyms.
