Was leaving and overheard the front desk lady yell out how much a customer owed the gym out loud in front of everyone while having an uptight attitude while saying it. I have been going there for a minute because it’s close but that says a lot about character on top of the gym being pretty dirty, with ran down equipment. The guy who I see up front is alright. 👍

Nice clean gym nice equipment just hard to ever find a representative working there if you do need something For example today they open at 9 o’clock but nobody is still there The only reason I need a representative is because I lost my membership card and until somebody gets there I can no longer get in the place

This place is FILTHY. You walk through the door and are hit in the face by the smell of GROSS. Machines are dirty. Floors are dirty. Signs above the elliptical say " If machine sounds like is breaking, it probably is. Be gentle." How about.. if the machine sounds like its breaking, fix it so you don't slapped with a lawsuit. This place is anything but healthy.

I went in and met Mrs. Tammie, she was so kind and thorough. Very informative she explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to give me my access key meeting me on her day off. I highly recommend this gym. The gym has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Joined this gym about 4 days ago. So far so good. The gym is clean and has all the equipment you would need to get a good workout. There are no classes or trainers walking around but if you don't need that then great gym.

Customer service is non-existent. Drove there three times during their normal business hours of operation and no one is there. Called there phone number and no one answers. No voice message can be left due to it being full.

Horrible customer service. The lady at the front desk was unprofessional and unwilling to assist in an appropriate manner. I just relocated from this area, and have a fitness membership through my health insurance. She was uneducated about the program, and uneducated in her profession. She then violated privacy rights for other members when she disclosed their names while trying to explain a similar situation. She then called me sweetheart, and then proceeded to say “Thank you, bye bye” in waved towards my face and proceeded to grab the paper out of my hand. As I took the paper I was writing on back she yelled for 2 men to come over and tell me to leave. Very unprofessional, and disheartening as a business owner to encounter such an experience at a place when trying to grow the business. This seems to be false advertising as a participating provider, and will be consulting with my health insurance.

I am not real gym experienced but my wife and I started not long ago wanting to do weight training. The staff has been very nice and there is plenty of equipment both machines and free weights. Personally as someone who has always had weight problems gyms can sometimes be less than fun. Here there are plenty of people who are pretty built but no one has treated us like we don't belong. I do recommend this gym. Once you are a member you get a key card and it is a 24 hr gym, so you can go whenever you want.

I've been coming here for a couple weeks and like it so far. The staff is exceptionally nice and answers any questions I have. This is my first gym experience but so far I like what I see.

The machines are nice as far as I'm concerned; they do their job and are well-maintained. Everyone keeps equipment put up, clean and safe.

The attitude at this gym is positive and upbeat; everyone is pretty laid back. A clean gym to visit close to home, highly recommend, awesome staff.

I walked in to this gym to inquire about a membership and check out the facility. With most gyms, you get a tour, are told about what all is included with the membership, training, classes, equipment, etc. I was directed to a sheet of membership pricing right when I walked in and that was it. I walked around the gym and was disappointed with the lack of strength building equipment. This gym is mostly treadmills and single muscle machines. I don't think I've seen a small gym with so many machines. If you're interested in powerlifting, calisthenics, conditioning, or overall strength building, I'd say skip this gym and make the drive to another one. If you're interested in a treadmill and some bodybuilding equipment, then this is the gym for you.

I came to this location on Friday May19,2016 ,looking to join the gym. I walked in thinking I was going to get a welcoming greeting.. I Walk in inquiring information about the gym,bit it seem like the young girl had NO knowledge of anything and that was a big turn off...In the near future, this location Ridge rd ,needs to have a warm welcoming. So disappointed to find they took extra money from my checking account without permission. So far, they have taken two $20 payments that I did not authorize. Before this happened, we enjoyed the convenience of American Bodyworks being near our home and in the Kroger parking lot. Time to check out another gym.

Had 3 people on the membership,canceled one of them and they kept charging me for 3. Then when I canceled all of my memberships. They kept on charging my card on file. Over crowed and broken machines. They also charge a maintenance fee but don't do any maintenance.
