Anytime Fitness in Auburn has been our go-to since we came to the area. The ability to access the facility 24 hours is incredibly convenient. The facility is always clean. The equipment is well maintenanced and most of all, their service is second to none. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Sarah goes out of her way to assist and accommodate with an enthusiastic attitude which is a really good deal for a fitness facility.
If you are in the Auburn area, I highly recommend you choose Anytime Fiyness as your fitness facility.

Teens ransack and let in their friends with no punishment despite what the door says. I have been going here for years, not an issue until today. Kids boxing each other, running into me/standing in the way while I'm just trying to share the space, hogging equipment and talking, no awareness of those around them. Workers just sit on their phones and do nothing about the things happening here. It's gotten worse as years have gone on.

My husband and I use this gym a couple of times a week. We like that it's small and has all the equipment that we need for a good workout. Seems clean and orderly. I'm docking one star because I can't stand the music that is played. It's loud and unecessary. I've complained about it but to no avail. Why even play music when 95% of the people there are listening to their own music? You don't need to have music playing.

catherine Hilliard changed my life. I was going through a rough path with my relationship until I came across this small gym in Auburn. My wife and I had been married for 5 years but i had started to gain weight. when we met I was 175Lbs and up to this point I was 230. I had set a list of goals and accomplishments I wanted to achieve in a period of time. with her great attitude and motivation from her staff I had lost 30lbs in 5 months. my relationship with my wife has gotten better and we are falling in love again daily. As a newcomer to working out, I was hesitant to join a gym. I felt intimidated and self-conscious being among people who were at a level of optimal fitness. However, my trainers are the BEST. They are encouraging, motivating, and supportive of my fitness goals. I know if it weren't for them, I probably would have given up long ago. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for management who has invalidated my goals and left me feeling like an utter failure. Because of this, I will not be renewing my membership.

It’s pricey for what is offered compared to other gyms like Lifetime Fitness or even Crunch. It’s small with just one of each machine. There aren’t any free standing assorted barbells, no hack squat machine, no hip thrust machine. I wish there were dedicated locker room/change room and showers separate from the bathrooms. There is just one small studio room which is a bit cluttered and no group fitness classes that I have seen. There isn’t a steam room or a sauna. It’s a very basic gym for the price point but it gets the job done. It is clean and smells fresh and not musty and sweaty. It is not always super busy/crowded. Overall it is a good gym but a bit expensive for what is offered.

It's a good gym overall. It's open 24 hours, is always clean, has a good variety of workout equipment so can do pretty much any workout unless you're doing something really advanced. Only docking a star because it's a bit small and the month to month plan is a bit more expensive than other gyms I've seen at $40 a month.

Pre-covid this place was ok for the price. They froze accounts during Covid, but in the end I had to send one email through the web site (unanswered) and make multiple phone calls to try to cancel my membership. When I arrived to cancel it not ONE person, staff or patron, was wearing a mask. I can understand someone actively working out not wearing one (kinda), but was shocked by the staff. It’s truly a shame.

This gym is good for those of you that are truly wanting to workout without judgment. It's not crowded, you can use the equipment you want to use. The people are nice and I've met some really terrific people here. The gym is clean. If you want to voice a concern, someone listens to you. Been here for several years and will continue. Bring back free yoga and abs classes!

Great looking gym and a friendly staff, but the treadmills are a serious problem. Sounds like you are beating a trashcan when you run on them. Probably needed replacing three or four years ago. Everything else is nice.

Unfortunately, I have a different view point. I have been at this gym for over a year. My main motivation is that I would have to go twice the distance to get to another gym. Over this time period, I have frequently seen a repeat of the equipment missing parts for extended period, supplies not being in the bathrooms or the gym floor (wipes, paper towels), and the equipment not serviced according to the manufacturer maintenance schedule. If something is not working it seems to take an extended period of time to repair or replace. Such as a simple bolt to insert in the amount of weigh you need in a machine for adjustment missing for weeks. A sign put up in the gym and bathrooms to wash your hands and there are no paper towels in either of the bathrooms one day and then 2 days later still none. Seems like to have to ask to get something done, which should just be routine. I have been a member of other gyms and during my visits, I see the staff disinfecting the equipment and cleaning the bathrooms periodically and very frequently. I am not there 8 hours a day, but over the time I have been going various times of the day, I would think I would have seen this done at least once. It is very obvious that some people don't wipe the equipment down and I think now that it is very important that the entire gym be disinfected on an hourly or 2 hour basis. It appears that 95% of the concentration of the staff is on the process of attending to their phone or desktop and whatever their task is with those devices, they are doing an excellent job.

My wife and I have been going to this gym for about a year now. We love the gym because it is so close to our house. It's a great and clean gym we enjoy going at night because we both work during the day. But the biggest downfall is the people that come and just sit around and watch you work out. It's like a hangout spot or the guy's that come with there wife to sit there while they work out. I understand some want to make sure their significant other is protected but making other people feel uncomfortable while you sit and watch them is extremely uncalled for. Yall have cameras. Y'all need to watch them and confront the ones that are doing it. Or you will start losing alot of business. I already know of 3 people that refuse to come at night anymore because of this. Please do something about it. Thanks.

Absolutely horrible gym!!! We canceled and they charged us a month later for the same fee got a refund and canceled AGAIN! Then they charged us AGAIN!!! This time acting as if I was just a name added in order to speak with someone and charged for it. (This was my husbands account and he couldn’t constantly drive up there to get refunds b/c he works and also b/c he had already canceled) They also change their name when you block their transactions at your bank.

I love this place. I am a big girl trying to get into shape. But when I am in there, I feel like I belong there. No one has ever treated me like a "Big Girl" even from the first time I walk in the door. The staff is friendly and caring, the equipment is great, the layout is great, and the people are great.
