I just cancelled my membership here. Be warned that what you are not told on sign up day is that you have to cancel in person, not over the phone, and if you point out how sketchy that is you will be told by Bob at the front desk to "GET OUT OF MY OFFICE" and that the police will be called if you come back, your membership is still active. Thanks to the Cartersville police for coming out amd forcing Bob to accept my signature for membership cancelation. I obviously would not recommend this gym, and I hope the owner reads how you forced me to call the police just to cancel. Don't be so antagonistic to your members.

I just want to share my appreciation for Anytime Fitness Cartersville. I’ve been a member of AF for well over 10 years. As a truck driver I’ve had the honor of utilizing many facilities across the US. This site has been here staying strong no doubt through all kinds of situations (proof I know Cartersville AF: the decaying wooden steps). Keep up the awesome work and efforts!!☺️🤙🏾💯

Of all the gyms I’ve been a member of this is by far and away my favorite. I go to the Slopes Dr Cartersville location and even after it had an ownership change it is still my favorite which I am
very happy about. Clean and not very crowded. Family atmosphere. The trainers there Allyson, Derrick and Devin are top notch. Definitely 5 stars.

It’s a fine gym but definitely needs fixing in some places. I’ve been here occasionally over the past few months and each time I’ve noticed stuff that never gets fixed. Photos attached. One cable just always broken. The tricep pull down station with tape over the arms got stuck to my arms after using it. It doesn’t look bad but it’s glued on there, can’t get it off without alcohol

This Anytime Fitness has been my home for the last 4 or 5 years. A very friendly atmosphere, clean, and never packed. I never have to wait on a machine or a squat rack and they have plenty of barbells and bumper plates. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym home or even travelers passing through :)

I originally gave this place 5 stars but take them back . The place is clean and they have everything one needs as a member . I am a homeless man who was using my membership to shower for work and a power outlet to keep my accessories charged . My membership that I struggle to pay should cover the use of everything including the wall socket yet my power strip has been unplugged from the wall twice . once by an imployee and once by the owner . The owner stated it was not allowed and the manager told me ... If you so money hungry that you can't let a paying member plug in to your wall then you should loose all your clients .

I visit my in laws every Christmas and this was my first time trying out Anytime Fitness and it did not disappoint. Belle was very friendly on the phone and in person. Even though the owner wasn't there when I had went, he was kind enough to let me drop in for a workout. Most major gyms won't allow that or have you pay a charge to which I was ready to pay but he was kind enough to waive it as it was my first time. The facility was clean and it had all the essentials for a nice and long workout. =) I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been a member of anytime fitness since 2013 I joined in Hudson Florida. It was a great staff there when I first came to this gym it was going down but then Shane Baker and his team came and made this place not just a gym but a sanctuary for those who are looking to better their bodies, their health, and their confidence. When I came here I weighed 285lbs in the high double digits of body fat. Now I am down to 224lbs and approximately 10% body fat! Shane hook me up with ever trainer for periods of time and each one help me move to the next level! I consider this not just my gym but my friends and my family! They are always attentive and available for questions and confidence boosters! The equipment is great and the gym is always clean and neat! Great place to go and change your life and health!

I've been going to this gym for over a year and its fantastic! Clean! The equipment is in good shape and it all works! Good music playing but not overwhelmingly loud. Three restroom/changing rooms with showers are always clean!!! The gym is on the smaller side but everything is laid out well and spaced perfectly. And the owner (Shane) comes in every morning around 7am (instead of 10 like most other local gyms), and he might be teaching a class or doing one-on-one training or he might be mopping the bathroom but he always greets everyone that comes through the door....he cares about his customers and takes pride in his business...and it shows! There are two gyms closer to my home but I happily drive a few extra miles to work out at this Anytime Fitness. Oh yeah...tanning bed too!

I won a free 30 day membership. I met with Shane yesterday to discuss my needs and options. He is very easy to talk to, he knows what he is doing and genuinely cares about his patrons. Shane and Tripp have worked with me to come up with a plan to jump start my journey to health and fitness!
I have tried many gyms here in Cartersville and never have been invited in with the positivity, upbeat, caring or willingness to understand.
They are open ears to your story and genuinely want to help you on your way to success!
If you are struggling with lack of motivation, or accountability the staff here are what you need!
Shane is an amazing owner and cares about his clients!.....(not a money driven gym)
Tripp is the most upbeat motivating trainer I have ever met and like Shane he hears your story and builds off of that to help you improve you!!
Last note they are involved in help our community and that is amazing in its own and says a lot about the staff and business as a whole.
I wish them well in the years to come!!

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to anytime fitness in Cartersville ga. Upon walking in the door I was greeted by a very professional and polite man who showed me around the gym. First thing I noticed was how clean the gym was. Everything was picked up off the floor, weights in the right place, and I kid you not no dust or sweat splatters. I don't know about you but that was a big plus for me. One other thing, all the weights and machines looked brand new!
