Solid club, did legs here, they had really good equipment. One thing I appreciated was the leg extension and leg curl machines, as a lot of other clubs have machines that are combo machines which don’t allow full range of motion. Plenty of room and options for other work outs as well. I was in the area for work, as a truck driver, the showers are a big deal, this location had nice showers as well. Definitely recommended this club if you’re in the area.

I just moved to Columbus about 6 months ago and started coming here. There is no better gym in Columbus than this gym (trust me, I’ve been to all of them). I absolutely love this gym and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym.

I enjoy going to this gym, the main reason is because it is very accessible and not usually too crowded depending on what time you go. And there is a pretty good selection of equipment.
However, there is one problem that keeps coming up: they do not leave the air conditioning turned down low enough, especially on the weekends when there are no staff present. The temperature seems fine when you first go in there, but as soon as you start exercising heavily it is too humid and warm. Especially when you are on the aerobic equipment. I think the air needs to be set at 68 or 69, definitely no higher than that. It might also help to have extra fans around the aerobic equipment because especially up against the windows it gets very warm and humid.

I’ve been a member for almost a year now and this has been one of the best gyms I have been a member with! The gym is always clean and in order, and the staff is very friendly. There is plenty of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights that there is no waiting around even in peak hours. As a frequent traveler for work, an anytime fitness membership is also great when I’m on the road and I would highly recommend!

It seems like a very nice facility. The equipment was in good condition and everything was very clean. The employee that I talked to was friendly and informative.

With that being said, I’ve never worked out here. I wanted to, but I couldn’t get over the overwhelming smell of cleaning products. With every breath I felt like I was getting a good whiff of the inside of a Clorox wipe container. I have asthma and could not work out here.

This was a nice gym to go late at night back when I still lived in Columbus. I enjoyed the many locations nation wide when I started working all over. It was very easy to cancel my membership just now via email with this branch and I don’t even wanna say the last time I used this membership. This has got to be the absolute cleanest gym I’ve ever been. I think spotless best describes. When u can look down at the equipment and can’t even see dust and it all looks brand new.
I travel a lot and use AnyTime Fitness across the nation. From as far away as El Paso Texas on up to Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I have honestly never worked out in a cleaner gym. I know this sounds crazy but I have memberships not only AnyTime Fitness but also LA fitness and crunch fitness. This is my favorite!!!

Anytime Fitness has proven to be an awesome place for my 18 year-old son and I to workout. When we first began 6 months ago, I hired one of their Personal Trainers.

I chose Josh Hughey - and I'm so glad I did. He is one of the best trained and knowledgeable trainers I've personally had the opportunity to know. He works with my son and I with his full attention during each session. Josh explains the exercise first, then observes us as we complete our sets. He's great about providing feedback. Josh does a great job with both me and my son!

I would encourage anyone to check out Anytime Fitness near you and if you want to hire a great trainer, see if Josh would be a good fit for you too.

In addition, having the choice to workout any time, day or night, is a great benefit - giving the term 'customer flexibility' a whole new meaning.

I love this gym. I have been a member of several gyms before and this byfar is my favorite. Donna and her staff are amazing. They want nothing but the best for you and are always willing to help. Sign with a gym with a cancellation policy just in case you are are not happy. Go to the YMCA or I even think max fitness has a policy where you just have to pay a $50 fee to cancel. Ymca can be cancelled at any moment.

I joined the gym before it opened and was the best decision I ever made. AF is my “happy place”. This is where I work hard to be the best I can be. My trainer, Justin, works this 68 year old woman like I was 28 and wouldn’t have it any other way. The gym is clean and everyone is friendly and treats you with respect. If you need a new home away from home, this is the place to be. Come see me I’m there Monday through Friday mornings.

I have been going to this gym for three years now and love it. I recommend it often to my patients for the 24 hour access as well as the clean equipment and facility. Not sure if it’s like this all the time, but when I went by to check out the gym it was warm in there. Way too warm for me to be able to even use the gym. My brother went with me and agreed that it was too warm in there and then left.

Might go by there again sometime to double check how warm it is in there and if it’s noticeably more comfortable I will update this review. We’re from Atlanta and I miss LA Fitness. They have a great selection of equipment and weights, ALWAYS nice and cool which is what you want when you’re working up a sweat, lots of locations, and for all this a great price much better price than some of these tiny little sad gyms. It’s a shame this podunk town Columbus doesn’t have one.

The columbus ga anytime fitness is the best gym in town. The staff are awesome and it's always very clean. Best I have been in in sc and NC. Adding a bit more.. It seems I can lift weights but have difficulties with my fat thumbs hitting the correct amount of stars. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up are the best I can give. This gym isn't overly expensive unless you do the 2 year membership but you get what you pay for. The equipment is up to date and usually clean depends on the amount of foot traffic from the day. The staff is friendly unless you come in here throwing weights and slamming them which you shouldn't be doing anyways. This gym is extremely military friendly. And the dumbells go up to 120lbs which is nice.

This anytime fitness is a very pleasant place to workout. When I was lifting no one criticized my grunts. I felt like the staff were very supportive with allowing to go as intense as I needed on my workout. The staff was also always very attentive and gave great customer service. Best part was when I had a recent account issue, the Owner and staff resolved it expediently and with great sincerity. Whenever I’m in town, this gym is my favorite get away. From the staff to the 24 hour availability of working out whenever you want. For me I can’t get it in until pretty late, plus it’s not crowded in the evenings so it works out for me! If you’re looking for a new gym, or need help with training, they also have very experienced trainers there that you can set an appointment with and they’ll get you going. I gave it 5 stars because I did my physical therapy there when I broke my leg this past year. Everyone was so kind in helping me with my weights and getting set in (even though I was resistant, they still helped me haha). Now I’m back to my leg routines and really gotta thank these guys for all the help and encouragement!

I tried multiple times to sign up to become a member only because it was close to home and regardless of price, but first I wanted to try their 3 day pass before I committed. I was told by their staff to stop by on Saturday to start my pass since I travel for work during the week. This place is impossible, giving excuse after excuse why i couldn't sign up for their 3 day pass. Its important to me to know what I'm about to sign up for. After attempting again, and talking to their management and being rejected, I decided they were not worth my business. This place is not worth it considering there's another 24/7 gym at a fraction of the cost. I literally wanted to sign up and the lady I spoke to was clearly not interested in gaining a new customer. This place is ridiculous!!! I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Planet Fitness and not deal with this.

I was here a month while on a work detail. The gym has the basics. And only the basics. But the biggest problem are the fussy owners who seem to invent rules on the spot. No chalk. Keep your running shoes on for deadlifts (super dangerous). Don't move the barbells. It's a gun where they really don't want you using their gym. Go somewhere else!

I called and spoke with Donna today, August 18th and she was extremely short in tone and unnecessary abrupt and rude. I am new to Columbus, GA and thought that Anytime Fitness might meet me needs and fit my schedule due to 24 hour access. I visited the local website online and was told that I could have a 7 day pass to try out the gym. This is not at all unusual. When I called and told Donna that I wanted to start my 7 day pass today she smugly interrupted me and told me that they only offer a 3 day pass to those with a local ID. I informed her that I went into the local website after googling local fitness centers and I was sent an email stating that I had a 7 day pass and should print and bring the copy of my email in with me. Again, she told me that is a corporate email and said, “as I said before there will only be a 3 day pass and you must be a local resident.” How absurd is that? Even though I have obtained my GA license, what if I had only relocated here a few weeks ago and had not yet gotten my state license...this does happen all the time, I think a person has 30 days to obtain a license. Because of HER and HER rude condescending attitude I definitely will not patronize that center, I will join a gym and take my money elsewhere.
