Has most of the equipment you expect. 24/7 is great. Unstaffed in off hours. The atmosphere is nice; see the same group of people most of the time.

Gym is small and a lot of the equipment are worn down. Cant read some worn out weight numbers on machines. Would like to see some better or more modern machines.

Have seen roaches crawling around a couple of times. Some of the guests here smell horrendous. You can smell them from across the room.

Overpriced at about $60/mo for the gym size and quality. I’ve had 10/mo PF membership and 40/mo LAF membership and the gyms were both bigger and newer.

Catherine the gym manager at the Dacula location is amazing and keeps this gym so clean and stocked! I've been using this gym off and on for many years and it used to be so yucky but since she's been the manager there it's stays clean! Great customer service as well. Anytime I have an issue or need assistance she is so helpful and really goes above and beyond. She really uplifts everyone's with her positivity and her pretty smile! Great management makes all the difference! So thankful for her!

Signed myself and my son up for a membership. They made an appointment for him and I to come back on Monday, my day off the show me around the gym. My standard membership for each of us was around 29.00. When we got there on Monday, they only wanted to upsell me and didn't show me around the gym like they stated they would. It was all about getting more money. They told me to use my phone to scan the equipment and learn that way. I have had a $20.00 a month planet fitness membership where the staff would help and show you how to use the equipment if you asked. But not here at the Dacula anytime fitness it is all about more money. I felt like they waisted my time on my day off coming it to learn about the gym only to be brought into an office there as an upsell tactic.
I did use the gym a few times afterwards but was not satisfied because I only used the equipment I knew how to use. Knew I couldn't ask for help from staff and the few people that were there at limited times didn't speak to anyone. Plus the gym had very little equipment to choose from and felt cramped.
When I came in to cancel I was told because I accepted a promo when I signed up that my cancel fee was the sum of every payment for the year.So I was stuck in the one year contract. Did they tell me this when I was sold on their promotion. Of course not! That is partially my fault for not reading it and trusting the staff st the beginning to explain the membership to me. I would not have taken the promo if I had known. I would be stuck for the full year if I didn't like the gym.
So to sum up my experience. The staff is all about the sale, getting more money out of you. Not going to help you in anyway. You will be stuck paying for the full year membership and after you realize how bad it is and you cant cancle. Plus to top it all off you have to pay an extra fee in the fall for cleaning supplies and the staff has very limited hours. I came up there several times at 10:00 when staff was supposed to be there but they were not. If you call they don't answer the phone either.
I was thrilled when my membership finally ended. I felt extorted every month when the two payments came out because I didnt want to go there but couldn't cancel. Will never ever join another anytime fitness in my lifetime.

Just tried to go here. It doesn't have it's office hours listed online because it is 24/7 access once you are a member, so I showed up at 9:40am to find out the office doesn't open until 10am. Okay, I had some time, so I waited. 10am hits, no one unlocks the door, no one answers the phone, there is no message machine. I waited another 15minutes, and still nothing. It is now 10:20am on a Wednesday and the "guest" door is still locked and no one is answering the phones. I guess they don't want new customers?

Very clean, all equipment works great. They have cleaning tissues and large bottles of hand gel all around the gym and always open 24/7.

Things have changed in 5 months. Carpet is pulling up around the edges where it's heavy walking traffic this is very dangerous. They have been running short of cleaning tissues one day there were no cleaning tissues or supplies around the gym. I have to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars.

Great place to work out. Never crowded (granted, I'm there between 3-5am), always clean. Bathrooms are clean. Showers are very convenient for me as I go on my way to work, and also clean. I've only met management once, they were great. I tend to see the same 6-7 members everyday and they're all great to be around. Recommend 100%

Love it. Been a member for years. It has a community feel and everyone is friendly and willing to trade ideas on exercise. No judgy people. Trainers helped me knock off 40 pounds at one point, now im actually using my membership religiously. Seems like high turnover in employees but they all are diligently working while they are there. Plus we can use our membership on vacations. Zero complaints.

Management at this location needs training. They don't talk to the members to see how things are going. I've been there since March of this year and the management that did care have left. If it weren't for the trainer, I NEVER would have joined. I dont see the purpose of this particular management team other than to collect money. I will not return to this location when my year ends. I would advise to do the free 7 days before joining.

What this gym lacks for in size, it makes up tenfold in quality. This Anytime Fitness location is always clean, the management and staff are always knowledgeable, personable and helpful and the equipment is well maintained. It has everything you need to stay fit and make better choices and that includes a healthy environment with friendly members all around! Camila and Jowan are a master class in themselves for how to run a gym and they are both a joy to see. It can be tough to keep a 24 hour gym in good condition but they create a clean and welcoming experience that makes it feel like a second home; especially when a lot of the regulars come 5-6 times a week. I would recommend anyone to try this gym out, you won’t regret it!

A $50 annual maintenance fee, really. I was just about to sign on the dotted line until the sales woman explained that this gym charges a $50/yr maintenance fee. In my opinion it’s not about what you can afford to pay, it’s about the taking advantage of your members. The $40/month membership fee should be more than enough to maintain the equipment and facilities. Also, this gym is super small.

Anytime Fitness in Dacula is a great place to work out! The staff is friendly and attentive. The facility is always clean. But, my favorite part of AF is the team training with Mario. He is knowledgeable, caring and always positive. Mario has had me do things in the team workouts that I never thought I could. The accountability from the team members and the encouragement from Mario are what makes this program successful. One suggestion, we need to knock down the wall in the team training area. The teams are growing and we need the space!!!

I love my gym. The staff members (Katie, Lottie & Jenes) are very friendly and attentive and know everyone by name. They also keep the gym super clean. Trainer Mario is awesome!! Excellent place to work out. Even before COVID-19, this gym was already super clean and well kept. Not only do they make sure to keep the place spotless and sanitized, but they recently got new equipment that is fantastic and very high quality. My husband and I came to this location since it’s Both myself and my husband was exercising on the treadmill machine and no more than five minutes later the same girl who told us the system was down proceeded to interrupt our workouts asked for RD our IDscloser to our new house than the Planet Fitness we use to go to on 78. After calling earlier today day I spoke with Lisa who confirmed our appointment for 7 PM Upon our arrival we were met by a young girl who stated she could not sign us up at this time due to their system being down. I was quite confused because we already confirmed with her manager earlier that we would arrive at 7. We stated to the girl that we were only there to try the gym to see if we liked it and would then decide to sign up after we finished our trial work out. The same rude girl then came to both myself and my husband while we are on the treadmill and proceeded to ask us for our ID. I felt it was extremely rude and unprofessional to interrupt our workouts we asked for our ID she simply could have came to us and told us to give her our ID after we were done with our work out . Her behavior was completely uncalled for and rude. I will not return to this establishment. We plan to sign up at another gym that actually values new customers .

Finally a gym that doesn’t have the cardio equipment right in front of main glass. The cardio equipment is located in a way that passerby’s cannot watch you; they’d have to be inside of the gym, or at the rear doors. (This gym has 2 entrances).

I've attempted to cancel by phone call, voicemail, email, carrier pidgin and smoke signals over the last 3 months to no avail. I always call during staffed hours and try at different times but no one will answer the phone in this place. It's not just me, see other reviews mentioning the same. If you are interested in joining this gym, please understanding it is easier and less stressful to get a divorce than to end a membership with the Dacula anytime fitness.

Ok gym. Nice staff, but the dumbbell selection was a huge mistake! These Dumbbells are a wonderful way to smash your fingers over and over. The weights are too thin and I've hurt myself over and over! Makes me mad! 😡 other than that, it's an ok gym. Would be 4 stars if the Dumbbells were different.

Ok don't usually don't review anything unless it's negative unfortunately but, this place is the exception. I came in expecting to be sold a crazy long term contract with hidden fees etc.( if you've ever seen the show friends you know what I mean.) But, the Manager (Tina) was very nice and took the time to explain what I could expect and broke the cost down to me. COST WASN'T HORRIBLE!!!! This place was veteran friendly not in the sense that they have big signs out front advertising WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!!! But, in the general feel. I ran into a couple of jarheads and army guys while I was there and seemed like a family atmosphere felt like I was back on base in the gym.

Any way now I'm a full member and enjoying the access hours. Because I work nights I work out nights.

These people are succeeding in basic business principals. Treat people like people and they will most likely give you there business.

I would like to say that I really enjoy being a member of Dacula Anytime Fitness. I always feel welcome when I enter the doors. Everyone who works there is very friendly, it is very clean and I really enjoy the abs classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
